I looked into the account and the customer purchased our services on 11/17/She then called in on 11/20/to ask about a refund because she said she no longer wanted a divorceWe informed the customer on the refund steps and how to submit a refund request to the proper departmentThe client called us back on 12/01/for an update on her refund as it was submitted on 11/20/We informed the customer that the refund is approved and she will get the money issued back to the account as no services have been rendered however just like any other business the refund does take 3-business days for the approval process of being formally issuedWe called the client back on 12/07/to let her know the refund would be issued that late evening and to check with her financial institution as to when the funds will be available in the account balance. As of 12/08/the account was fully refunded to the card used for purchaseWe have reached out to the customer with the transaction ID and informed the customer the monies have left our account and are now in her financial institutions hands

When the client first applied for our service on 12-31-we were able to provide legal separation forms for the state in which he residesFor the new year, ** informed us they no longer accept the legal separation forms and to file within the court system it has to be for a divorce or an

The client purchased our services on 7-25-He then completed the online interview where we gather all his information to fill out the state required forms for Divorce in his state electronicallyOn 7-25-he also called in and asked about a refund after completing the interviewHe mentioned he
wanted a refund for no real reason but that he was not ready to proceed at this timeThe clients request was forwarded to the refund department for approval since he did not download the forms and the client was informed it would take 3-business days to processThe client said he understoodToday is the 5th business day since the refund was submitted and at no point did we inform the customer or ever say it was denied because the refund was processed and approved last nightRefunds take these 3-business days for review and for the banks to in turn accept the requestWe were truthful with the client and asked for his patience in this processThe client cam directly here to complain when we could have explained the process once again if he would have reached out to usThe refund has been processed and the client now needs to wait on his bank to show the funds

The client came to our site 10-23-and registeredShe then completed payment for the services on 02-23-The client never completed the second interview so forms were not supplied to herShe gave us a call on 03-28-asking the process for s refundWe kindly told her to submit the
refund request through her online account with the reason for the refund and the refund department will respond once they have reviewed the account and her requestDue to being an online service the refund request must be submitted on the clients end through their accountClient then called back on 03-31-to ask if the refund had been processedShe submitted the request on 03-29-so we informed her the review of the refund can typically take 3-business days but since she did not complete the process not to worry and the refund will be approved for that specific reasonClient called in again on 04-04-and we notified her the refund has been approved and to wait for an email to come through stating the refund was processed and her bank accepted itOn 04-12-the client called us to notify us she went to the bank and got her money backNotified client now that she went through the bank we cannot process the refund on our endNotified client with a charge back we now deal directly with the bankClient called us back on 4-16-to tell us the bank took the money back and notified her to contact us for refundNotified her now that the charge back was reversed we can proceed with refundThe refund request the client submitted stated "does not know location of spouse" and no other detailsThe refund manager gave her a call and left a voice mail on 4-16-asking her for more details as not knowing the location of your spouse still allows the client to proceed with servicesDid not hear back from client in the allotted so refund for account was processed on 04-18-Client can contact bank as to when the funds will show in available account balance

The client had originally setup their account on 10/1/and completed our online interview process at exactly

The supervisor informed the client the refund department reviews the account and will get back to her via email as to whether the refund is approved or deniedThe supervisor also gave the client the option to download and review the forms and if something is wrong with the forms she can assist because the client needs to make sure no changes are needed before we may ship out the formsThe client informed us there was an error on her end when downloadingWe informed the client we are able to download and print the forms without errors so we suggested trying a desktop or laptop computer or using a library or public computerWe have been waiting for the client to get back to us with proof of the error on her end so we could assist or process the refund or an address so we may ship her the forms.
Per our refund policy once the forms are downloaded services have been rendered and in order to obtain a credit for said services, the client must provide a copy of the rejection letter to uphold the money back guarantee.
We have emailed and called the client to have her confirm an address we can send the forms or provide us with more information on the errors she is receiving so we may issue a full refund.
Upon receipt of said complaint, this is the first correspondence that we have had from the client regarding the issue as we had not received an update from our previous request

Hello, As for the comment that I got services two years ago is not true. I agree that I inquired about the annulment services two years ago but no payment was given. My payment has not been 90 days. I also want to state that at no point that I was told of any discounts from the business.  No one has never taken the time to explain anything to me in regards to what they are claiming.

I have correspondence via messages. Some I can't see anymore because it was redirected to the platinum service dept. Isn't it true that there isn't a true caseworker assigned to one person as I never did get any responses from Mr. [redacted]? I've explained several times that the court clerk kicked back the forms your company sent them because they were dissatisfied with the forms that were submitted. True, it wasn't a denial from the judge, it was however, kicked back to me. It was stamped "filed" but no case number was assigned. I had to seek help from the court window helper to advise me on what to do. They immediately advised me to get a refund from this service because they clearly didn't know the process on which forms needed to be submitted first, and that the forms were incomplete. They also said I shouldn't have notarized certain forms yet which I had done.  I did state earlier that my divorce has since been finalized. And I did show proof that my divorce was initially denied due to a box on the Divorce Decree that wasn't checked.  A manager named [redacted] from My Divorce Papers left me a message saying that she spoke with the courts to follow up on my divorce out of confusion and they reiterated that my divorce is finalized making this out of her jurisdiction.  I'm not sure why she felt the need as I have stated that my divorce is final  I am very disappointed that this company continues to refuse a refund to anyone that is thoroughly unhappy with theit service. I am still requesting a refund. I paid a total of $408 for nothing.  My experience with this company was frustrating, a constant wait for correspondence...I had to take a call from the court clerk to retrieve the forms in person, and the forms were initially denied by the judge. I've sent in a picture as proof of that. I had to deal with going down to the courts to retrieve and submit the forms myself and got them signed by my ex...the divorce was finally granted.  I also had to get certain forms notarized again because of the poor knowledge of this service. If anything, PLEASE refund me at least the Platinum Service Fee as the court stated to me that my ex couldn't be served as he was in the same state.  I chose to go with this service although we were both agreeing to a divorce because of our conflicting schedules and because I'm constantly off island for work  I've never had to request a refund for anything before but in this case I feel the need to.  I've been advised by numerous people including people that helped me with my forms to make sure that I demand a refund

She completed the interview and process and called us and asked to upgrade to our platinum service where we simply file the signed forms and serve her spouse once the case has been filed. On 04-15-15 we upgraded the clients account per her request and...

notified her to review the forms and make sure no changes were needed before we send her the step by step instruction on what to sign and send to us. [redacted] understood and did this. She called back the following week on 04-30-15 when she called back for the instructions to be sent and confirmed no changes were needed. The instructions were sent and we were waiting to receive the signed forms and money order for the filing fee. On 05-26-15 we received some signed forms and no money order for the filing fee. We emailed and contacted the client letting her know that she must follow the step by step instructions sent for us to file the case and for the court to accept the forms. Notified the client she needs to send in ALL signed forms with the money order for us to proceed. To try and make it easier I also personally provided the client a paid for fed ex label to send the forms to us. Customer called in later on 05-28-2015 and informed me her spouse will be moving out of state and this is taking to long and she wants the forms back and platinum refunded. Notified the client on this call that I would gladly refund the service since no services were rendered and asked her to confirm the address I may send the forms back to. I received the address and notified the shipping department. 
On 06-19-2015 we received more signed forms from the client without a money order once again. I emailed and called the client to ask why she had sent forms again when she had last stated she wants a refund on the service. She said she now wants to proceed again with the platinum service. I notified the client that once again if she once to proceed she needs to follow the instructions as this time the forms sent had crossed off things all over them and our case number on them. She understood and we ended the call with her knowing she needs to sign and send in ALL forms with the filing fee. 
On 06-29-2015 client called in again asking for our address to re send all forms and the money order to. We informed the client we are at the same address and notified her we will re send the step by step instructions via email for her to make it easier. On 07-08-2015 we received the signed forms but were still missing the money order for the filing fee along with three other main documents listed in the instructions. I called and emailed the client to inform her. On 07-14-15 client sent in two of the missing forms but we were still missing one main form. I called and emailed the client once again to inform her of this. 
On 07-28-2015 client called in for an update and we informed her we are still missing the money order and one form. On 08-05-2015 we received the signed form and money order. On 08-06-2015 we attempted to file the case. The forms and money order were then sent back to the client as she had stated in our online interview that her PO BOX is where her residence is in [redacted]. The court noticed she cannot live at a PO BOX and we informed the client we must file the case in [redacted] where her actual residence is. I then provided the client a paid for label and asked her to mail all forms and money order back so I may re file for her. 
On 08-24-2015 we received all the forms and money order back from the client and refiled the case with [redacted]. On 11-25-2015 we received the stamped filed forms from the court with a court assigned case number stating the case was ACCEPTED and FILED. We emailed the client the case number and an update letting her know we will proceed with serving her spouse. On 11-30-2015 we asked the client to re sign and send in the service forms since to have a more recent date to avoid hiccups at the court. Received the new signed forms and we served her spouse on 12-30-2015. on 02-09-2016 we received her spouses response and filed it with the court. Platinum was then complete and we notified [redacted] to confirm her address so we may send all remaining forms and the copies for her records. 
Our platinum service cannot guarantee the court will move quickly as we have no jurisdiction over the court. However, we filed the case successfully and served her spouse as well as filed the response. We rendered services and the rejection letter she is sending us is from the beginning when her address was listed incorrectly on her part in the online interview. I have reached out to the client on numerous occasions and sent numerous emails. I will gladly clarify or discuss the case further with her but per our refund policy there is nothing to fix and the case was filed so she does not qualify for a refund.

They have not as of yet refunded the money that was paid to them. I am requesting a full refund, however, they continue to say that they will send the paperwork completed after 2 months. I have already hired a service in town that is taking care of my divorce. Please know as of 2/3/2016 I am still waiting for a refund.
