I am very saddened to say that over a year of doing business at this location I have had a problem that has occurred on the most offensive nature. A few weeks ago I ordered some pizzas from domino's and had them delivered. I was told one amount of 32 dollars and some change on the phone then when the driver came he told me.it was ten dollars more. At the time I has having a small get together when I indeed looked at the price on the pizza box and confirmed my original total amount. I not only paid the extra 10 difference but left an 8 dollar tip as well. Upon realizing the lie that was told to me I immediately called back to domino's where a manager had the delivery driver return with the extra money I paid. The driver once again lied to me to my face claiming he told me the 32 dollar price. I was so offended that incorrect the driver and told him that I loved domino's but I have never left an 18 dollar tip unless I had spent like a hundred dollars. I have been ordering once or twice a week from this location for my home and work for the last year and I have never felt so lied to by a corrupt employee. Even with the manager ordering the driver to come back to return my funds I am still highly upset which is why it has taken me so long to file this complaint.Desired SettlementI feel like I have been betrayed by a deceptive employee and will never return my business to this company. This is something that is unacceptable.

Review: Ordered an 'Extravaganza Cheese' Pizza around 7:38 estimated at 9PM, Clerk (Who remembered taking my order), said it "Never went through" and I asked if I should check with my bank, to which he said "You might want to". Assuming the order was cancelled, I ordered chinese, not happy with the service, but I'd not eaten all day either so when, oddly enough, the pizza came around, It wasn't till I settled down and the delivery boy left that I found out, The pizza was not even the correct type, it was a supreme pizza. Nothing I could do now as I trusted that, at least, the order was right, but it wasn't, and Now I've been charged 17.54 for a pizza that was supposedly never ordered, AND was the wrong type. ---- Please note I very much love Dominos and am and hope to remain ,if issues like these do not persist, A customer for long to come. But this experience turned me off.Desired Settlement: Others in my vicinity claimed, upon witnessing and hearing the issue with me, The Pizza should be free. However I signed for it and know that is, at large extent, unreasonable on me [our] own part. But given the waste of time and incorrect order placed, I would like to see that this bill is, at the very least, lowered 20% . This has been a considerable waste of my time, and I am a busy college student with not much to spare.

Review: At the end of May I placed an online order to be delivered and charged to my debit card. When I was given the receipt to sign, I added the tip for a total of $17.88. When I got my bank statement mid-June, this business had taken $20.00 out of my account. I contacted my bank to file a claim with them and they deactivated the debit card I used. The bank is investigating as well. I then contacted Domino's online through their customer care page. I have contacted them 3 times and have had no response other than to get a "form email" back saying they received my complaint and have passed it to the store owner. I have posted on two social media sites warning others of what has happened to me and wanted to log my complaint here as well.Desired Settlement: I do believe my bank has refunded the disputed amount while they investigate, however there is no guarantee from them that I will keep this refund. I want a refund from Domino's for the full amount as compensation for having to deactivate my debit card and waiting almost 7 days for a new one with no access to my bank account.

I ordered pizza from Dominoes a couple of times and every time they get out the car and bring the pizza to the door. On one occasion my boyfriend is on house arrest and I was in the bathroom and the pizza man called and said he was downstairs, so I asked my Boyfriend can go get it. My boyfriend went down stairs and waived to him to come in because he is on house arrest and couldn't go outside and the driver got back in his car and drove off recklessly. I called dominoes pizza the first time and I told them about the incident, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the phone. I hung up and tried to call again and everytime I try to call I get a busy tone. I had to wait a whole 1 hour and a half for my pizza and then I had to call another place to order from because of there poor business.

Review: I placed an order today with one of your domino's franchise stores at 4:58pm EST on 3/**/2015. I didn't actually eat until 7:30pm that evening. They didn't have a sufficient amount of delivery drivers and it sat and waited from 5:27 pm until 7:13pm when I picked the pizza up in a a livery cab. I paid 29$ and change plus for a delivery charge which they did not reimburse nor did they take a percentage off the pizza I also had to pay a 20$ carfare when I got to the store I waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me and when I did get the pizza it was cold and was the wrong order so I asked for the correct pizza and they slammed the window down in my face. They proceeded to taunt me behind the window and when I finally did eat my food I could not complete it because it was pure dough. I paid 50$ in total. To get one box of pizza when I ordered two that was uncooked and my children could have gotten sick from it and were vomitting which would be a bigger problem I would have had to take up with the legal department. I really would like to be re-reimbursed the manager I spoke to name was [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my order at least we could not even eat dinner that night I had to send my children to bed hungry and sick and we live in a poor neighborhood where money doesn't come easy.

Review: This is the Worst place to order Dominos pizza, I've placed my order and paid with my bank cad online on Saturday, February **, 2016 at 9:00pm and waited untill 12:30am than decided to call to check why they haven't delivery my orde, I called 4 times and no one pick up the phone than decided to call again that's when they pick up but I was only hearing people talking and right after they hang up, I will place a law suit against this place, they are playing with Customers money, I can't believe places like this one still exist. Will also call consumers affairs to complain about this business.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of my money, I don't want pizza from this place anymore, next time I will order from pizza hut.

Review: I placed a carryout order, once I returned home I realized my order was incorrect. I contacted the Domino's I ordered from, one assistant manager [redacted] admitted the error was on her part and had overlooked a detail, but refused to give me a refund. However, due to heavy snow I was advised two hours later that all orders were cancelled due to the snow & ice, and that my Visa card will be refunded within 3 to 4 business days. Review: On February [redacted] at approximately 2:36pm I placed an order on-line for pizza. At about 4:05pm, I contacted the store because the order had not arrived yet. The woman who answered the telephone tells me that the driver had issues with his car and therefore my order had no went out yet. I proceeded to ask her when I would receive my order and she stated as soon as another driver came in I would get my order. At this time I asked her would the food even be hot at this point, it's been over an hour I could not imagine that the food would still be hot to which she responded yes and hung up the telephone. This is rude and unnecessary in addition to not contacting me to tell me that the order would be delayed to begin with she was dismissive and did not even wait for my response at this point did she even know if I still wanted the order? This is not the service that I expect from this company and the rude employees that work here are really something else. I've had a similar experience in the past with the same company and decided to try to purchase again because my family enjoys the food but to be really honest, I would be better off with another store who delivers to my address since the employees at this store do not care. If they don't like their jobs then the should not work here but having an attitude because I'm asking about an other that now as I write this is 2 hours late is unreal!

I am writing because I just have had an experience with this dominos location that was extremely negative. I ordered my pizza online because I did not want to drive in The weather. I never received my pizza and I waited 2 hours until calling the store and when I called an automated machine answered and I waited about half an hour and still did not speak to anyone. Having to wait half an hour and no one even answered the phone is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Luckily I did not pay using my card over the internet because I would have never received my pizza and then if they charged me I wouldn't have been able to talk to someone because NO ONE ANSWERS! I'm extremely frustrated and on top of that hungry. This is not the first time that this has happened to me but I continued to go through because I thought it would have changed but it didn't. I do not recommend people ordering online if this is how it is going to be. Either something needs to change or I am never ordering from this location ever again. I hope something gets done.

Review: On two occasions I have dialed this number and no one at all picked up the phone. I then proceeded to order online and followed the tracker and It would state that [redacted] began to Fire up my order, however that was all the progress and feedback I received. After 2 hours and no delivery I called again. No one I mean no one picked up the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes and just gave up. I proceeded to look at other reviews of this franchise and saw that I was not alone, that this is a regular thing. Something must be done , there are plenty of hungry people looking for employment that would provide better service off the strength of being greatful for a job.Desired Settlement: I would like a whole new staff that cares about their job. more people on shift so they are able to answer phones. I would like better quality and cae of food.

Review: I placed an order with this particular Dominoes at 11pm, the tracker stated the order had been delivered in which wasnt true and I attempted to call from three different numbers being held on hold for over 30 minutes a piece, when I finally got through on one device, it was nothing more than cursing and someone pounding numbers in my ear as to not even answering my call, but to have words with another customer having issues with their service.

THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE WORKERS NEED MORE TRAINING AND HELP. Why take my money, to not deliver my food, and on top of that not answer the phone but using foul language in a food establishment. It was for sure a [redacted] and woman working, the [redacted] heard curing and was around 12:30amDesired Settlement: Beyond getting my food delivered, or money back. I would like that this dominoes go through some staff changes, this was completely unacceptable especially in gentrifying [redacted]

Review: On august [redacted] 2014 made purchase of a pizza order and was told it was going to require 15-25 minutes for delivery of order. after 45 minutes of order being placed I called business and asked for explanation and was told delivery was going to be withing 15 minutes. Delivery never came. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I called and asked to speak to the [redacted] or person in charge and explained the situation and asked why was it so late if the said only 15 to 25 minutes and the business was only located couple of blocks away from my house. The [redacted] acted rude and very unresponsive didn't know what answer to give. after 1 hour and more than 30 minutes I decided to cancel my order and the [redacted]'s words were "OK NO PROBLEM'' and did not justified or offered another solution. This has happened 2 or more times with this business and will not order from there again.Desired Settlement: I would like for personnel to be re-trained for position and learn how to give correct customer service to satisfy customer. I would also like an apology from general [redacted] or state [redacted]. Cases like this one people never report and just stop calling, but after last order they were extremely rude.

Review: I called Dominos pizza at 1130pm.I was put on hold and hung up on 5 times. My pizza was delivered cold after it was promised it was on its way. I called back the gentleman refused to provide his name. He stated he will not provide his name and nor would he call the driver to find out the whereabouts. The gentleman stated it was my problem if the pizza came coldDesired Settlement: I would still like my pizza to be delivered and not have to wait 2 hours.

Review: I placed an order online on Friday 6/*/15. My total order totaled 18.99 in which I recieved an email. The order was charged to my credit card. Driver delivered pizza and no tip was given. On 6/**/15 as I was balancing my check book I noticed a charge of $21.99 from dominos. I immediately contacted the corporate office to make a complaint. The number I called was ###-###-####. I informed the agent that I believed the driver added his own tip to my order after my delivery. Now this is the second time this has happened with this same store. I was told I would get a full refund, however I was only refunded $3,00. I also contacted the corporate office to gather information as this is theft, fraud and scamming customers. I want to press charges. Who knows what other customers have been ripped off by this store! I was told no other information could be given to me. I believe something more needs to be done. The online service request cash or credit card, customers should feel safe in knowing that the people who work for this corporation will not misuse our private information. Being as though this was my second encounter with the same store and the same type of theft, clearly there is a bigger issue that neds to be looked into!Desired Settlement: I would like to know the name of the delivery person so I can report to the authorities in addition I want a full refund from this store that continues to allow their employees to steal from customers!

Review: On 2.**.15 around 9 am we ordered pizza online, but we did not eat until 1 am. Due to the bad weather we let some time pass because we did not want to rush the driver in the snow, or get him in trouble for the delay. After a while we called and they said 15-20 mins. Three more phone calls later, an unapologetic "[redacted]" agreed we'd be better off picking it up ourselves. When we got there the chaos was as bad as we imagined. The phone was ringing non- stop and customers were clearly complaining about the same thing. It took a long time to figure out which "[redacted]" we spoke too, and we could not help but notice that maybe two out of the eight employees there were being productive.Before we spoke to the [redacted] one of the employees said our order was canceled and not replaced which ended up not being the case, but it was just beyond frustrating at that point. We finally spoke to the [redacted] who did not apologize at all, and charged the card that no one signed for.It was the worst scenario we had experienced at this dominos but not the only bad experience. Usually they'll just give you the wrong pizza, or the delivery takes longer then expected. It just all comes down to really bad management. For the past few years it has been clear that there is no order whatsoever.It's the only Dominos in the area and some one really needs to do something about it's management and customer service.Desired Settlement: N/A

Review: I made a online order, my order was dispatch to store #[redacted]. After the delivery of this order I notice the item delivered was not the item I purchase, in which I was charged for and paid for the item. I tried contacting the store and when I finally got through after a wait of about 50 minutes, the phone was immediately hung up disconnecting the call. So I emailed Domino's customer care and submitted a complaint, and brought forth my issues. I was then contacted by Jovelle and given an complaint number case # [redacted]. She stated that her first step was to contact that store supervisory team by the name of [redacted], so he will contact me directly to resolve my concerns. This never happened to date. This email was received on 3/*/15 @ 1:00AM. I again contacted customer care again and on 3/*/15 @ 7:01PM I received an response that they have received my additional comments and have forwarded them to the appropriate person. Never have I been contacted by anyone since, nor have any follow up occurred, or any attempt to resolve this matter. So as it sit Domino's charged me for service and items that I did not order, and refuse any corrections, when they pledge themselves on customer satisfaction.Desired Settlement: So much time has elapsed, over a month, so I like my charge reversed.

Review: I placed an online order to Dominos pizza at 9:02pm on Saturday 12/**/2013. It was snowing out so I understood we had to wait a little longer for delivery. We received our entire order at 10pm. When I opened my order, I noticed they did not send the correct order. I originally ordered an Alfredo chicken Bread bowl with extra sauce and extra chicken. They sent Alfredo chicken with bacon in a dish. I proceeded to call the store at 10:04pm, spoke to the dominos employee. He apologized for the mistake and told me that he will make my order and send it out but I would need to wait about 45 minutes to an hour. I approved, hung up and waited. At 10:40pm I called the store, spoke to the same guy and he let me know that he already sent out the order and driver was on his way. At 11pm I called again, same employee picked up and I asked if he can please call the driver just to see what his status was and he agreed. Called back 11:15pm and employee told me that the driver was near to wait a few more minutes. At 11:27pm, I made a final call, the same employee picked up and at this point, I asked for his name since I had been dealing with him this whole time. The employee refused to give me his name, he blatantly said, "who am I speaking to that you need to know my name". My reply, [redacted]the customer you've been speaking to for the past 1 1/2 on the order you said you sent out. He refused to give me his name so I requested to speak to a [redacted] the [redacted] picks up. I explained the situation to Richie, and asked him to ask his employee why he lied and said that my order was on the way the entire time we spoke if he had not sent it, to put me on hold and just find out what happened. [redacted] refused to put me on hold and said: "I will not discipline my employees which is what you want me to do. The only solution would be you getting a refund back and a free order the next time you call". [redacted] is not fit to be a [redacted]. Like his employee he lacks customer service skills. Last order to that location!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on my order of $49.40 credited to my account.I have never experienced this as a customer. I was willing to wait the extra time for an order they messed up and to have this employee blatantly lie to me three times was not necessary. The fact that the [redacted] wasnt aware what was going on in his shift, sided with his employee while employee lied, and didnt resolve the solution to the problem by sending me my order is not acceptable.

Review: I placed an order for pizzas and other items by clicking a button on the website saying to reorder the usual. What was listed on the screen was what I wanted. What was listed on the confirmation email and what was delivered was not what had been listed on the screen. Unfortunately I did not read the email or catch the error until we went to eat. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager but they refused to rectify the situation saying that what was in the email is what they had received. While the additional items that I added to the order were correct, the major portion of the order (the two pizzas) were both wrong. The manager stated that had I called the order in rather than ordering online they would correct it but that my only recourse was to talk to the general manager the next morning. This course of action did nothing to help with the dinner and left me out over 50 dollars with food that I did not want other than about 10-15 dollars worth of the two items that were correct.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the pizzas that I did not order. I am willing to pay for the items I did order. While I understand that the restaurant can not take back food, and this is out for the pizzas, whether purposeful or not, their website switched my order, and therefore I should not be responsible to pay for their mistake which greatly affected our evening.
