Client purchased our services in March 2014. Client completed the process and the forms for a ** annulment were provided and downloaded by the client. Client never called in that year or last year at all. The first call or contact we received from the client was on Feb 16th 2016 where the client...

asked to switch the account from annulment to divorce. We notified the client since there are forms already provided there is a 75 dollar service fee to provide another service because that requires new forms. Client then submitted a refund request for the account. On April 5th 2016 we called to inform the client she purchased our services two years ago and a refund will not be issued. To resolve the issue for the client we also offered to waive the service charge and would switch the account to divorce right then. We have yet to receive contact from the client until now. Client is not eligible for a refund.

We have reached out to the customer on several occasions to get the information needed to process her request. Customer needs to contact us via ticket or phone call so we may complete this issue.

[I never received an email stating there were new forms,also the clerk at the court house told told and showed me that those forms had been effective since January 2015,so why would it take their website so long to add the new forms,they're just coming up with anything in order not to refund my money.

So I appreciate the response of getting the money back but they are lying! I asked for a refund because their site was broken! They also said 3-10 days not 7! And if it was approved last night why could they not tell me when I called at 3 o'clock yesterday? The guy I spoke to even put me on hold for 5 minutes and said oh they haven't even looked at your refund yet! [redacted] of people their don't have a clue!

I am not satisfied with the response from the company since they already told me that the refund was approved and all I needed to do was send in the paperwork that we used.  If it was not their paperwork (since it was not correct to begin with and they needed to update their [redacted] paperwork) they would refund the money.  Called back today to follow up on the refund, that was already granted prior, via the representative that I spoke with and now they are telling me, yet again, I have to go through additional processing etc.  Their 100% money back guarantee plastered all over their website is BS! I have been dealing with this and going through the process with them to get this resolved for 4 months!!!!!!!! Their high pressure sales people just consistently say on the phone that I should not worry and they have a 100% money back guarantee etc but the product turned out to be garbage and a complete waste of time, money and resources on my part.  This company takes advantage of people (when they are typically at one of the lowest points in their life I might add) and promises a 100% money guarantee at any time if not satisfied but it's a scam.  They knowingly admitted in the complaint that their product was not valid, due to their own ignorance and compliance issues regarding updated state paperwork and STILL don't honor their 100% money back guarantee plastered all over their website.  I did not receive the product I paid for, did not get the help they promised and guaranteed and on top of it all they are trying to steal my money! I will be filing a complaint against the company with the state bar, attorney general and UPL authorities in regards to everything I dealt with from this company.  Every regulatory agency and review site I can find will get 15 minutes of my day every morning about this experience and how the company steals from people and doesn't honor their "guarantee" and products.  I did a charge back on my credit card for the services after 4 months of trying to work with them on the poor service, invalid product and experience with the company.

I would not have filed the complaint if the issue had been resolved on 4-5.  since that time I have made multiple calls to this company as I have received no refund.  I have called my bank and they state their comments it is my banks issue is also false.  they process deposits the following day upon receiving them.  I will be filing a complaint through my bank if refund is not received today

This ticket was never received on our end and the IT team has been notified of the error to avoid this in the future. This has now been resolved. Please contact your bank as to when you will see the funds available for use.

respond we can send the forms back to you, as far as a refund for the initial paperwork as per our policy it has been passed 30 days and platinum service that is non refundable we began the process and that is something that is also stated in our policy, I understand that your case got dismissed but the fact that there was no response is not up to us and out of our hands. [redacted] had no reason to go to the court to file as she had paid for platinum service. We successfully filed the forms and served her spouse. We scanned the court receipt and sent it to her directly stating the forms were ACCEPTED and filed. The forms provided are the forms given directly from the court so they are indeed the correct forms. [redacted]'s services have been rendered. She paid 159 dollars for the forms to be electronically prepared by the system and 299 for us to file and serve. She also paid the court 435 dollars for the filing fee which was the money order that she kept forgetting to include when sending us he signed forms to file. She may contact us directly if she has further questions but finalization is with the courts and they decide on what the outcome will or will not be of her case not us.

I have already hired a service in town that is taking care of my divorce. Please know as of 2/3/2016 I am still waiting for a refund.
