Review: I saw an internet site named "MyDivorcePapers.com" online and signed up my information to get the process started for me. They took the charge of $159 from my account but did not start the paperwork.Desired Settlement: Since I signed up awhile ago and no action has taken place, I want a complete refund for the $159 they were paid. MyDivorcePapers.com provides documentation fully prepared for the client to file with the court. We rendered services entirely however they did not proceed forward with said services.

Review: I paid the required fee to have divorce papers created. Once they were complete there was an issue with the current address of my spouse. I was unable to file the papers without the correction. I contacted the company and asked for the corrections to be made. I waited several weeks with no resolution. I then asked for a refund, It now states that the refund is pending. and would take 3-7 business days. This has been over a month. They were unable to provide the service that was promised. I've called several times and with no resolution.Desired Settlement: a refund of $159.00

Review: First of all, before I could even complete filling out divorce papers, my credit card was charged $159.00 and has appeared on my statement. I did not finish filling out the papers because I had questions so I emailed them. I have not gotten a response to my emails. I have tried numerous times to call but have been kept in hold, in one instance, over 30 minutes. The recording says "they are experiencing high call volumn and the wait could be 10 minutes. I have held for much longer lots of times but have never been able to speak to a human being!

I did, on line, give them my credit card information because that was the first thing they ask before you could download the forms. Thinking back, I believe that was a mistake on my end. I feel like this is a scam!!!Desired Settlement: To help me complete these forms accurately so that I can file for a divorce!

We have attempted to contact our client multiple times regarding her account; specifically on 03/12/2015 and 03/23/2015.

Review: I started my case on 12/17/2014

Submitted payment of $159.00 at Feb 28th, finished and submitted all the required information before Feb 29th.

On their website, they promised 3-10 business days to review my forms.

I been waiting 16 business days, 3 whole weeks and more, and they haven't deliver any promised paper work to me. Nor do I know if their paperwork promised is correct or not.

I am trying to contact them by email multiple time. 3/7/2015, 3/22/2015. All I get is automatic computer reply, with a ticket number, no real person contact.

I also, called them multiple times. Left 2 voice message and phone number to their answer machine. Still no response!

On 3/23/2015, I waited 30 minutes on waiting line, and finally reached a person with loud background noise and vague English ascent that promise me somebody will contact me ASAP.

Still no email, no phone call.

I really need to get the divorce done, and this company has wasted a lot of my important time.Desired Settlement: either delivery the promised documents with promised quality. Or a full refund no later than this week. Otherwise I will consider upgrade my complain to FBI IC3 unit.

Review: I ordered these papers about two weeks ago. These papers were done wrong multiple times and I have proof. I ask them numerous times to change the documents I have sent tons of dollars printing out paper work and so fourth. I kept contacting them for these errors after they explained they fixed the issue, I take papers to court house still there was outdated forms and then when I got to clerk desk she told me to take the papers and come back with the right ones. I explained to them that I had been to courthouse more than once and they refused to issue my money back because the clerk did not accept my papers. Why do they just want to take advantage of a person if you could not do the work refund me my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

First and foremost, we

apologize to the customer for any inconvenience she may have had using our

service. This customer had contacted us on several occasions over the phone

regarding questions about filing procedures, asking for an additional form that

is not included in the divorce paperwork, and needing a change on one of her

documents. When the customer had the chance to speak to a customer support

agent or her case worker, we were happy and willing to help her each time.

She had called in to

request a change that she needed made on one of the forms and that change was

addressed for her the same day. Normally changes need to be submitted to the

customer's case worker and once submitted they take 48 hours as per our policy,

but our support team had gone out of their way to help this customer with what

she needed, as well as had her case worker contact her to answer any additional

questions she had.

The customer requested a

form from her case worker on 07/24/2014 at 10:55AM, her case worker responded

to her with the correct form at 11:45AM the same day. No contact was made to

her case worker asking for any changes or extra forms after 07/24/2014.

The form she stated was

outdated is not usually included in the divorce paperwork that we provide,

though it was provided to her on 07/11/2014 so that she may attempt to request

the court waive her court costs. This form is not a required form needed to obtain

a divorce.

When the customer

requested a refund for the service, we reviewed her case and asked her to

provide a formal rejection letter from the court or the "new" forms

to prove that the ones we had provided to her were in fact not accepted. We asked

this of the customer so that our refund department would be able to issue her a

full refund, as per our policy. We uphold to our refund policy as long as the

customer can provide us with either of those options.

We sent her an email

requesting either of those options on 08/01/2014. The customer informed us on

08/04/2014 that she could not provide us with a rejection letter nor the

"new" forms from the court. Her response was sent to our refund

department on 08/04/2014 and her request at that time was still pending review.

She was told that she will receive a response with the refund department's

decision via email. She posted this complaint before her request could be

formally processed within our system.

As a solution to this

situation, we are able to issue a full refund for the customer's service

without the usual required documentation from her.

Review: I filed for a divorce on oct.1,2015. Witch btw the site says divoce in one hour. Well I fiked on oct.1, 2015 and it is now oct.26,2015 and I cant get the people of this compney to give me a.refund or send me my papers to file they sent me some docomunts to download to verafiy tbat the information was correct and when I tryed to download them it said File EMPTY 0 KB so o tryed to contact the compney to see wat was going on and they have been so rude they keep telling me I have alread downloaded the papers but when I tryed to do it like I said it said file empty 0kb and they keep ingoring that fact and telling me I alread downloaded them but im here witb nothing and if I had downloaded them like they clam y are they not sending out my papers cause I paid 20 extra dollars for them to be sent to me but the comney dont want to do ether the wont give me a refun for my 200 dollars or send me my papers and thats alot of moneyDesired Settlement: Send me my papers I paid 200 for or give me a refund please

The client had originally setup their account on 10/1/2015 and completed our online interview process at exactly 1:17pm PST. After completing this process his forms were available for download immediately. She then downloaded all of the forms on 10/2/2015 at 12:47am PST and then again at 6:28am PST which renders the services of the account. We received a refund request from the client at 6:42am PST that the forms were blank and that he was having trouble downloading the forms. One of our supervisors responded to the clients email the same day when the client had asked for the status of the refund that was already submitted earlier that day. Upon submitting a refund, clients are notified that processing takes up to 3-10 business days.

There service stated it was Attorney approve,easy instruction and save time and money. I answer the question and they e-mail me back stating due to my result of the interview they unable to assist me at this time.

When the client first applied for our service on 12-31-2015 we were able to provide legal separation forms for the state in which he resides. For the new year, ** informed us they no longer accept the legal separation forms and to file within the court system it has to be for a divorce or an annulment. Once we were aware of this rule change we then emailed him letting him know since we were informed we cannot help with his case a full refund has been processed so he may seek the help he needs elsewhere. We had yet to hear from the client nor did the client call or email in.
