I have used your company for my AC/heating and plumbing. I now use only "[redacted]" fo all my AC - Heating maintenances. He is adept, professional and expert. He is an asset to your company! He exudes integrity!

Efficient, effective, on-time, courteous service. [redacted] kept me informed and was honest and helpful for my mother with Alzheimer's dementia.

Donley came out to check HVAC unit installed in Dec 2013. Their mechanic was courteous and very professional. The unit has worked very well since installation. Donley does a very good job.

** came to perform our spring A/C check up. He has been here before and as always is very courteous and knowledgable. He was respectful of our property and like every visit from Donley - gave us confidence that our equipment was in good order - or else he would have discovered something we needed to replace. ** - like all Donley service people - kept the customer as priority. He noticed that our hot water heater was due for a system-check, so he very graciously scheduled that for us. We would not have remembered or noticed that it was written on our hot water heater. Today's semi-annual air conditioning check by Danny S[redacted] was perfect. Punctual, very polite, and neat. I LOVE Donley and their servicemen and everyone in their business.

I called Sunday evening to advise that I had a water heater issue. I received a call back at 7:00 AM and was advised that a service representative would be here between 11:00 and 1:00. The representative was here at 10:00 and I was well on my way to having the water heater replaced.

The service representative was polite and the house was protected in moving the old water heater out of the basement and the new water heater in.

When the work was completed the site was left as clean and neat, or should I say cleaner and neater than it was when the repairs started!

Donley Service Center is our service center for HVAC issues as well as plumbing problems.

We just renewed our Donley Annual Service Agreement and an engineer has checked our two air conditioning units, cleaned the filters and added a surge protector and compressor as needed. Al the work was performed swiftly and efficiently. The engineer was courteous and professional and we continue to satisfied by Donley's exemplary service

[redacted] always does a nice job. He calls ahead to let me know he's on his way and he always gets here in the agreed upon timeframe. He is respectful of my home and always cleans up after himself. He gets the job done right and I enjoy having him come to my home.

Donley has provided us with many years of excellent service and we would not consider calling anyone else for our heating and cooling needs.

They have a worth the money twice a year maintenance inspection program with a checklist that details the condition of the unit. They are on time, know what they are doing and are honest. I always ask for [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] was simply outstanding, upfront, honest and cordial. Please send him again as well. I'd like to have the same technician come again for my fall inspection. I have continuity with Donley and I'd like a technician to have continuity with my system. :)
