Pete was amazingWhen he came to perform the winter system check-up, I was sick in bed I told him I'd record his report for my husband to hear He gave me the full results of his inspection, his recommendations etc.--perfect so I wouldn't have to reconstruct from my fog I called back a few days later because I noticed that there was an issue with leaky humidifier water pooling around the ground drainHe came back, assessed the situation, devised a solution to reconfigure the PVC pipes and presto--done! He was pro-active, creative, efficient and results-oriented Not only that, he even took the initiative to find a black sharpie and wrote directly on the machinery to tell me how I need to open the dampener Pete excelled on all fronts
SSI plumber was excellent Professional, knowledgeable, explained what he would be doing to locate the leak Cleaned up from his work We have used SSI for heating and plumbing for several years now and everyone of their reps are excellent
Geronimo did a wonderful job! It was a long tiring day for him since he had to add to the line, change the location of the connections, etc, and he never once showed annoyance or impatienceHe was courteous, thorough in his explanations and very pleasant!

• This was our second time to consult with Chris He is conscientious and hardworking in getting to the best deal for you Both times, his proposal was much better than the other companies• Very professional in finding the best equipment for our needs, and not necessarily the high end ones• First he made sure to check if the equipment was fixable by sending a service man to us before settling on a new system
• Very prompt responding to emails and calls even late at night• Worked day and nights answering our detailed questions on the proposals and specs for the complete HVAC system and the Water heater until we were well satisfiedJose Chicas and Eric Yearwood, Residential Installers
• Jose came with the new HVAC and Water heater but still made sure what was wrong with the old system He even saved the broken parts and showed them to me His mind always seems to work as a consumer He is an installer but as knowledgeable as a service man• They came on time and were very courteous and polite
• They did above and beyond like replacing the cord to the existing thermostat because they thought it was old I didn’t even ask for it and didn’t order a new thermostat• They even reinstalled my existing UV light box in the proper place where a different company misplaced it• They cleaned up nicely and explained every single detail before signing the paper work• Very professional and worked diligently• I thanked for their hard work and Eric said he treats every house as if it were his!
SSI employers are all back ground checked, licensed, and provide the permit # for the Deptof Inspections My whole experience with SSI was wonderful Not only a fair price and professional work but also people with sincere good hearts that make Chris, Jose and Eric the best crew ever!! They truly represent that SSI cares for its customers

Service Specialties Inc is a great company for air conditioning and heating service We recently had to replace our air conditioning unit and their staff were on time, professional, personable, answered all questions, and completed the job in a timely manner It was done really well Jose C*** was the lead technician and Geronimo C*** was the other technician I would say the same about both and they were really excellent Definitely appreciate the quality of the service Positive experience
