The problem isn't that they followed proceduresThe problem is they gave us the wrong forms to file and w hen I went to the courts the courts said they could not accept it because the firms were wrong and not correctAdditionally, when u I called mydivorcepapers they stated their was nothing they could do but if I received a rejection letter and sent it to them within days, I would receive a full refund including all court fees and costs.
I went back back to the courts to refine againAgain they said the paperwork was incorrect and not formatted correctlyI again called my divorce papers but they would not tell me anythingI spent a day with the courts self helpThey said the paperwork was absolutely incorrect and they couldn't help meWrong forms provided by divorvepaper.
Still divorcepapers would not helpI finally just submitted everything again, the exact way mydivorcepapers told me tooWith the correct addressWhich had been correct since July of I received a rejection letter saying everything was wrong and to go to a lawyer.
I called mydivorcepapers yet againThey said to send letter in and they would refundI sent letter in the same dayThey received it the following day and said they refused to honor their refund policy.
Ive since spoken to a lawyer as mydivorcepao took over a year to do much of anythingI hoped on anything they gave me immediatelyThe divorce lawyer said they used incorrect formsDid not have my husband fill out financials for his sideThey only had me fill out financials for me that also represented my husbandBut that was not legalAlso they did not have him sign a form that showed he received everything and their were many other forms that needed to be filed out by him and me that were never provided by mydivorcepapersSo there is no way a court would accept this.
Its not not about an outcomeThe lawyer said if the right forms had been filed and signed it would have been approvedBut now I must start all over.
Ive sought advice from two lawyers to verifyThey both say the same thing.
Mydivorcepapers messed up the entire thing by not giving me the correct forms or my husbandIve already spent with them alone nearly $Now I must start all over and pay a lawyer $to $2000.
Its very bad bad and been a year of agony as my husband is very dangerous and he is financially corruptThe longer this takes, the more problems I will haveThank you*** ***

[I have contacted this business on several occasions and only after I filed this report, did they call meI was at work at the time but answered the phone anywayI informed them I got off at pm yesterday (June 16th, 2015) and the guy said he would call me promptly at I have not heard anything back and do not have any voice mails from this companyThey are doing the bare minimum in rectifying this problemNever once has there been any communication until I filed this reportI don't think it is fair that they took my money and I got absolutely nothing in returnMaybe ask them why I never received my papers? We have provided the links to the new forms which have been there since 03-31-as stated in the previous responseOnce again, court houses are allowed to update the forms whenever they chooseThe forms were made available to the client as soon as we were aware of the updated formsThe client never once contacted us about a refundThe client can access our refund policy under the customer service tab when logged into the accountThere the policy clearly states a rejection letter from the court is needed and the rejection must state that there is something wrong with the forms provided that we cannot fix to obtain a refundWe provided the new forms and the client had downloaded the old forms and not the "revised" forms as requestedClient can contact us for further clarification on the issue

I looked into the account and the customer purchased our services on 11/17/She then called in on 11/20/to ask about a refund because she said she no longer wanted a divorceWe informed the customer on the refund steps and how to submit a refund request to the proper departmentThe client called us back on 12/01/for an update on her refund as it was submitted on 11/20/We informed the customer that the refund is approved and she will get the money issued back to the account as no services have been rendered however just like any other business the refund does take 3-business days for the approval process of being formally issuedWe called the client back on 12/07/to let her know the refund would be issued that late evening and to check with her financial institution as to when the funds will be available in the account balance.
As of 12/08/the account was fully refunded to the card used for purchaseWe have reached out to the customer with the transaction ID and informed the customer the monies have left our account and are now in her financial institutions hands

The client has been sent several emails as well as an email stating the refund has been approvedWe kindly ask the client to check all folders in her email as it may have gone to the junk folderThe client issue is resolved

Yes they filed the forms and the forms were rejected on two occasionsThe last time they rejected them completely stating the forms were the wrong formsThey cannot say they performed a service when the service was incorrectly filed with forms the court would not acceptI sent them the rejection letter and told them as was stated on the court letter that I must seek a lawyer.
They respinded to that

The customer registered for our site on 05-19-and paid for our services on 06-15-She then downloaded the forms on the site on the same day, 06-15-The client downloaded the forms right after she paidClient calls in on 06-15-and speaks with one of our supervisors to put the
account on hold before she decides to fileOn 06-16-client then sends in a ticket for a small changeThe IT team submits the change into the system and all the forms were updated with that changeWe then informed the customer she must RE DOWNLOAD the forms for the change to appear as well as informed her in that same instance the court updated the FL and which have also been added to the accountI looked at the download history on the account and the client never re downloaded the forms as instructed so she attempted to file the original forms without her change or the updated two formsThis is not our fault as we had informed the client of the change and the client was the one to ask us to make a change and place the account on holdThe client read the refund policy that clearly states we would not allow refunds in her state ONLY if she downloads the forms, which she didShe did not read the guarantee correctly howeverThe guarantee clearly states that all states are eligible for refund if she receives a court rejection letter stating something is wrong with the forms that we cannot assist with or fixThe forms she filed were the out dated ones as she did not follow the instructions to re download the forms as we had instructed her to doShe can log in and re download and file the forms on the account and she will have no issue at the court unless she files them incorrectly or does not follow the step by step instruction on the account

Client paid for our service on 08-05-Our service fee is dollars to prepare and provide all the forms needed to file for divorce based on the answers given in an online interviewOn the home page we explain the forms are provided and the client is responsible for filingWhen contacting
the support department we inform the clients the court charges a separate filing fee when filing the forms with the stateWe make the process of our service as clear as possible on the site and leave it up to the customer to determine if their situation is fit for purchase. On 08-08-the client called customer service and explained he did not know we do not pay the filing fee and file the formsWe notified the client the fee of dollars does not include the filing of the forms with the court as that is impossibleWe notified client since he did not download the forms he is eligible for a refund and the refund would be processed within 3-business daysClient said he would wait for the refund. This complaint is invalid and should be removed as the client was informed he did not download the forms and would be refunded but needs to wait the required time for that process

We sincerely apologize our service did not work out, we have provided you with a full refund

*** paid for our services on 04-12-She completed the interview and process and called us and asked to upgrade to our platinum service where we simply file the signed forms and serve her spouse once the case has been filedOn 04-15-we upgraded the clients account per her request and
notified her to review the forms and make sure no changes were needed before we send her the step by step instruction on what to sign and send to us*** understood and did thisShe called back the following week on 04-30-when she called back for the instructions to be sent and confirmed no changes were neededThe instructions were sent and we were waiting to receive the signed forms and money order for the filing fee. On 05-26-we received some signed forms and no money order for the filing feeWe emailed and contacted the client letting her know that she must follow the step by step instructions sent for us to file the case and for the court to accept the formsNotified the client she needs to send in ALL signed forms with the money order for us to proceedTo try and make it easier I also personally provided the client a paid for fed ex label to send the forms to usCustomer called in later on 05-28-and informed me her spouse will be moving out of state and this is taking to long and she wants the forms back and platinum refundedNotified the client on this call that I would gladly refund the service since no services were rendered and asked her to confirm the address I may send the forms back toI received the address and notified the shipping department. On 06-19-we received more signed forms from the client without a money order once againI emailed and called the client to ask why she had sent forms again when she had last stated she wants a refund on the serviceShe said she now wants to proceed again with the platinum serviceI notified the client that once again if she once to proceed she needs to follow the instructions as this time the forms sent had crossed off things all over them and our case number on themShe understood and we ended the call with her knowing she needs to sign and send in ALL forms with the filing fee. On 06-29-client called in again asking for our address to re send all forms and the money order toWe informed the client we are at the same address and notified her we will re send the step by step instructions via email for her to make it easierOn 07-08-we received the signed forms but were still missing the money order for the filing fee along with three other main documents listed in the instructionsI called and emailed the client to inform herOn 07-14-client sent in two of the missing forms but we were still missing one main formI called and emailed the client once again to inform her of this. On 07-28-client called in for an update and we informed her we are still missing the money order and one formOn 08-05-we received the signed form and money orderOn 08-06-we attempted to file the caseThe forms and money order were then sent back to the client as she had stated in our online interview that her PO BOX is where her residence is in *** ***The court noticed she cannot live at a PO BOX and we informed the client we must file the case in ** *** where her actual residence isI then provided the client a paid for label and asked her to mail all forms and money order back so I may re file for her. On 08-24-we received all the forms and money order back from the client and refiled the case with ** ***On 11-25-we received the stamped filed forms from the court with a court assigned case number stating the case was ACCEPTED and FILEDWe emailed the client the case number and an update letting her know we will proceed with serving her spouseOn 11-30-we asked the client to re sign and send in the service forms since to have a more recent date to avoid hiccups at the courtReceived the new signed forms and we served her spouse on 12-30-on 02-09-we received her spouses response and filed it with the courtPlatinum was then complete and we notified *** to confirm her address so we may send all remaining forms and the copies for her records. Our platinum service cannot guarantee the court will move quickly as we have no jurisdiction over the courtHowever, we filed the case successfully and served her spouse as well as filed the responseWe rendered services and the rejection letter she is sending us is from the beginning when her address was listed incorrectly on her part in the online interviewI have reached out to the client on numerous occasions and sent numerous emailsI will gladly clarify or discuss the case further with her but per our refund policy there is nothing to fix and the case was filed so she does not qualify for a refund

I have been dealing with this and going through the process with them to get this resolved for months!!!!!!!! Their high pressure sales people just consistently say on the phone that I should not worry and they have a 100% money back guarantee etc but the product turned out to be garbage and a complete waste of time, money and resources on my part This company takes advantage of people (when they are typically at one of the lowest points in their life I might add) and promises a 100% money guarantee at any time if not satisfied but it's a scam They knowingly admitted in the complaint that their product was not valid, due to their own ignorance and compliance issues regarding updated state paperwork and STILL don't honor their 100% money back guarantee plastered all over their website I did not receive the product I paid for, did not get the help they promised and guaranteed and on top of it all they are trying to steal my money! I will be filing a complaint against the company with the state bar, attorney general and UPL authorities in regards to everything I dealt with from this company Every regulatory agency and review site I can find will get minutes of my day every morning about this experience and how the company steals from people and doesn't honor their "guarantee" and products I did a charge back on my credit card for the services after months of trying to work with them on the poor service, invalid product and experience with the company
