I am rejecting this response because: Once again, Dish continues to avoid the fact, I was not mentioned of such contact or that service was for monthsThey provided now a copy of what I signed but why did not I get a copy of this agreement in the mail with the statement in my language, which is Spanish. Once again, DISH is trying to pass the blame to their third party advertiser; nonetheless, DISH is the one who needs to take care of the information provided to the Latino community. I might not know the English language well, but with the help of my children, I will not be bully by this company and their associatesI understand that I did exercise the special but as I stated before, had DISH and their associates made it clear that the special will end and that the price would have increased after several months, I would have never signed or even request service from this networkIf DISH is losing so much profit from my cancellation fee, then I am sorry, but consumers should be deceived into a advertisement or lack of information. I will not accept their position and their position is just on an agreement in English without my consent that I was informed correctly in my native language as they are offering me a service in Spanish. This is lack of compassion to customer serviceI would like to speak to a Spanish-speaking supervisor from this unit because it seems that the employee *** *** has no understanding of the fact that I was deceived into a service without an explanation of a contractI have attached to this rejection a copy of my bills and my point of the increase in priceI am on Social Security, a fix income and elderlyI am attaching my last statement when the increase of price, or in the words of the associate the termination of the special which is in fact an increase in price. Since many people of different ages are on social media, I will give my reviews on the social media and how DISH deceived me into a contract and being elderly Latina DISH refused to come to terms and remove the termination fees. DISH might get awards as stated on their statement, but as a consumer in my opinion DISH has failed in customer service

You indicated that DISH Network service is not allowed at your residence and it was DISH Network's responsibility to determine if the service was permitted prior to the installationPlease be advised that it is not DISH Network's responsibility to obtain landlord permissionWhen a customer sets up new service or moves existing service, they are asked if they rent or ownIf a customer advises us that they rent, they are asked to obtain landlord permission before the technician arrives so that they can advise the technician what is permissable
You do not agree with the early termination fee to disconnect your serviceYour service was activated on January 28, 2014, with a 24-month commitmentHowever, the 24-month agreement that we have on file is not signed
You disputed the billing statement of $that you received, as you said your service was placed on DISH PauseDISH Pause is $a month and can be used for up to nine monthsDISH Pause was removed on March 28, 2015, because the maximum time frame was exceededAs a result, your previous service charges were reinstated
When I spoke with your wife by phone on May 5, 2015, I advised her that I waived the 24-month commitment and associated early termination feeI also disconnected the service and reversed the service charges, leaving a zero balance

I am rejecting this response because as I stated, the products, services and fees were misrepresented in the initial phone call Although the representative from Dish that is responding to my claims states differently, I know what I was told and subsequently guaranteed, and it turned out to be falsified information I do not like that I was deceived into thinking Dish was the carrier/provider of my internet service, when in reality, it is a 3rd party - a provider that I already had and switched from them to "Dish" The reason I switched from my previous provider was because I had nothing but problems with the Internet...and being that it's the same company I originally switched from...I'm still having nothing but problems The Internet is slow, and I have to constantly disconnect from the Wifi and use my cell phone data in order to search the web, do projects, ect My contract with Dish for cable only is ending on August 20, I would like to be let out of my internet and phone contract and the same time - at no additional cost to myself Being a loyal customer of Dish for several years, I am extremely dissatisfied with not only their products and services, but also their customer service and their willingness to help resolve an issue when it arrises I will be switching my cable provider in two weeks when my contract is up, and again, I want my phone and Internet canceled as well - with no early termination fees or other cancelation fees for myself It wouldn't make sense to keep them, and given how poorly our internet performs and how obsolete a land line is, it wouldn't make sense to keep those through Dish I no longer wish to have any service or product connected with Dish Network
