At the end of October 2014, when Ms [redacted] filed an inquiry with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) regarding her billing issues, a six-month protection was added to her account to prevent any collection action while the PSCW file was being investigatedAt the conclusion of that investigation on 12/5/Ms [redacted] agreed to a deferred payment arrangement (DPA) on her remaining account balanceAs she notes in her statement to the Revdex.com, the terms of that arrangement were not keptNo DPA confirmation letter was sent, and subsequent bills listed the unpaid balance as “Previous Charges” with no indication on the statements that a DPA was in placeNegative credit reporting and late payment charges were only prevented because of the courtesy protection that remained in place after the PSCW inquiry The 6-month protection expired at the end of April 2015, and the next bill issued on 5/5/included notification of a negative credit report because of the past-due status of the accountAlthough the negative report was correctly assessed, when Mr [redacted] contacted us about the matter on 5/13/a supervisor in our Customer Care Center agreed to remove the negative report due to the apparent misunderstanding about the DPAAt this time the supervisor also faxed a letter to the ***s’ loan officer advising that the negative credit report would be reversed While we regret the misunderstanding, we addressed the negative credit report immediately when the ***s contacted usWe Energies cannot assume responsibility for the timing of events outside the scope of their account activity

I bought my bike several months ago from bikes direct because I had heard nothing but good things From day I have had issues with the shifting on my bike I thought it was me from poor assembly so I took it to a LBS and was told the derailleur was bent So I thought I was set and did not want to blame bikes direct because of a possible shipping issue, but I still had problems after that After many tune ups my bike mechanic finally found the issue I had a poorly machined sprocket causing the chain to slip when riding hard I am assuming this is a one time issue that normally does not happen since most people have good experiences but it has frustrated me all summer Just be sure to give your bike a good look over when you get it so you can send it back if you see any issues Casey

While we maintain that Mr***’s account balance was accurately reported, we agree that the delayed Energy Assistance grant made it difficult for him to anticipate his account statusBased on this and Mr***’s efforts to address his balance and keep the account current, we have removed the negative credit report issued on January 27, Please be aware that credit bureaus can take up to days to update their records after a change has been submitted

Due to Mr [redacted] ’s lack of payments during the winter moratorium (No payments during the period from October 2, – June 11, 2014) resulted in a deposit being accessed to his account on December 29, The purpose of the deposit is to change the customer’s payment habits Paying the balance in full and on-time monthly has a positive effect on their credit report and avoids additional late payment chargesThe deposit refund history begins from the date the full deposit is on hand eligible to be refunded by paying the balance due in full and on-time payments for consecutive months This includes no more than one late paymentWith each additional late payment the refund date is extended until consecutive on-time payments are received The account balance was paid in full on April 16, and the Deposit Receipt letter was mailed to Mr [redacted] outlining the guidelines necessary for the deposit to be refunded With timely payments the deposit would have been refunded after paying his April bill in full and on-time However, Mr [redacted] neglected to make another payment until June 4, 2015, making partial paymentsSince April 16, there have been a total of late paymentsThe account has been paid in full since 12/31/ At this time the projected refund date will be January Going forward Mr [redacted] is required to continue to pay his account balance in full and on-time for the deposit to be refunded Should there be any additional late payment charges the refund date will continue to be extendedTo better help with his utility costs enrolling in auto pay or our budget program may be options that will help manage his utility costs, ensuring the payments are paid on-timeThe budget for the residence is currently $ Also enrolling in APP is easy and simple and can be completed through our website with Mr [redacted] ’s My Account loginTell us why here

As noted in our original response, We Energies has correctly reported Mr [redacted] 's credit informationThe account being listed as closed was the result of an issue at ExperianWe have verified today, 9/25/15, that Experian has corrected Mr [redacted] 's report

When We Energies is notified that a customer is deceased we are required by law to stop billing that person as of the date of death Moving forward, if utility service continues to be used we must have a person or legal entity to billIf no one is willing to accept responsibility our only other option is to disconnect the service.When Mr [redacted] contacted us on October 7, he confirmed he did not want the gas service to his father’s home disconnectedHe agreed to have service put in his name and said he would call back after his father’s estate was established to have the account switched over.On October 9, Mr [redacted] called back to close his account, saying he did not want to be billed for the gasWhen our rep advised we would have to disconnect the service Mr [redacted] again said he did not want it disconnectedOur rep advised if no other party was willing to accept responsibility our only option was to disconnect, and recommended he contact the mortgage company that owns the home to see if they would assume responsibility Mr [redacted] declined and said he would work with the court to have an estate set up so that entity could be billed, but also requested to speak with a supervisor about the matter.A supervisor spoke with Mr [redacted] on October 12th and again on October 14th and confirmed the three options available: leave the account in his name; have the service disconnected; or have someone else (including an estate) assume responsibilityMr [redacted] said he understood the three options and elected to leave the account in his name because an estate had not been established.In his inquiry to the Revdex.com on October 20th Mr [redacted] indicated his Desired Outcome is for us to bill the Estate of [redacted] for the gas service used at [redacted] in [redacted] We would encourage him to contact us anytime at ###-###-#### to provide documentation showing that an estate has been established so we can switch the account to that name

On 5/2/we spoke with the account holder who advised she would call us back if she wanted to have the electric and gas meters locked, which would close the accounts and stop the billingWe have not heard back from her as of today, 5/[redacted] is not the account holder
