[Business should update their return policies, for a better customer experience.  Business represent all States, but their forms are outdated and could hurt the client in court as rules and laws do change. Business should strive for a zero customer complaints or handle complaints in a more timely manner, or one that is to the customer's advantage.]

Divorce papers provided all those details but did not let you know that one of the representatives did in fact listen to the court saying that their way of serving my spouse was invalid. Even though this was heard, they still say they rendered me the service. I paid for a service that wasn't valid. And they now put it on me to fix it. If recorded conversations safe needed I have them from everytime that I called.

[I was absolutely told that the refund was granted and that all I needed to send in was the paperwork being used to file the divorce.  As long as, it was not the paperwork that was provided by the company, (again, which they admittedly and knowing acknowledged in the previous response in this Revdex.com complaint was incorrect and outdated) which I submitted to them, a refund was already approved by the department.  After submitting the correct paperwork that was provided by the court to mydivorcepapers.com (which they requested and would finally grant the refund) they told me that I have to jump, yet again, through another hoop and that this paperwork was not acceptable, unless it had a court rejection.  Well here is the part of their scam, that get consumers to purchase the products with their "100% money back guarantee" because when you go to the courthouse, with their paperwork, the clerk tells you that it is the wrong paperwork and will not be accepted (again, which the company acknowledged was wrong).  So in order to get this supposed rejection letter, from the court, you would have to pay more money in filing fees and court costs just to get rejected!!  These guys are crooks and they know it.  I would not go through all the trouble to get $159 dollars back, if I had used their forms, as they claim in their response.  I submitted the paperwork used to them on August 25th, 2016 and they acknowledge that it is not their paperwork.  I have filed a complaint with the states attorney generals office in [redacted] against the company.  I am in the processing of submitting one to the FTC consumer complaint division and will continue with every consumer federal regulatory agency until they do the right thing.  Which it appears they won't, and stealing $159.00 dollars from consumers, who are in a terrible situation, means so much to this company that they don't honor the high pressure sales tactics that their sales team pushes on the phone (because their product is crap.. at least in the State of [redacted], and they know they can't refund the money every time they screw up or they would be bankrupt).  I have contacted a consumer lawyer, [redacted], in [redacted] who specializes in consumer rights, and litigation, and is going to look into my case, on a contingency basis, for deceptive consumer practices.  We also discussed starting an online forum for consumers who have been defrauded by this company'sdeceptive practices, to bring more defendants and consumers to the suit.  Meaning it costs me nothing, unless he recovers money from MyDivorcePapers.com.  The point is that this company steals and preys on people for their documents that don't work and when a refund is requested where their product was not used they still don't honor their "money back guarantee" when they admittedly, in writing, state that it was outdated and wrong paperwork .  I am not saying the product doesn't work 100% of the time, but in my case it was rejected by the clerk, who told us if we file this outdated paperwork, it will be rejected and we still have to pay all the court costs and filing fees, etc.  Company admittedly stated that they provided the wrong forms, that were outdated, in writing (admission of guilt) and knowingly sets up deceptive sales tactics by promising a 100% money back guarantee and then does not honor it.  Believe me, if there product worked, and the company did what it promised when I gave them my money, I would not be wasting my time.  But when I have been swindled and then attempted to be slandered, by claiming that I used the product, and was lying even after I submitted the paperwork to them directly, I am going to put at least 4 hours every week into writing reviews, filing consumer regulatory complaints, and create an online group to make sure people are aware the service is a scam and the company does NOT stand by its guarantee or it's products.            ]

I have reaponded twice and have been waiting all day for a responce I told them and have asked them what do I do now I have no comeputer and the clostes libary is in the next town I do not have the equment to do this online and told them that they really need to let people know this can only be done from a desttop computer I have alsobask them if they sent out the from and something was wring with them whould I get myvrefun cause I did not know I had to have a desttop when I started this and have told them I have no way to vairify the forms are correct. they have not called at all to get an address and I have ask them wat I am soupposed to do now and no one has contated me since and that was the last message sent

They admitted that it wasn't my fault. I commend them for being professional and resolving this quickly.

We have sent proof that what we have filed for the client was accepted by the courts as well as proof that the spouse signed for the forms and was served. The client has provided forms that she has but this does not show, per our refund policy, that anything was rejected from the court. Clients are still able to obtain an attorney for legal advice or additional issues if needed during our services. The client has yet to show a rejection letter that states something is wrong with the forms from the court. We have called the court and they have clarified the case was filed and accepted. The client can contact us directly for further clarification. Once again she does not meet the requirements for a refund as we have fully rendered services.

This is the proof we have showing the refund was processed from our end. Please remove complaint as we have done our part to resolve matters as client requested.

Client paid for our services on 03-13-2016. On 3-25-16 we called and notified the client she had several errors in the online interview and without those fixed or corrected the system would not complete and upload her paperwork to the account. On 03-28-16 client called and asked for forms. Notified...

client that several days ago we had spoken to her and notified her the state will not allow us to provide forms that involve real property. Told her to remove the property or she may submit for a refund and obtain a lawyer due to having real property. In the state of TN it states on the pro se forms you cannot file on your own with real property. On 03-30-2016 client called us back and stated she removed the property. We checked the interview and it was not removed. We cannot remove or add things to the interview for the client as that can be misconstrued as legal advice. We informed the customer once again the steps to remove the property. On 03-31-2016 we followed up with the customer to make sure she knows how to remove the property so we may have the system prepare the forms. The client answered the phone stating she wants her number removed and to not call her again. The client did not give us the time to state who was calling or let us assist with a solution. We are unable to provide the forms to the customer without her co-operation.

Our services are to provide fully prepared documentation to our clients based on how they answer a series of questions. 
After clarifying our services with our client we have resolved the complaint satisfactorily.

Upon follow up with our client, the client has confirmed to have the forms shipped to them in place of receiving a credit. After further discussion we provided extensive instructions on how to file the forms based on state requirements. Additionally, our client has received the forms and confirmed that all forms have been electronically prepared to their liking and are satisfied with moving forward with the filing process in their county. Our client has confirmed their satisfaction regarding the resolution of their complaint in reference to our services.

Client paid for our services on 4-22-16. We did not hear from the client nor did the client complete any of the process. He first contacted us on 7-22-16 letting us know he would not like to use the service anymore and would like and would like a refund. We told the client due to the fact that...

services were not rendered he would qualify for a refund and just needed to submit a formal request. Client called back on 7-25-16 to follow up on his request. We informed the client refunds take 3-7 business days to review and process. 
The refund was approved and has been processed on our end. The client can contact us for more information on the refund to provide to his bank if he does not see the funds.

The refund has been processed on our end and the approval email sent is the refund receipt. The client can call us at [redacted] for further information so we may assist or email us directly at [redacted]. The phone lines are clear and we have checked them for her as well as had someone try and call her to let her know she needs to call her bank for the status of when the monies will show in the account. We have no control as to when the funds will become available for use as it is up to the financial institution to issue once received from us.
