Joe R arrived before noon and quickly assessed the problem, a capacitorHe explained the problem and cost to me, and when I agreed to the repairs, he retrieved a new capacitor from his truck and installed it in minutesPaying was easy, and my home was already a few degrees cooler as Joe departed, only minutes after arriving
I have been using SSI for many years for a service contract for my AC and FurnaceRecently, in the middle of the heat wave (100+ temperatures), my AC stopped working A technician (Clint) immediately came out to see if it could be fixed It couldn't A sales rep then immediately came out (JR) and I was able to order new equipmentWithin three working days the equipment came, and two capable technicians came out to install the new equipment While I was waiting, they gave me a portable AC unit so that I could get some reliefThese two install technicians, Brendan and Reid, arrived on time and were very professional They worked all day and installed the new AC and furnace and it was up and running the same day They cleaned up after themselves and I could not even tell they were here, except now I have air conditioning!
The entire company is professional and if you have an issue they work to resolve itI have already recommended them to my neighbor

In December 2016, I contacted SSI company to get a contract to clean my HVAC system twice a yearI paid $the technician came to my house and looked at the system, and asked me if I had any issues and I replied with a NoI asked him about some white dust I get on the surfaces, and he said its my duct system that is dirty and needs cleaningso I arranged for them to clean up my ducts for $when the cleaning guys came, I watched what they were doing them to show me the dirt that will come off the ductsthe guy told me there is not much, barley a handfulhe said this is a clean ductso I was shocked because the technician recommended I clean itI took pictures which showed the situation then I filled out a feedback on their website and a manager (Todd L***) emailed me saying he was sorry I had a bad experience with them, so I asked for a refund, but he never responded backI emailed him twice in February but no response

Our furnace failed recently and Clint, from SSI, came to diagnose He determined that the fan needed to be replaced He came back to install the new fan and the system was still not working properly He got the furnace to work until he could come back with the new part The new part was under warranty!!! No additional costs!! Clint was very professional and I would highly recommend him to service and repair your HVAC system!!
