Client paid for our service on 08-05-Our service fee is dollars to prepare and provide all the forms needed to file for divorce based on the answers given in an online interviewOn the home page we explain the forms are provided and the client is responsible for filingWhen contacting
the support department we inform the clients the court charges a separate filing fee when filing the forms with the stateWe make the process of our service as clear as possible on the site and leave it up to the customer to determine if their situation is fit for purchase. On 08-08-the client called customer service and explained he did not know we do not pay the filing fee and file the formsWe notified the client the fee of dollars does not include the filing of the forms with the court as that is impossibleWe notified client since he did not download the forms he is eligible for a refund and the refund would be processed within 3-business daysClient said he would wait for the refund.
This complaint is invalid and should be removed as the client was informed he did not download the forms and would be refunded but needs to wait the required time for that process

The client had paid for and enrolled in our services on 2/22/On 2/25/in the afternoon the client called in after completing half of our process and asked for the steps in requesting a refund because she decided to go a different routeWe gave the client the steps and tried to save the
sale in offering the customer assistance in answering questions or concerns but she declinedWe received the customers formal refund request 2/26/in the morningOnce a client submits a refund they are notified it takes 3-business days to receive the email from us stating whether it has been approved or deniedWe informed the customer of this as well as let her know she would be approved since no services have been rendered as stated in the refund policyThe customers refund was processed this morning, the 8th business day from receiving the request, and the customer can now check with her bank as to when it will show in her account balanceWe have yet to hear from the customer from the day she submitted the request

We have made contact with our client regarding her questionsSince contact client is grateful of the outcome and happy that we reached out regarding her complaintWe have come to a satisfactory solution for both parties

We have reached out to the client via email as well as a phone callHave reached a resolution with the client and this issue is closed

The client had originally setup their account on 10/1/and completed our online interview process at exactly 1:17pm PSTAfter completing this process his forms were available for download immediatelyShe then downloaded all of the forms on 10/2/at 12:47am PST and then again
at 6:28am PST which renders the services of the accountWe received a refund request from the client at 6:42am PST that the forms were blank and that he was having trouble downloading the formsOne of our supervisors responded to the clients email the same day when the client had asked for the status of the refund that was already submitted earlier that dayUpon submitting a refund, clients are notified that processing takes up to 3-business days. The supervisor informed the client the refund department reviews the account and will get back to her via email as to whether the refund is approved or deniedThe supervisor also gave the client the option to download and review the forms and if something is wrong with the forms she can assist because the client needs to make sure no changes are needed before we may ship out the formsThe client informed us there was an error on her end when downloadingWe informed the client we are able to download and print the forms without errors so we suggested trying a desktop or laptop computer or using a library or public computerWe have been waiting for the client to get back to us with proof of the error on her end so we could assist or process the refund or an address so we may ship her the forms. Per our refund policy once the forms are downloaded services have been rendered and in order to obtain a credit for said services, the client must provide a copy of the rejection letter to uphold the money back guarantee. We have emailed and called the client to have her confirm an address we can send the forms or provide us with more information on the errors she is receiving so we may issue a full refund. Upon receipt of said complaint, this is the first correspondence that we have had from the client regarding the issue as we had not received an update from our previous request

Our response should resolve the complaint as the monies have left our account and been refunded to the clients account used for purchaseOur business hours are am to pm pacific timeThe account was refunded yesterday at the close of business like any other online serviceI will gladly email the client the transaction receipt for the refund to resolve his suspicions and put the issue to rest as it is more than resolvedThe client can contact us with further questions or explanation

I appreciate a timely response yet I'm annoyed at how adamant this company is to continually say that they have done everything right
I explained to them before that I got a call from the court clerk after they had submitted my divorce forms and the clerk told me to pick up the forms because they weren't appropriate for my caseI then, had to make corrections myself and submit certain forms on my own time while going to the courthouse to get a case number startedI didn't gain anything by going through this companyNothing was convenient and the time it took to get responses at times was ridiculous.
They are refusing to refund me although I am very displeased with their servicei initially got the divorce denied because a certain box wasn't checkedI had to resubmit it to ultimately get it granted.
I dont feel that this service follows through thoroughly and they don't actually assign one caseworker as implied from the beginning of sign upI was assigned Mr *** to my case and never once did he contact me or answer my inquiries

I apologize for the misunderstanding, I have issued the $back to your account, please allow 24-hours or up to business days for the refund to reflect back in your account

We spoke to the client in late December letting her know we needed a rejection letter from the courts showing the forms were rejectedIf she hired counsel, an attorney's receipt will do as wellOnce we receive this information we would be happy to review her account for refund

Client sent in an email to our company on 01/13/On that same day we responded to him explaining that getdivorcepapers.com is not us, it is a completely different companyThat he would need to contact their business directly to resolve the concerns he is having and refund he is
requesting. We ask that this complaint be removed immediately, as it is not an accurate depiction of our company

the inconvenience and misconception this customer experienced regarding our
"Optional Rush Service"This option is for customers who are wishing
to expedite the review process by their case worker; this is a second
charge of

pays when creating the account
In order to select this service, the customer would have had
to select the option under a clearly marked notice - "! OPTIONAL RUSH SERVICE:
Expedite Your Form Review" which gives the price for the Rush Service and
an explanation of the $purchase
As a company, we fulfill all Rush Service requests submitted
on time in an effort to provide superior document preparation. Unfortunately for this customer, they did not
call or email to notify us that they wished to have this service option
cancelled before the service was providedAs such, we had no knowledge of the
customer's request. We provided the Rush
Order service, fulfilled the order, and sent the customer a message notifying
them of their completed forms on 06/24/
We have refunded the customer the full $for the Rush
Order Service as of 07/29/We hope that this is sufficient and that the
customer will be satisfied with our solution
