Review: Well, I go in to pick up food, alot of playing around, manager talking on phone,---food sloppy, not properly cooked or wraped, --no gloves or hair net worn, workers cussing around kids, talking rude, food served cold, over cooked--found hair in pizza cheese......nasty...Order one menue meal, and they take 2 hours to complete, or they say they WERE NOT TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR COOKING FOOD PROPERLY, WAS TOLD THEIR FRIEND HIRED THEM..Desired Settlement: Better employees and new cooks, new manager---- A FULL BLOWN INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE DONE....UNDER COVER INVESTIGATORS------TRAINING----

Review: I placed an order by phone for 2 med 2 topping pizzas, 1 order of Cina Sticks and 1 order of Parmesan Bites. As per their print prices online and at the store the prices were $5.99 for each pizza, $4.99 for the Cina Sticks and $2.99 for the Parmesan Bites. Added up should come to Approx $22.00 including tax. When I got there, I was charged $33.88. I asked the clerk why it was so much and he told me that they do not take coupons over the and that there were no coupons entered. I said these are your advertised prices....with NO MENTION of any coupon.Desired Settlement: When you advertise a specific item and price to the public, honor those prices. Especially when they ARE advertised. Enter those prices in your system for the advertised time frame for that special so when you are at checkout, the price advertised is the price you pay.

Review: I ordered a pizza from Dominos Pizza online and entered the wrong phone number accidently. When I noticed I entered the wrong number not more than three minutes later I called directly to the company and the representative for this company assured me that HE would change the number. The website has a track your status feature and it said my pizza would arrive in 49 minutes. I waited 1 hour and a half and called only to be told that they canceled my order and already charged my [redacted] card. I requested to speak with the manager and a guy named ** picked up the phone. He was very rude and could not give any explanation as to why my order was canceled after I called to update the order nor why my card was charged the balance before the pizza even was placed in the oven. I used this service before and this has never happened and I will not use it again. I asked them for the corporate office number and they wouldn't give it to me, I had to get it from a outside source. This company policy is messed up.Desired Settlement: I want apology from its corporate office and a full refund of my money for services not rendered.

Review: On May 14, 2013 I placed an order with Domoinoes Pizza in [redacted] PA. [redacted]. My food was delivered however it was the wrong thing. I contacted the store. They were extremely cordial and sympathetic and offered me free product from Pizzas to chocolate cake. I told them that this would not be necessary and that I would just like the correct order. An hour passed as I was waiting for the food. I then called to find out why the order wasn't here yet. I was informed that they would not be sending the order out because I "placed the order wrong online". I have the screen shot to say otherwise. The manager "[redacted]" then would not provide me with the store number. Instead he continued to rattle off the address, telephone number and then mumbled some fake numbers which was not the correct store number. You run a horrible operation at the Domino's Store in [redacted]. What you sent me is not fit for dog to eat. In addition admit when you are wrong. You sent the WRONG ORDER.Completely disgusted with your serviceDesired Settlement: I want a refund

Review: On Thursday, 18 September 2014, I ordered a pizza from Domino's in the amount of $15.35 using my credit card. When the charge hit my card, I discovered that Domino's had overcharged my credit card in the amount of $5.00. When I contacted them, they stated that the driver had put the additional charges on the card as their tip. This was clearly without my authorization/consent. The other concern that I experienced was when I called them to begin to discuss the overcharge, before I could even tell them who I was they immediately new who I was and my street name; so, I suspect they are intentionally tracking the personnel that they are committing fraud against.Desired Settlement: The corporate or regional HQ investigates this particular store to determine if other customers have been defrauded like this. I am requesting a refund cashier's check in the amount of $5.00, which is the amount the driver tipped themselves without my consent.

Smh this will be the last time I order from this establishment again. This is the 3 time I have had an issue with this location and the staff. 2nd complaint in the past 45 days. Being put on hold for 15 min to check the status of a order that said it left the store 30 min ago is unacceptable. Calling the store and speaking to these young rude people is unacceptable. I work hard for my money and though it's pizza I expect to not be spoken to or treated like anything less than a paying customer. I'm not rude condensing or disrespectful but yet the staff act like they are dealing with hood trash well I'm not her. I'm a retail manager and deal with customers every day. I'm done with this Resturant

Review: I tried to order a pizza online because I just got home from work. I ordered my pizza at approximately 12:47 am on October 5, 2013. The message I received online while ordering was that if I ordered my pizza before 1 am that my order would still be processed and delivered. I called them shortly after to confirm my order and "**" answered the phone and said that they were now closed and I stated to him that I was checking the status of my delivery. He first asked me my address, then he said that my order was cancelled because they are closed and that my money would be put back on my bank card in 3-5 business days. I asked for his manager's name and he said that it was "**" (himself) A young lady started laughing in the background. The whole situation was very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: They should have contacted me and told me that my order was not going to be processed, otherwise, I would have been sitting in my home waiting for a delivery that would have never arrived. I wish to speak with a customer service manager and a district manager.

Review: I specifically clearly communicated my order and alloted enought time for pick up. All to purchase my order, the crust isnt the pam style inwas charged for, the pizza undercooked, crust not cut proportionately or cut at all for that matter, the pizza faling apart ABSOULUTELY UNNACEPTABLE. I dont even eat pizza often, and yo have my order processed incorrwctly was a cxomplet smack in the face

A credit or replacement pizza wasnt a proper accomodation, as my order shouldve been processed accurately to avoid any futher escalation. Then everything was just a DOMINO EFFECT OF DISSATISFACTION.Desired Settlement: I was informed of a refund and credit..I through that disgusting lack of a pizza out. This isnt the first time, but xxxx sure the last.
