The client purchased and completed our process on 4-14-He then downloaded all the forms available on the account on 4-16-On 4-20-the client called in and spoke to a representative explaining he went to the court and the forms for *** have been updatedWe informed the customer that
this is something we will have the compliance team reach out to the court on to get him the updated formsWe explained to the customer that the courts have the right to update the forms whenever they please and we had yet to hear from any customers in *** that the forms had been rejected due to being out datedThe customer did not want the assistance and proceeded to ask for a refundWe gave the customer the refund instructions and he submitted the formal requestOur refund manager, ***, reached out to the customer to let him know that since he downloaded the forms we would need a court rejection letter to approve the refund per our money back guaranteeThis is to show as proof that the forms were indeed not used even though services have been renderedThis is also to show that the forms were indeed outdated and not filed incorrectly on his part. We gave the customer the correct outlets to send that information and received a typed letter and not a rejection letter stamped by the courtThe court is required to give all rejections in writting so getting the letter has never posed a problemWe informed the customer that we would need the proper form to approve the refund and have yet to hear back from the customer until now. I will gladly process a fair and full refund to the customer once a court stamped rejection letter is received stating the documents were not used

Mrs*** purchased our services on 05/18/She then called in and asked to upgrade to the platinum service after we had explained the steps of the platinum services as well as disclosed this service does not include the court filing feeOn 5/19/the client called in again stating she
reviewed the forms and no changes were needed and we can send the detailed instructions on what to sign and send into us so we may proceed with filing for the platinum serviceOn 05/19/our shipping department shipped out the completed forms with the detailed instructions on what to sign and send back to usThe next time we heard back from the client was on 09/09/where she claimed she did not receive instructionsWe notified client the instructions and shipping label were sent in the packed that was shipped to her on 05/19/We re sent the instructions via email and uploaded a free shipping label with our new corporate address as the return address for the formsOn 09/16/the client called in again and we forwarded her the instructions once again to the email address given and also told her to check her junk mail as sometimes emails can be sent there based on her email filtersOn 12/30/client called in and informed us the post office sent her back the forms due to the wrong addressas a courtesy we provided yet another free shipping label that we uploaded to her account to avoid any future problemsWe looked into why the forms may have been sent back and noticed that she never downloaded the label we originally provided with the correct addressOn 1/06/we received the forms and money order and none of the forms were signed and none of the detailed instructions we had sent to her were followedWe then informed the client via email that she needs to sign the forms before we can fileWe cannot file forms that are not signed by the petitionerOn 1/12/we tried to call the client and the voice mail stated it was fullOn 1/27/the client finally called back in and we notified her that we had been trying to contact her because we cannot file the forms due to them not being signedThe client did not want to proceed with platinum and fix her errors so we told her that since services for platinum were not rendered we would refund that fee or she can sign the forms and send them in so we may render the services she requestedClient ended the call with wanting a refund on platinumWe processed the refund for that service and mailed all unsigned forms and the money order for the filing fee back to the client with steps on how to proceedIf the client would like more information she can feel free to contact us so we may assist

Client paid for our services on 02-12-He completed the online interview process with us the same dayClient then submitted a chat on our online system on 03-31-wanting to know more information on our platinum serviceWe notified the customer at this time that he was not eligible for
that service without knowing the address for his spouseOn 03-31-we also noticed the court updated three forms state wideWe uploaded those new forms and notified the customer via email to download the revised forms on the accountThe state unfortunately has the right to update forms at any timeOur compliance team works on this to make sure that all accounts have all updated forms at all timesThe customer can contact us for further information if needed

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They state that the policy is clearly stated throughout the process about the rejection letterIt is NOT! I have been in contact with them about this process several times and never once was it mentionedI went to the website to look for said policy and I couldn't even find itHow can that be clear? When I got to the courthouse, they told me they may as well throw the papers away since they were useless and I said go aheadI came home and called my divorce papers and they said I needed a letterI called the courthouse but it was too lateI was home and they said there was nothing I could doThey sent me on my way with a whole new packet that I have to fill out so I got nothing from my divorce papersMy divorce papers made comments on my review saying " We have reached out to the client personally with several options for a solution for her case and are waiting to hear back." This is a complete lieNo one from their company has reached out to me at allSo now on top of misrepresentation, they are out and out lying! The only resolution I will be satisfied with is my money backAnything else is unacceptable and I will continue to write and review via any venue I can to save others from the same mistake.

The client informed us her forms were rejected when she went to file at the court house and we gave her the instructions on how to request a refund and let her know that we also need a rejection letterPer our refund policy, we ask the client to first let us know what is wrong with the forms so
that we can fix anything the court is requesting to get the forms acceptedIn the end if we cannot help, we will gladly issue a full refund with a rejection letter from the courtThe court is required to provide a rejection letter stating in writing why the forms were not acceptedIn our refund policy which we provide to all clients prior to payment as well as through out the process, it clearly states if forms are rejected a rejection letter from the court is needed as proof that the forms were not accepted and usedUnfortunately we have no way of knowing if the forms were used or not after they are downloaded and printedWe have reached out to the client personally with a resolution and we are waiting to hear back

the court which may or may not be showing up for a hearing date requested by the judgeOn 01-29-the client sent in a ticket asking for changes and we submitted those changes the same day to IT and she was informed that the corrections were madeOn 03-10-the client sent in all the signed forms and the money order for the filing feeWe then turned around and filed the forms that same dayWe have yet to hear back from the court which is typical in the state of ***We notify the clients of any updates when receivedWe have called the court and they have the forms and have notified us they are in the process of being filedOnce we receive the case number we may proceed with servingThe court has informed us the case number and stamped forms should be received this week to proceed with serviceWe are closed on the weekend as the client knows so she will be getting an update with that information todayUntil a rejection letter is received from the court that states the forms are REJECTED we cannot issue a full refund per our refund policyThe letter the client provided just stated to serve the spouse and informing of the next steps in the case
