Donley Service Center

I have used Donley starting in 2009 with the installation of my solar water heater. Service has been excellent and always done correctly the first time. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient workmanship in all cases. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Donley is a great company. They got out to my unit quick, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and with professional and friendly courtesy.

We have had air conditioning and plumbing work done in our home in the past two days. Both technicians, [redacted] and [redacted], were wonderful! Their professionalism and courtesy was above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

The company made a Saturday appt at my request. Showed up in the two hour window as promised. Sent the plumbing supv who was calm, professional and did an excellent job repairing an outside plumbing leak.

Have been w/Donley for close to 10 yrs. now. Same day service w/their Hot water solar salesman when my reg. gas water heater bit the dust (AZ, no pun intended)on a Friday aftenoon. Early at 7 am the following Monday they acquired the necessary permits from the City of Buckeye & completed the entire installation that very day! And the Buckeye Inspector was amazed, since they did the job to the quality expected by a business customer. On top of that, Donley extended my winter & summer annual inspection/maintenance contracts for an addt'l. 2 yrs., as a courtesy for the solar hot water purchase. Last week [redacted] replaced the R/O filters (at the usual 10% discount). Today [redacted] completed both the annual winter (since it's still Feb.) & summer (since it's already in the 80's) heating & cooling annual inspections all in one visit. And 2 of my fire alarms were chirping, so as a courtesy he complimentary replaced both 9 volt batteries. I can't say enough about the fine quality service Donley Service Center supplies. And they are here for same day emergenies, & there is no extra charge for that AND being on call 24/7. I recommend them highly.

The plumbers called before coming, were well within the time frame I'd been given, not only fixed the problem but looked at a couple of others. As usual, happy with DOnley's service.

I was very pleased with the inspection and how good the service was. [redacted] was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions. I also asked about replacing some plumbing and he made an appointment for someone to come out for an estimate. He told me who was coming which is a good safety feature. I like the company.

Donley was responsive, professional, and knowledgable regarding the repair of my AC unit. Their Technician, [redacted], represents them well; I'm sure they wish all of their employees projected as well as [redacted], who explained what he was finding, patiently worked through the process with his manager, and effectively communicated his and Donley's recommendations. I wish all service providers were as helpful as [redacted] and Donley.

As always very professional. [redacted] is always a pleasure to see. Honest, sincere and profesional is the best way to describe Donley's Service. A 10 plus in my book.

[redacted] was fantastic! He was very honest and thorough. We trust his work and judgement and will request him to return to our home for further fixes! We were also very pleased that the prices for repair seemed reasonable which was an added bonus! We will be contacting Donley to sign up for the preventative maintenance program soon.

Donley Service Center remains at the apex of service for air conditioning, furnace and all plumbing maintenance and installation.
The employees are true well-trained professionals with excellent skills, superb customer care and with a consistently admirable work ethic.

We went to Donley for our first A/C unit. We had no problems & they were great. When needing to replace that unit we checked around with 6 different companies & still came back to Donley. They had the best quote, were the nicest & were the only company to tell us about a rebate from the electric company. We are happy we went with them once again this time around.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Donley team. I needed to replace my main line to the sewer and it was a particularly complicated job due to the layout of my yard. [redacted] with Donley did the estimate and during that process, he identified a very important thing that had been missed by the other plumbing company that had previously done an estimate. That saved me from a big problem later on. [redacted] and [redacted] are the ones who replaced the line and they were also excellent. They worked almost 11 hours in one day to get it done and they were still pleasant and cheerful at the end of it. They anticipated helpful things that I never even thought to request. Donley did the job for a fair price and vastly exceeded my expectations during every step of the process.

The best air cond service , tech was great. I had another service two weeks before donley they said I needed over$300 work done, donley said system was fine ,so glad I had donley, you now have a customer for life.

I've been using Donley's services for several years and they are trustworthy, dependable and honest. They are always thorough and timely. Great company.

I have used Donley Trane for years and have an annual maintenance contract with the company. In general I have been very pleased with the services. I believe them to be fair and most of their representatives are very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I just recently called them as the pvc condensation line had come apart and water was leaking on the roof. When I called for a service call to re-attach the line, initially I was told that the company is very busy at this time of year. I said I understood this, but that I thought it would only take a very short time to have someone re-connect the line. In response to my service request, I was very impressed and pleased that a service rep could come the next day (Saturday). "**" showed up in the morning, quickly fixed the problem and showed me pics of the line before he fixed it. He was very nice & very professional and I was also very impressed that the company did not charge for the call. It is rare for a company to waive such service fee so I have to give Donley an A+ for this!

In April of 2014 while doing their annual a/c checkup under the maintenance contract, the representative (I believe his name was [redacted]) discovered a large tear in the return duct & also noted that the insulation around the return duct had become detached. He replaced the torn section of the duct and sealed it, as well as reattached the insulation and secured it. This resulted in a significant savings on my electric bill during the summer of 2014 as we were obviously paying to cool the attic! Hats off to him for the discovery and resolution of this issue.

I had damage in two rooms due to broken pipes from the attic. Donley sent out 3 guys to remove the broken pipes and install all new pex pipes throughout the home. Their experience and knowledge gave me a sense of comfort knowing the job would be done correctly and the job was completed to two days. Going through something like this is emotional so I'm very glad I choose Donley to get the job done. I am now a life long customer.
