Our service technician, [redacted], did an outstanding job servicing our two air conditioning units. He found that we needed a new capacitor and replaced it. He installed a surge protector on both a/c units. (Since we just bought our house we did not know there were no surge protectors, and we consider this protection to be essential.) ** was most pleasant, explained what he did and what we needed clearly. He was fair in is pricing of the surge protectors.

It is crucial that our air conditioning works properly, especially because we live in Scottsdale, AZ, where the ambient temperatures can hit 115 degrees.

We will request ** for our winter service.
