Our furnace failed recently and Clint, from SSI, came to diagnose He determined that the fan needed to be replaced He came back to install the new fan and the system was still not working properly He got the furnace to work until he could come back with the new part The new part was under warranty!!! No additional costs!! Clint was very professional and I would highly recommend him to service and repair your HVAC system!!

I received an estimate from Service Specialties to get repiping done in my townhome The estimate seemed competitive so I accepted Gene McConkey arrived with a crew and worked until the job was complete This is a complicated project, since they had no way of knowing how the existing pipes were routed throughout my homeThey did a very good job of keeping me advised of their progress as well as any issues they found I greatly appreciate their professionalism and dedication over the course of this project I have already recommended Service Specialties to some neighbors who are looking to have this job done
SSI (Service Specialties Inc.) installed a new toilet for me and did an excellent job Joshua, the plumber went out of his way to make sure I was satisfiedHe drove back to the office to pick the new toilet when I decided to replace the existing one that was old and needed repairHe even waited on hold on the phone with the manufacturer for several minutes to make sure the warranty info was accurate Sam in the office also did a very good job in scheduling the service call and following up with emailing me the paperwork
