Before I called SSI for HVAC replacement, I have heard about them through words of mouth I then went online to read reviews about the company, was pleased to see so many positive feedbacks from their customers When my furnace gave up on me on Friday, March 9, 2018, I reached out to companies to get estimates and installation schedule SSI was one of the four companies I interviewed Tim Fitzsimmons came to my house on Saturday morning to give me an estimate I did not feel being pressured or overwhelmed He has a very cool and relaxed manner He understood my needs and worked out a quick schedule to have the system installed first thing Monday morning The installation team led by Eric Yearwood was prompt and professional They did an excellent job installing the HVAC Eric made sure I understand everything about the system from filter change to thermostat setting The job site was neat after the work was completed I am very happy that I have chosen SSI and would highly recommend them
My phone called was promptly answeredGot an appointment scheduled for the next dayThe technician was on timeI did get a call when he was on his wayHe was very thorough in his inspection and answered all my questionsOverall a good experience
In December 2016, I contacted SSI company to get a contract to clean my HVAC system twice a yearI paid $the technician came to my house and looked at the system, and asked me if I had any issues and I replied with a NoI asked him about some white dust I get on the surfaces, and he said its my duct system that is dirty and needs cleaningso I arranged for them to clean up my ducts for $when the cleaning guys came, I watched what they were doing them to show me the dirt that will come off the ductsthe guy told me there is not much, barley a handfulhe said this is a clean ductso I was shocked because the technician recommended I clean itI took pictures which showed the situation then I filled out a feedback on their website and a manager (Todd L***) emailed me saying he was sorry I had a bad experience with them, so I asked for a refund, but he never responded backI emailed him twice in February but no response
Consistent good service from SSI over the past yearsThe technician (Clint B) who came out for emergency service after a bad storm came out and got our system working again quickly The techs are always courteous and knowledgeable
From evaluation of the needs for my home through instillation, my experience has been wonderful, with every member of the team! I highly recommend this company and will refer them to my family and friends!
