Donley Service Center

Our service tech, [redacted], was courteous and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly.

Mr. [redacted] is a wonderful representative for Donley Service Center. He is knowledgeable, professional, and through in his approach to his customer. He goes beyond to "surface" contractual "visit" and displays true concern for Donley customers. I am requesting that he come to my home whenever Donley sends a representtive to my home. He is outstanding, as is the service that Donley provides.

[redacted] did a good job; servicing our heating plus our Freon level, and checked the hot water heater.

I have used Donley Service Center for many years and have had excellent service. Today I placed a service call to install a kitchen faucet and as always the service was first rate.

Bought my first A/C from [redacted] before he started Donley Servive Center over 50 years ago. Have used him ever since. I intend to keep using them as long as I am still living. I bought my last two units in 2007. Also water heater, water softener, water filters, and all plumbing. I am very happy with the service I receive.

I would say that that serviceman this morning was very courteous and professional, and during and after the work was done reviewed all work done completed asked if there were any questions. This customer service is why I stay with Donley for my HVAC. They are more like family and I can trust them to do a top notch job.

AGAIN, we have used Donley for installation of a new air-conditioner. We are AGAIN very satisfied with the work they have done for us this time and in th past.

Once again, Donley has exceeded my expectations. I always receive highly competent, professional service to my HVAC units. They arrive on time and respect my home while here.

Mostly good. Inspector was thorough and pleasant. Seemed to know what he was talking about. Everythin was great.

But he left our water running. He called me to notify me, but it was my home phone number and I didn't get the message until 7 hours after he left my house. Water from my hose ran at full blast for seven hours. I have not received my water bill, but I will be notifying you if it is hundreds more than last month.

[redacted]is the greatest ever. He put faucets behind the wash machine and the hoses will never explode again. His work cannot be surpassed.

After several other plumbing companies were referred to my by my home warranty company, I made the great choice to call Donly. [redacted] was so courteous and personable I welcomed him into my home and he fixed my plumbing issues knowledgeably, promptly and without any double talk. He is a valuable asset to your business. After having our system repaired yesterday, to have the system reviewed today was reassuring that the only issue was the defrosting of the unit (internal process of the unit). It took us back that this would happen, but [redacted] explained the system and how this worked, and what to expect during the extremely cold weather. It was very nice to have this level of support so that we can better plan the future if this happens. Thank you [redacted], and Happy New Year! [redacted] & [redacted] were by to install a new coil unit in my attic. They were very professional and when the attic flashing needed to be removed, they re-installed and all is good. [redacted] took the time to work with [redacted] and it seems as though they worked efficiently and had heat back in our house! I appreciated the time they took to explain all the goings-on and the manner in which they fixed the unit. Happy New Year!

Donley Service technicians are the friendliest, most efficient, polite servicemen in the business. We have been customers for 25 years and highly recommend them!

[redacted] was our serviceman and he was extremely accommodating. He explained everything clearly and was not impatient having to repeat things for us when we asked. He explained options for our A/C repairs clearly. We have used Donley Service for ourselves since moving to AZ in 1992 and before that my parents used Donley starting in the late 1970s. We trust them. They have always been reliable, including a repair to our furnace early on New Year's Day several years ago.
