I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Divorce papers provided all those details but did not let you know that one of the representatives did in fact listen to the court saying that their way of serving my spouse was invalid. Even though this was heard, they still say they rendered me the service. I paid for a service that wasn't valid. And they now put it on me to fix it. If recorded conversations safe needed I have them from everytime that I called.

Nothing but Lies and as far as them talking about 2\22\16 my ex said she and the bank lady signed and the lady at Port Washington state bank notorized the paper and was mailed back on 2\4\16, and once again I will mention I have recordings of our last 3or4 phone conversations proving their lies, as far as I'm concerned we can take this to court, nothing but a scam and I never asked for your platinum package that was offered to me so please stop lying

Yes they filed the forms and the forms were rejected on two occasions. The last time they rejected them completely stating the forms were the wrong forms. They cannot say they performed a service when the service was incorrectly filed with forms the court would not accept. I sent them the rejection letter and told them as was stated on the court letter that I must seek a lawyer.  They respinded to that

[redacted] paid our service fee of 159 dollars plus USPS shipping of 20 dollars on 06-05-2015. He called in that same day and stated he selected the wrong state to file .We informed the client there is normally a charge to switch states but waived the fee due to his situation. We also informed the client...

on that date to use a computer or desktop as there may be some glitches when using a mobile device to help him avoid frustration. The forms were ready for the new state he requested and an email was sent. On 07-10-2015 client called in upset asking for forms and why he had not received them in the mail. We notified the client we had let him know last time he called the forms are on the account and we will not ship hard copies until he logs in and confirms no changes are needed. We had not heard back from the client to confirm so we reached out and called on 7-31-2015 and could not reach the client. On 7-31-2015 the client called in and said there was an error and we gave him the proper steps to submit changes for his case. Changes were made that same day and client was notified. On 08-11-2015 client contacted us asking to upgrade to the platinum service. The client was informed he was not eligible due to not knowing the location of his spouse. We notified the client that he would be eligible if he found her address and had contact with her. Client called us on 08-11-2015 again confirming to ship the forms to his house so he may sign and file on his own and he proceeded to upgrade to platinum on his end after we told him we could not assist.  We informed the client on this same call the platinum fee needs to be refunded and he needs to file on his own. Client called back on 8-12-2015 telling us an address for his spouse and stated he wants it on the forms. We notified the client he had confirmed to ship and we will make the changes and then ship out the forms if they have not been sent out yet that morning. We shipped out the forms on 08-13-2015 with the spouses new address and changes made to the forms. Client called us on 08-25-2015 with questions on where to sign. We instructed the client to sign where needed and of his next steps. We received the money order for the filing fee and the signed forms on 09-10-2015. Client is now eligible for platinum with a spouses address. On 09-20-15 the client called in upset the case has not been filed. We informed the client the case goes under review with the platinum department to avoid rejection and make sure all is signed correctly and nothing is missing. We then turned around and sent the forms for filing. We received the stamped FILED forms back with the case number on 10-28-2015 and notified client via email of the case number and the status of his case. On 11-03-2015 client called for the status of the case. We notified the client the case has been filed and we are in the process of serving. We sent the forms for service to the address he provided for his spouse on 11-05-2015. USPS made four attempts to serve the spouse at this address and were unsuccessful. We received the forms back from usps on 12-01-2015. We notified the client via email and phone call that same day that the address was incorrect and we need a new address to successfully serve and perform the rest of the platinum service. On 12-02-2015 the client called in with a new address for the spouse. We sent the forms for service that same day. Client called in on 12/29/2015 and we informed him that the platinum department was out for the day since he had called in later in the afternoon. Agent informed client the spouse has been served and we are solely waiting on her response. On 02-09-2016 the green receipt for proof of service was received and we notified the client. The spouse had taken too long to respond which is out of our hands. The client informed us he received a note from the court stating a response has yet to be received. We cannot control when or how the spouse responds. We notified the client we will send in the proof of service and that he needs to contact the court as to the response to see what is needed on his end. We filed and sent the proof of services and the response we received from the clients spouse. We notified the client platinum service is complete and to confirm his home address so we may send all copies and final forms for him to proceed. He confirmed his home address on 02/22/2016 and we mailed out the forms on 02/22/2016 to the address confirmed. Client called in later that day on 02/22/2016 and notified us he gave us the wrong address to mail the forms back to yet again. Told the client we had already shipped them out to the address he confirmed and he would need to wait for them to come back to us so we can re mail them to the new address he has given us. Client was upset and the supervisor informed him we should be charging a fee since this is not our fault but we are not. Client then called in on 02/23/2016 asking for a refund for platinum and the general fee. The supervisor informed the client he is not eligible for a refund as we have done everything correctly on our end and the case was filed and his spouse was served. Client is more than welcome to contact us with any further questions for his case.

and our service is for uncontested Divorce. I will be able to work with you regarding the refund for the platinum since we did start part of the process and as per the refund policy we are not able refund but I will be able to provide a partial refund of the $299.00 witch it will be $149.50, as per the service refund for $159.00, it has been past 30 days and also we do not have a rejection letter from the court. I will be more than happy to send you an email of confirmation, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to show back in your account. We have reached out to the client and settled the matter with them. We have asked the client to remove the complaint. Client agreed.

I think this service is a rip off. I started the processes and their website says 3 - 10 business days. I kept checking their website but nothing was ever loaded or showed progress being made. I also, never received any type of email confirmation. This concerned me as I was already leary of an online service. I called on the 5th day and was on hold for 45 minutes the first time and then on hold for over an hour the 2nd time.
I finally sent in a request for a refund due to poor communication/service.
I received a call back a few days later from the Refunds department manager, Joe, who was condescending and informed me that my forms had been completed and available since the 26th. I had been checking the site daily since filing and nothing was ever loaded. He offered me free shipping but due to the poor experience to date I had not confidence in the quality of the paperwork.
He said I was unlikely to get a refund.

Client paid for our services on 4-22-16. We did not hear from the client nor did the client complete any of the process. He first contacted us on 7-22-16 letting us know he would not like to use the service anymore and would like and would like a refund. We told the client due to the fact that...

services were not rendered he would qualify for a refund and just needed to submit a formal request. Client called back on 7-25-16 to follow up on his request. We informed the client refunds take 3-7 business days to review and process. The refund was approved and has been processed on our end. The client can contact us for more information on the refund to provide to his bank if he does not see the funds.

I appreciate a timely response yet I'm annoyed at how adamant this company is to continually say that they have done everything right. I explained to them before that I got a call from the court clerk after they had submitted my divorce forms and the clerk told me to pick up the forms because they weren't appropriate for my case. I then, had to make corrections myself and submit certain forms on my own time while going to the courthouse to get a case number started. I didn't gain anything by going through this company. Nothing was convenient and the time it took to get responses at times was ridiculous. They are refusing to refund me although I am very displeased with their service. I initially got the divorce denied because a certain box wasn't checked. I had to resubmit it to ultimately get it granted.  I dont feel that this service follows through thoroughly and they don't actually assign one caseworker as implied from the beginning of sign up. I was assigned Mr [redacted] to my case and never once did he contact me or answer my inquiries.

We contacted the client by phone today and explained the process and provided [redacted] tracking proof signed that the courts received her forms. Client understands process better now. We ask that the complaint be removed as it was a misunderstanding of procedure.
