Technician was right on time, I appreciate that. Technician put on booties when entering house. Technician was courteous, and explained things.

[redacted] was superb today. He persevered to find the challenging trouble and I now have HEAT! Hooray!
And yes, I would recommend Donley -- matter of fact have already recommended Donley to my daughter and son-in-law.

[redacted] did a very good at explaining our options concerning our air conditioning. He came on time and was pleasant and professional. Always a good experience with Donley.

Donley has stepped up their service a great deal. We have used them for the past 4 years with no complaints, but the work done by their tech [redacted] was well above any of the others that have come out...and it was due in part to the "little things" he did. He swept the floor where he made a mess, came prepared with his own ladders for tall ceilings, flushed all the lines, took pictures of the equipment in the attic to show me what was good/bad and what he did, replaced all the filters in the house, etc.
It was a service call that showed he was proud of his company and his work, and it was clear in the quality work he provided.
I'll expect the same thing from here on out :)

Repairman was thorough.

Outstanding company and personnel. Very honest and transparent. On time. Excellent installation of our new A/C compressor. Techs took the time to explain what they were doing. Outstanding follow-up of the installation by a separate "Donley QA team", which went on the roof & checked the compressor installation a week later to ensure our satisfaction with Donley. I will definitely use Donley for all our A/C needs, including when I need to replace the other compressor on our house.

Technician was very thorough and honest. I was convinced a sending unit for the blower motor needed replacement but Donley's technician said it was simply a loose wire due to unit vibration. I have used Donley for several years and I am always pleased with their work and honesty.

I CALLED Donley Service Center for assistance

when my water heater malfunctioned. A short time later, the serviceman, [redacted], arrived.

He replaced my water heater and had us functioning

within two hours. He was courteous, informed and

most pleasant. We would welcome him back anytime.

Juan inspected my air conditioner coils and found them to be very dirty. Took pictures for me to see the problems. Cleaned coils and I got a 10% discount as I am on their maintenance program. Juan was really informative in explaining the mechanics of the system and how to ameliorate recurrances. His many years of experience really showed!

We are very pleased with the service Donley provided. The technician was thorough, and answered my questions about the units we have in a patient and instructive manner. Further, the technician arrived in a timely manner, was very pleasant, and extremely efficient.

Reuben was very kind and efficient. We thought he was an excellent tchnician and would be happy to have him work on our system again.

We just bought a house, which came with several equipment items installed by Donely. After only one phone call, a technician was sent to my house that same day. [redacted] checked the equipment, gave me a lesson on how to operate them and told me what to expect from my equipment in the upcoming months/year. He even helped me light the water heater which was not initially a responsibility of Donely.

I was very impressed with the polite, professional and very helpful service I received on the phone by [redacted] and in person by [redacted]. Donley Service Center is a great company. We have used them for a number of years and have always been treated with professionalism and respect. Today the company installed a new heat pump for us. Tim and Rick were wonderful and made certain that we were satisfied in every way. Nothing but praise from our end.

When [redacted] mentioned that they did not service this area, I was glad that they had a recommendation for me in Donley Service Center. [redacted], the service man, was really great. He explained things very well and gave me several options but was not pushy and let me make up my own mind. Seemed very honest and knew his job well. I will use them again.

[redacted] and the whole team at Donley is the best. They arrived 15 minutes early on a day I was frankly suffering through as my A/C went out in the middle of the night.

[redacted] explained the problem thoroughly, fixed my problem within an hour and wore shoe protectors on my floors-which is very nice but not necessary for me.

I also wanted to mention that the phone number for Donley is on my thermostat which made it incredibly easy to call them in my distress. You can't find business cards or remember that information when you're not planning it. I love that, and the folks at the office were kind and thoughtful and scheduled me immediately for today.

I was happy to pay for that service and would HIGHLY recommend Donley to anyone in the valley for air conditioning and heating issues.
