[redacted], the plumber, came out quickly. We had a leak from under our foundation. He explained what he was doing during the process and offered us several options to fix the problem. He was always upfront and fair with us. I would recommend Donely to others and will use them in the future.

As always, everything was done very well. I have been a customer of the Donley Service Center for many years and appreciate the wonderful service I always receive.

Service technician was very courteous and customer friendly. He explained what he was going to do in advance and then in detail when he completed maintenance. He kept the job site very clean.

I just received my winter check-up on my two unit gas heating system. The HVAC Tech, Mr.[redacted] did an outstanding job inspecting, cleaning and fine tuning the heating system. He found an old decomposed bee hive and many dead bees that had obviously been in the furnace air duct plenum since the home was constructed some five years ago. He took pictures and showed them to me and then cleaned out the plenum. This unit had been previously inspected by a different company two years ago and was given a "clean duct" notice. Mr. [redacted] also replaced the two filters in the air duct system.

Once again I recently have had excellent service from Donley Service Center. I have used them for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the quality, attitude, competence, and professionalism of all their employees - in both the residential and commercial areas.
I am a registered professional engineer in the state of Arizona and would recommend them without qualification.

Donley Service Center was recommended to us by a friend when we needed to replace the main a/c system in our house. We had received two reputable a/c company quotations which were conflicting as to what needed to be done and the cost. We were confused and mentioned it to our friend who said to call Donley. It was the best decision we made. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of why and what needed to be done and the over-all cost. We went with Donley and have been exceedingly pleased with their work and the a/c system. This second time we were having hot water and soft-water system problems and decided to call Donley and not the plumbing company we had used for ten years. We can't over-emphasize how pleased we were with the plumbing aspect of Donley's business. The experience, knowledge and workmanship of Donley technicians and installers is truly unique in this day and age. There's no reason for us to use anyone other than Donley, to the extent they provide the services needed, for home repairs and systems. They are professional, knowledgeable, competent and pleasant in everything they do.

When I called to set up appointment I told them I was working nights and the earlier they got there the better. They were suppose to show up between 8 and 10 ...Called at 07:30 saying they were on the way. Showed up at 08:00.. Very Excellent in my book!!!!!!!!!!!

[redacted] arrived 8:30 a.m., did his diagnosis and had my A/C running cool again, after 7-8 days with no cooling. He installed a motor that did the trick. Great job, great employee and very personable.

We've used Donley twice. First for water heater repair a few months back and then today for a faucet leak. They're professional, on time, and know what they're doing. I would recommend to other home owners.

Our tech [redacted] was fantastic! He knew exactly what to look for, how to fix it, be quick about it, and do what needed to be done.

A couple of great things: 1). When I called this morning, the staff aff told me he would get here this afternoon between 2 PM and 5 PM. About 45 minutes later, I got a phone call stating that he would come by right away if I was home and available. When it's this hot in Phoenix during the summertime and especially with the humidity, it sure was nice to have a repair done early. 2). When [redacted] came into our home, before he took another step onto the carpet, he started to put on booties over his work shoes. We told him it wasn't necessary as we had to do some carpet cleaning anyways due to our problem that he was there for, but it was still wonderful to have that type of service and respect for our home.

Having never use their services before, I was not just pleased, but extremely surprised and would recommend their services, especially [redacted], to other customers including my friends.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the service I received today a 10 plus.
