I had a very positive experience during my 'shopping & comparing' period (months) - with JR A total pro Patient Very knowledgeable Seemed about as honest as one could ask for Totally humored me with many options - explaining all - due to my analytic analysis approach! :) Then comes Brendan and his #Reid - again - very positive experience Efficient Very respective of our home (floor coverings & shoe coverings (I didn't ask - they just did it.) Oh, forgot, the day before (which was the day after I had a verbal & email agreement with JR - just saying "OK, do it.", I get an SSI Thanks, and here we come email - with photos of Brendan , etcand prepping me for their arrival, and time frame re same i', a pretty demanding customer - not openly - just what I expect - they met and exceeded My hope - should there be a failure of what has so far - days into installation - seemed great - that they continue with same approach that I've experienced so far I have little or no reason to expect otherwise

Scheduled a sales visit with SSI after I had received quotes for a complete HVAC replacement (Trane) , SSI met the lower price and better service contract offered by a competitor Jacob and Eric did the actual install at my house, they showed up on time and completed the work after some hours Very happy with their professionalism and work ethic Eric did a great job showing me how the new Trane system works So happy with the installers that I brought them lunch

Clint & Joseph were on time, professional and knowledgeableOn this regular service call on our furnace and humidifier; Clint identified the specific reasons we were getting poor air flow and a large biomass which is/was affecting myself and daughter who are asthmaticsHe recommended and installed the air-scrubber plusThese two professionals were very clean and efficientI was also able to get a secondary visit scheduled to further address the air flow system issue I request Clint and Joseph be our technicians of choice for further service

The following are the reasons it took days for our 6-year old gas water heater to get repaired (1) Original misdiagnosis of cause of water heater not working by first plumber, Gene; he ordered a part and indicated that the repair would cost $(water heater was unfortunately 1-month past warranty date); Michael came in late the following day Friday, installed this part and water heater was still not working; but he (2) Did not have the equipment to diagnose if it was a different part that was not working so we had to wait until after the weekend for him to figure this out; (3) Poor follfrom customer service More often than not, I had to call to check on tech schedule; had to do this on all four days when I was told the plumber would arrive; (4) Poor follon parts delivery; do not understand why SSI did not have tracking info for the second ordered part, or why they did not know where it was, when it was supposed to be have been delivered; I did not get a call back even when Andrea in service found out it was going to be delivered two days later than expected; I found all this out after calling at the end of the day, and eventually requesting to speak to manager Todd
Thankfully, SSI only charged us for the original repair cost and not for the two parts they ordered
