I rate SSI and service specialist Clint Boyd outstanding--starsRepairs to my 8-year old Trane gas furnace were performed in a very professional mannerThe problem was quickly analyzed, repair parts ordered and successfully installedClint fully explained the parts that were defective and coverage under my Trane warranty
MrB*** was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable we have a new house so this was the first time a technician looked at the hvac since it was installed he found several sub-par conditions which he was able to correct and spotted a potentially serious problem in time for us to have the original installer correct it he sent complete notes and pics of the problem areaswe feel we got a very comprehensive inspection at a very reasonable price
The team was on time, punctual and efficientThey were also very good in "cleaning up" before they leftEric was extremely patient in explaining the new equipment and the new thermostat & controlsI appreciate the time they took in discussing the job as they went alongThey also finished much earlier than I expected
I also appreciate Eric checking back with the office as they had given him a different price than I should have paidIt was a difference of $

Gene came in yesterday to figure out why our water heater was not working After contacting the manufacturer, he told us that he needed to order a part via overnight delivery Our warranty was expired by month (based on date of manufacture, not installation which was later) Estimated cost was $Michael came in today to install part Water heater was still not working and he called the manufacturer, who said they had no record of any contact regarding our unit Will have to order another part No estimate for this and we will not have hot water all weekend They will return on Monday

I have been using SSI for many years for a service contract for my AC and FurnaceRecently, in the middle of the heat wave (100+ temperatures), my AC stopped working A technician (Clint) immediately came out to see if it could be fixed It couldn't A sales rep then immediately came out (JR) and I was able to order new equipmentWithin three working days the equipment came, and two capable technicians came out to install the new equipment While I was waiting, they gave me a portable AC unit so that I could get some reliefThese two install technicians, Brendan and Reid, arrived on time and were very professional They worked all day and installed the new AC and furnace and it was up and running the same day They cleaned up after themselves and I could not even tell they were here, except now I have air conditioning!
The entire company is professional and if you have an issue they work to resolve itI have already recommended them to my neighbor
