Review: I requested a refund on Feb 24 and received an email saying would be taken care of in up to 7 days. The papers were never completed because the process was to difficult for me to complete and according to their website there is a 100% money back guarantee. I've been on hold for 45 min on multiple times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone and there is no email address to contact to find out status. I just want my money back that I paid them which by the way you have to pay before you know the difficulty of the questions.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money immediately.

Response:

The client had paid for and enrolled in our services on 2/22/2016. On 2/25/2016 in the afternoon the client called in after completing half of our process and asked for the steps in requesting a refund because she decided to go a different route. We gave the client the steps and tried to save the sale in offering the customer assistance in answering questions or concerns but she declined. We received the customers formal refund request 2/26/2016 in the morning. Once a client submits a refund they are notified it takes 3-10 business days to receive the email from us stating whether it has been approved or denied. We informed the customer of this as well as let her know she would be approved since no services have been rendered as stated in the refund policy. The customers refund was processed this morning, the 8th business day from receiving the request, and the customer can now check with her bank as to when it will show in her account balance. We have yet to hear from the customer from the day she submitted the request.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

These people are liars. This is not how this happened at all and I have my emails to show when my refund was requested. I requested the refund on Feb 24 and the response email said 3-7 days to be processed nothing about 10 days. Someone from there called me on the 25th and tried to talk me into finishing the process and not cancelling. When I explained I could not they said well hope everything works out and hung up. I never could get anyone to answer the customer service phone number...NEVER was I able to talk to a person again and there was no email address for me to contact them directly. I have not been given a refund yet. I did receive an email today saying that my request was approved and I would be getting a refund. But as of yet it has not shown up in my account nor is it pending. If it is returned to my account then the complaint will be resolved but that has not happened so far and their account of events is not factual!

Response:

The refund has been processed on our end and the approval email sent is the refund receipt. The client can call us at [redacted] for further information so we may assist or email us directly at [redacted]. The phone lines are clear and we have checked them for her as well as had someone try and call her to let her know she needs to call her bank for the status of when the monies will show in the account. We have no control as to when the funds will become available for use as it is up to the financial institution to issue once received from us.

Review: I spent $159 on divorce papers that are guaranteed for the courts to accept them. I purchased what was supposed to be a complete divorce packet, supposedly containing all the paperwork that I would need. I painstakingly filled everything out, got everything notorized and stood in line forever at the court house only to have them look through the paperwork and hand it back to me because all the needed paperwork was not there. When I told her I had purchased the package for the state of Florida and paid $159 for it, her mouth dropped open. MY COUNTY HAS THE PAPERWORK NEEDED, ALL OF IT, ONLINE FOR FREE. Because I had to go home, print out all the paperwork yet again from the new source, and re-fill out and notorize everything again, I feel I deserve a refund off the $159. As far as I am concerned, this company is a scam. If they prove me wrong with a refund, maybe I will change my mind and drop further action.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full $159

Our services are to provide fully prepared documentation to our clients based on how they answer a series of questions. After clarifying our services with our client we have resolved the complaint satisfactorily.

Review: Company accepted payment for services not rendered. I filled out all required personal information for divor, ce paperwork to be drawn up by the company which they assure will be accepted by local courts. Was told to wait 3-10 business days at end of process to receive my filled out paperwork. I waited a total of 20 days. I called their customer service, who was reluctant / unable to provide me with any information other than a name of my case worker, [redacted]. When dialing through the company's automated personnel directory, it registers a [redacted], but provides a cut-off space of dead air after it states her extension is: extension "...dead space." [redacted] was the customer service rep that I dealt with the first time I called. He stated he sent a message (inter-office / proprietary / email, unsure) and [redacted] assured me that I would have my paperwork uploaded to my account on the company's website either by the end of the day (4/21/15) or no later than first thing the following morning, Pacific Standard Time. My paperwork was not uploaded by this time, which is already double the amount of the maximum time (and then some) the company requested I wait since having filled out my paperwork. I filled out my paperwork on, and the company confirmed this date; 3/24/15. I have received zero communication from this company after my initial billing and account creation emails. I called back again today and was told I was not going to be able to speak to my case worker and that the only option available to me was for the customer service rep to send my caseworker another message as the previous rep had done. I was told I would need to wait at least another 72 hours for a response. The rep would not connect me to a supervisor or anyone with any authority in the company and actually complained to me that the supervisor wasn't even in his department.Desired Settlement: Either this company needs to fulfill it's promise of delivering divorce papers drawn up so that they would be accepted by my local court based on the information I provided them, or they need to provide me with a full refund and due to the sensitive nature of the personal information (SSN's, birthdates, etc) required by this service, they also need to provide identity theft services for myself, my soon to be ex-wife, and all 5 of my children for a minimum of a year. Some legal form of assurance that my data has been purged from all of their systems and not sold to any 3rd parties needs to be provided. If the company cannot provide this, I am ready and willing to pursue further legal action.

Our client has been contacted, all points have been resolved accordingly.Thank you.

Review: This company appears to be some type of fraud. I have purchased the preparation assistance several months ago and have been assigned a case worker. There have been issues with having errors in the forms populating different information from what I have entered, and I have also had a few questions that I needed assistance with. Since the time that I purchased this service to the present, I have yet to get a hold of my so called assigned case worker or any customer service representative for that matter. I have left numerous messages, have called several times to speak to anyone, have left my call back number and still no avail in reaching someone or have yet to be contacted in return, as well as my forms are still incorrect. Now I have decided to send this complaint to inform whoever is receiving this, that I will be filing a complaint against this company to the Revdex.com to hopefully help other people going through this tough time avoid wasting their time and money with this horrible company. This was more of a hindrance than a help in this whole divorce ordeal.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund of my $159 since they have not helped in any way at all.

Review: my agent for my case was never available to talk and did not return phone calls after leaving messages. I had to talk to different agents and was lied to 4 times. The first agent said that they would send me a court waiver form that I could sign to waive the fees and that to send it all in, so I did and they said I received it, which I thought everything would start being settled and they said my husband would be served his papers. I called back later and one of the agents said it was already in court trying to get approved without them serving my husband, which did not make sense. I called back later and an agent said, they did not receive my paperwork at all!!! Even though I had proof that it arrived at their destination!! I then talked with a manager who said they received the paper work but I would have to pay the court fee to proceed because the court would not take a waiver form from a third party, after previous telling me that they would and actually sending me the form to fill out so they could turn it in and then telling me that the court does not accept it from them. I asked the manager why would my divorce papers tell me differently and get me to fill it out anyway and she did not have a answer. I asked for a full refund due to them lying to me 4 times and giving me constant wrong information and being untrustworthy and a shady business that I have ever dealt with that has done wrong and after much denying me the refund, they finally refunded my premium package of 199.00 back to me but refused to refund my basic package back to me of 159.00, even though they are in the wrong, saying that the paper work was already finished, the paper work that I never received back. At this point, I do not want the paperwork at all. I just want a full refund and will never recommend this company to anyone due to them not knowing what they are doing and for constantly lying to me and not living up to their word. Also, putting me behind for 4 monthsDesired Settlement: Want a full refund of $159.00 As soon as possible

MyDivorcePapers.com would like to extend formal apologies

for the lack of communication between you and your caseworker. We do strive to

make sure that each client is taken care of and since you were not able to

receive the email correspondence regarding your updates, for that we are truly

sorry.

Your case was in a pending status; waiting for you to send

in corrected documents and a filing fee. Initially, when we received the first

package you sent in, there were a few signatures missing as well as your

payment for the filing fees. Unfortunately, the courts will not accept a fee

waiver through a third party filing on your behalf.

We apologize that you were provided incorrect information regarding

your fee waiver as we strive to provide a consistency in information disbursed

throughout the organization.

We have since made contact with the client regarding the

situation and the client is satisfied with the end result regarding her

account.

Review: Paid $393 for services that were never completed. Paid on 3/10/15, still have not had anything done by company. Have tried repeatedly to contact company but always deferred to wait 3 to 10 business days. They were paid to complete divorce papers and to deliver them to the courthouse, neither of which has been done despite promises to have this completed by 3/20. Just need money refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund of $393 already paid to them.

Review: I divorced my husband through Mydivorcepapers.com. My case worker was [redacted]. We corresponded many times and she helped me through the process. I was a platinum member, meaning I paid extra for the company to file the paperwork with the court and serve my husband. I was told in writing that the court fee would be $435, and if not contested, my husband's paperwork would include to additional fee. Our divorce was very "pleasant" and he did not contest. My credit card bill came, showing that I was charged $893.25! I proceeded to contact the company every day, via phone, leaving my phone number to be called back, and via email. I was never contacted. [redacted] is no longer with the company, and I was given ticket numbers and was told that I have a new case worker, but was never contacted. Luckily, the court responded and is refunding the $435 extra that I was charged for my husband's paperwork. This company gave the court my credit card number to bill my husband's court fee! First, I was told there wouldn't be an additional fee because he did not contest, and second, why would this company have my card billed for the defendant's "fee"? I feel extremely used, and this has created more problems with the divorce. I tried every way possible to contact them, and was treated very poorly.Desired Settlement: I would like first, to be treated like a valued customer and have the company contact me. I also need the $435 refunded when my ex husband receives his bill, because I was told there would be no fee for an undisputed divorce. This was a terrible experience, and I cannot believe how I was treated, and how my credit card number was used without authorization!!!! I authorized the company to charge $435 for my paperwork only, not the additional "fee" that wasn't supposed to happen. This cannot have been a legal transaction.

Response:

After speaking with our client regarding her concerns, it was found the error was on behalf of the court and not the services of MyDivorcePapers.com.

Review: I was told by them that I would be receiving my refund in 7-10 business days. I am currently on my 12th business day and still have not received it. I contacted them again today and [redacted] told me that he was told they already refunded my noney which they did not.Desired Settlement: I want them to be investigated because I believe they are scamming people out of their money.

Response:

We are sorry to hear about your experience at mydivorcepapers.com. We never want customers to feel scammed or not happy with the services received. I looked into the account and the customer purchased our services on 11/17/2015. She then called in on 11/20/2015 to ask about a refund because she said she no longer wanted a divorce. We informed the customer on the refund steps and how to submit a refund request to the proper department. The client called us back on 12/01/2015 for an update on her refund as it was submitted on 11/20/2015. We informed the customer that the refund is approved and she will get the money issued back to the account as no services have been rendered however just like any other business the refund does take 3-10 business days for the approval process of being formally issued. We called the client back on 12/07/2015 to let her know the refund would be issued that late evening and to check with her financial institution as to when the funds will be available in the account balance.

Review: I paid for the Platinum service. they will not return phone calls or email. They will not respond to internal "ticket" system. They took my $400+ and never provided the service. when trying to inquire they will not reply or respond.Desired Settlement: Give me the money back for the platinum service.

Business

Response:

We contacted the client on 03/16/2015 regarding steps for the platinum service for us to file and serve on behalf of the client. We have since made contact with the client and provided a satisfying solution.

The company has receive almost $500.00 from me and they have not performed any services. I would like a refund but have not heard from them. I posted comments on there Facebook page and they deleted them. Not recommended at all as a business.

Review: This seems to be some type of fraud. I started the process on 3/6/2015. I paid $220.00 for my divorce papers. When I went to check the status of my order it had not changed. I contacted the company and was given the run around and told they would submit a request to my agent . I asked who that was and they said they didn't know . I was told I would get a call back the next day. 2 days went by and no call back. I logged in to my account again and still no update. So I called back gave them my case number Case No. [redacted] and was told it was still processing. At this point I requested a refund . I was directed to their website to submit my refund request and I did on 3/15/15 . I was told it would take 10 days to process. It is now 3/30/15 and when I called back I was told the refund is pending and they would send a message to the refund department . I keep getting the run around and no papers or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back! I have been dealing with this for almost a month now . I want my $220.00 back. This company needs to be shut down they are not committing fraud and need to be stopped.

Business

Response:

We have since made contact with the client. The clients request was approved but was never formally processed.

Review: This company did not deliver the service as promised. The promised paperwork is substandard and not at all of the quality that would be admissible in court. In addition, non of the required forms to initiate the court proceedings, including the summons, verified complaint, affidavit of defendant, etc. were provided. When the company was contacted regarding these issues, there was no response. When the company was contacted a second time regarding these issues, there was still no response.Desired Settlement: This paperwork was auto generated into a format that would not be acceptable by the court. There was no effort expended, and no service provided. Therefore, I would like my money back.

Business

Response:

Our most sincerest apologies are extended regarding this complaint. In the state of New York we do not have the ability to offer pro-se annulment forms. These forms are obtained by the representation of an attorney in the state of New York.

Review: I completed all the "interview" process on February 26, 2015 on "MyDivorcePapers.com". I created a service ticket asking about the possibility of adding on a service, but have yet to be contacted. I created a second ticket, again, asking for some kind of resolution. The "caseworker", [redacted], that was assigned to me does NOT have a direct extension, this business has failed in every way to answer any of my questions and they have taken my money and not fulfilled any of their obligations. What I am now concerned with is not only do they have my money, but they also have my social security number, my daughter's and my husband's. The issue of security and identity theft are a constant worry now. I made it abundantly clear in all my communications to them that if I didn't see some kind of resolution, and fast, that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and reporting them for fraud. I fulfilled my end of the agreement by paying for services, but they are services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I am under the impression that my private information has now been compromised because of this company, so now I am going to have to change all social security numbers and change my credit card information that they now have on file. This will cost me time and money that I don't have. This is also going to cost more time and money in that I will have to pay for a local attorney to complete the required paperwork so that I can move forward with this already painful process. This will also be more time wasted waiting for more legal services that could have been completed by this, I suspect, fraudulent company. I would like a full refund of all monies paid to My Divorce Papers and a guarantee that my information will be totally destroyed.

Review: I used mydivorcepapers.com to file my divorce. When I received my credit card settlement I noticed that mydivorcepapers charged me $125.00 for rush order request. I never approved the rush order request. The only amount that I approved was for $159.00 (divorce paperwork) and $14.95 (Living Will/Healthcare Directive). I have been in contact with the case manager that was assigned to me--- her name is [redacted]. I got an email back from [redacted] acting like she didn't know what I was talking about. So I sent her a screen shot of the charges from my bank statement and have not heard anything from [redacted]. I have tried to follow-up with [redacted] but I receive no response.Desired Settlement: I want the $125.00 refunded to my bank account plus $14.95 since they have not provided me with the living will/healthcare directive. Total reimbursement request is $139.95.

Business

Response:

MyDivorcePapers.com would like to sincerely apologize for

the inconvenience and misconception this customer experienced regarding our

"Optional Rush Service". This option is for customers who are wishing

to expedite the review process by their case worker; this is a second charge of

$125 in addition to our basic service fee of $159 which the customer initially

pays when creating the account.

In order to select this service, the customer would have had

to select the option under a clearly marked notice - "! OPTIONAL RUSH SERVICE:

Expedite Your Form Review" which gives the price for the Rush Service and

an explanation of the $125 purchase.

As a company, we fulfill all Rush Service requests submitted

on time in an effort to provide superior document preparation. Unfortunately for this customer, they did not

call or email to notify us that they wished to have this service option

cancelled before the service was provided. As such, we had no knowledge of the

customer's request. We provided the Rush

Order service, fulfilled the order, and sent the customer a message notifying

them of their completed forms on 06/24/2014.

We have refunded the customer the full $125 for the Rush

Order Service as of 07/29/2014. We hope that this is sufficient and that the

customer will be satisfied with our solution.

Review: I just paid them to do my divorce online. "My Divorce Papers" told me to print the documents and get all of my signatures notarized and then go to courthouse to file. I did this and went to the courthouse. They said the paperwork was no good. The paperwork My Divorce Papers gave me was either out of date or missing completely. The courthouse also told me that I didn't need to notarize any of the paperwork My Divorce papers said I had to. I came home and called them and they said in order to get my money back I need a rejection letter from the courthouse. I was already home, so I called the courthouse and there was nothing they could do. It was too late. I wasted the $150 for the paperwork AND another $50 on notary services that didn't need to be done. I have contacted them again and they said sorry..nothing we can do. I feel this is unfair and that the "100% money back guarantee" they advertise is a lie.Desired Settlement: I just want the money back for the services they were not able to provide. I will consider the notary fees a loss.

Business

Response:

The client informed us her forms were rejected when she went to file at the court house and we gave her the instructions on how to request a refund and let her know that we also need a rejection letter. Per our refund policy, we ask the client to first let us know what is wrong with the forms so that we can fix anything the court is requesting to get the forms accepted. In the end if we cannot help, we will gladly issue a full refund with a rejection letter from the court. The court is required to provide a rejection letter stating in writing why the forms were not accepted. In our refund policy which we provide to all clients prior to payment as well as through out the process, it clearly states if forms are rejected a rejection letter from the court is needed as proof that the forms were not accepted and used. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if the forms were used or not after they are downloaded and printed. We have reached out to the client personally with a resolution and we are waiting to hear back.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They state that the policy is clearly stated throughout the process about the rejection letter. It is NOT! I have been in contact with them about this process several times and never once was it mentioned. I went to the website to look for said policy and I couldn't even find it. How can that be clear? When I got to the courthouse, they told me they may as well throw the papers away since they were useless and I said go ahead. I came home and called my divorce papers and they said I needed a letter. I called the courthouse but it was too late. I was home and they said there was nothing I could do. They sent me on my way with a whole new packet that I have to fill out so I got nothing from my divorce papers. My divorce papers made comments on my review saying " We have reached out to the client personally with several options for a solution for her case and are waiting to hear back." This is a complete lie. No one from their company has reached out to me at all. So now on top of misrepresentation, they are out and out lying! The only resolution I will be satisfied with is my money back. Anything else is unacceptable and I will continue to write and review via any venue I can to save others from the same mistake.

Review: I submitted information for services to be rendered on February 12 with a promise to have services/goods delivered in 3-10 business days. I had not received anything by the end of February and contacted the company 6 times before finally receiving a response. I was promised completion of initial services by March 18. At this time I have still received none of the goods/services my checking account was billed for on February 12.Desired Settlement: I would like my goods/services to be completed as promised in a timely manner. I would also like a refund for the "Platinum Service" of $249.00. I will complete the services of Platinum Service myself (delivering papers to my estranged husband and filing my forms with my local courthouse). I do not wish to wait several more months for these things to happen.

Business

Response:

We have made contact with the client via email regarding goods/services requested. This complaint has been resolved appropriately.

Review: I paid for the platinum service including the filing of my divorce papers and having my spouse served. Divorce papers served my spouse with out any permission from the court. I actually had one if the representatives of this business name being [redacted] listen to the courts protocol as to how they go about serving the spouse. The court said they have no record of any paperwork being done to serve him. And because of this I have to pay an additional fee. When speaking to Divorce papers I was given false information multiple times in which I have recorded and I was told I couldn't get a refund, not even for what covers my spouse being served even though it was invalid. They didn't go by the states rules. And now I have to handle it on my own. I've called multiple times about this and I was even hung up on because the representative named [redacted] didn't want to answer my questions head on. I can tell it's not many people employed here because when ever I call it's the same people. If Divorce papers can't fulfill what was suppose to be a part of the package I purchased it's only right I get my refund. I asked to speak to billing and was told they don't have a number they are only contacted through email and skype.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for not having my package that I paid for fulfilled. And also have the business research each states rules of the court so this can't happen again.

Our client registered and paid for our

services on 06/30/2014. She called in and asked questions about the account regarding

changing her profile from an annulment to divorce on 07/01/2014. We normally

charge a fee to switch service types but we had waived that fee for her. On

07/10/2014 client upgraded to the platinum service on her account. The client

then called again on 07/16/2014 and spoke to a supervisor whom explained the details

of the platinum service and that it does not include court filing costs. The

supervisor also informed the client that she paid for shipping and we would

ship the forms only after she downloaded and reviewed the forms to make sure no

changes were needed before we shipped out the hard copies.

On 08/04/2014 client called in for status

and the same supervisor informed her that she still needed to download the

forms and review them as we show on our end there was no record of her doing

so. On 8/11/2014 the client called in and confirmed no changes were needed and provided

the address for us to ship the forms. On 08/15/2014 the client called in and

informed us of new information on her case. We informed her that we are not able

to issue legal advice at any time and if she needed legal advice she would need

to contact a local attorney because it is simply in her best interest to do so.

We received the signed forms in the mail

on 02/20/2015. On 02/22/2015 we informed the client we were missing several

signed forms and the money order for the filing fee which was included in the initial

instructions we had sent out to her prior to her mailing us the forms. The client

got back to us on 05/11/2015 and we sent the instructions for the platinum

service to her a second time along with the detailed instructions of what was

missing for her specific case.

On 08/04/2015 client called in and let us

know she is stationed in ** and will not be able to appear in court. We told

the client that if the court requires a hearing she will need to appear or

contact them in regards to their policies and her situation.

On 10/20/2015 we received the missing

forms as well as the money order for the filing fee. The case was reviewed for

the second time and sent to the court to file on 10/26/2015. We received the

forms back from the court with a court case number stating the case was

accepted and filed on 11/06/2015. We emailed and informed the client of the

case filing details. We then sent the copies certified mail to her spouse for

service on 11/11/2015. The spouse did not respond in the given period allowed

(legally the spouse has the right not to sign) so we informed the client and

sent her all proof of service forms as well as the certified mail receipt.

Platinum services were rendered as we

cannot require the spouse to respond in any way. We are upfront and clear from

the beginning of the services that all cases must be uncontested. He did not

respond saying he did not agree or did agree so we informed the client they are

eligible to proceed via default.

We spoke to the client on 01/08/2015

informing the client she is not eligible for a platinum refund as services were

rendered as promised. We guarantee the filing of the paperwork and that the

forms are accepted – they were accepted and a case number was provided to the

client. We also attempt to serve the spouse based on the information provided

by the client and their acknowledgement that their case is uncontested (meaning

both parties are in agreement and will not fight based on the terms of their

divorce) – we served the spouse and provided proof of service to the client. We

do not guarantee the spouse will respond. We have yet to hear from the client

since that date.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Divorce papers provided all those details but did not let you know that one of the representatives did in fact listen to the court saying that their way of serving my spouse was invalid. Even though this was heard, they still say they rendered me the service. I paid for a service that wasn't valid. And they now put it on me to fix it. If recorded conversations safe needed I have them from everytime that I called.

Business

Response:

We contacted the court on the clients behalf and confirmed that certified mail is an accepted form of service in this clients county. The clerk also confirmed to our agent that the part of the service that was rejected was that the respondent did not respond. Once again, we cannot give legal advice as non licensed attorneys and we did what the platinum service promised which was serve the clients spouse and properly file the divorce case for the client. Review: I contacted this company for help filing my divorce paper work in the spring of 2015. Problem after problem, including the company's relocation without notification of their new address, after I had returned my paperwork, at their request, to their former address. After months of no contact, I was under the impression things were progressing accordingly as I was told they would only contact me if there were problems, which I received absolutely no contact from them this includes email contact which they claim otherwise. I have proof that there was no contact by email and proof that they did not try to contact me by phone as well. After months of no word on how my case was progressing, I contacted my local court to see if there might have been any issues with my papers. After being told that the court had not received any papers from this company, I contacted them to see what was going on. At no time did this company contact me to tell me there were problems with my paper work and that it was being held up to these issues. I only found out after having to call myself because so much time was lapsing between contact. I was told that the resin for the misinformation was due to the fact that they relocated. I would prefer a call regarding the rest of my complaints as its too long for the amount of space provided. Outside of this complaint, I am seeking the advise of an attorney for a small claims / civil suit as well as I feel this company tried to scam me out of monies they asked for for a service they truly cannot provide as most county courts do not except the forms they charge customers filing fees for. Again this information came to me today from my local court office as I yet again contacted them myself to see if these papers have been submitted to my local court office as I paid this company to do. This company has caused me heartache that I was trying to avoid by filling out these forms myselfDesired Settlement: After learning that this company cannot produce the proper documents state to state, they are not licensed or knowledgable enough to handle this type of legal paperwork that all court officials can accept. I feel they are falsely advertising a service in which they cannot provide. This company needs to be shut down and their website removed.

Mrs. [redacted] purchased our services on 05/18/2015. She then called in and asked to upgrade to the platinum service after we had explained the steps of the platinum services as well as disclosed this service does not include the court filing fee. On 5/19/15 the client called in again stating she reviewed the forms and no changes were needed and we can send the detailed instructions on what to sign and send into us so we may proceed with filing for the platinum service. On 05/19/15 our shipping department shipped out the completed forms with the detailed instructions on what to sign and send back to us. The next time we heard back from the client was on 09/09/2015 where she claimed she did not receive instructions. We notified client the instructions and shipping label were sent in the packed that was shipped to her on 05/19/15. We re sent the instructions via email and uploaded a free shipping label with our new corporate address as the return address for the forms. On 09/16/15 the client called in again and we forwarded her the instructions once again to the email address given and also told her to check her junk mail as sometimes emails can be sent there based on her email filters. On 12/30/2015 client called in and informed us the post office sent her back the forms due to the wrong address... as a courtesy we provided yet another free shipping label that we uploaded to her account to avoid any future problems. We looked into why the forms may have been sent back and noticed that she never downloaded the label we originally provided with the correct address. On 1/06/2016 we received the forms and money order and none of the forms were signed and none of the detailed instructions we had sent to her were followed. We then informed the client via email that she needs to sign the forms before we can file. We cannot file forms that are not signed by the petitioner. On 1/12/16 we tried to call the client and the voice mail stated it was full. On 1/27/16 the client finally called back in and we notified her that we had been trying to contact her because we cannot file the forms due to them not being signed. The client did not want to proceed with platinum and fix her errors so we told her that since services for platinum were not rendered we would refund that fee or she can sign the forms and send them in so we may render the services she requested. Client ended the call with wanting a refund on platinum. We processed the refund for that service and mailed all unsigned forms and the money order for the filing fee back to the client with steps on how to proceed. If the client would like more information she can feel free to contact us so we may assist.

Review: I filed with Mydivorcepapers.com on 3/3/15 and was told that my paperwork needed further review and that I would be contacted within 3-10 business days. After not hearing anything, I called customer service on 3-19-15 and spoke with a random representative because the case worker that was assigned to me, [redacted] was not available nor was I provided an extension for him. He told me that it should not have taken this long and that he was e-mailing his supervisor on this matter and to keep checking my e-mail for an update. It is now 4-2-15 and I have yet to hear anything! I was just on hold for 25 minutes and still could not speak with anyone. I am worried that this fraudulant company now has my social security number, my husbands, and my kids! I want my money $159 back and I want to know that our personal information will be protected! I would not recommend this service to anyone. Pay the extra money and have piece of mind.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and all my personal information shredded.
