Knowledgeable, prompt and curteous. I trust them unlike some of the other companies in the Valley.

Everything was explained to my satisfaction and my questions were answered fully. The technician did exactly what we had discussed and system is functioning as it should. Repair time was very quick letting me get to my other projects at hand without delays. Technician actually showed up ahead of scheduled window time, but there was no inconvenience with that since I was waiting at home anyway.

I used Donley a couple of years ago for a new A/C unit. The price and service was outstanding. Over this past w/e I had an issue w/my A/C and needed help. [redacted] w/Donley was able to come out the next day, sunday and service it. He was very cordial, polite and knowledge able. My capacitor was found to be weak. [redacted] did not pressure me to replace it at this time, but suggested I do. The price quoted was very reasonable and there was no extra charge for diagnosing it and being a sunday. With my a/c having been off overnight, I had it replaced. [redacted] even gave me advice on what temps. to keep it at to gain a lower power bill. Again, Donley came thru.

The Technician that performed the semi-annual inspection of my roof mounted HVAC system was courteous, efficient and well versed in his skills. Found it a faultless rendering of service this despite it being a stormy day.

I have used Donley for air conditioning and heating since 1982 and for plumbing since the late 1990's. They continue to be the most reliable and professional of any plumbers I have used and great on ac and heating.

We have been customers of Donley for years and have never been disappointed by the service or technicians. The company is very responsive and the work is excellent.

Had repairman at my house in less than an hour

The A/C unit on our home quit blowing cold air on a day it was 115 degrees. I asked friends for a referral for an HONEST and reliable A/C service company. A good friend recommended Donley and said he knew they would be fair. He was 100 percent right. I was not home when the technician arrived. My girlfriend was here by herself and I figured I was sure to get ripped off without me around. I was wrong. Donley was ethical, fair, honest and reliable. Thank you for your great work.

We have been customers of Donely's for 28 years. I rarely had issues with the service. The only issue I have is with scheduling the appointment. We called for an appointment weeks ago and we could not get any thing more than a 1000 to 200. When you work for a living, you waste an entire day waiting. This is annoying.

I called for a plumber around 4 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon He was there by 6:30. Within 30 minutes my drain was open and there was no mess for me to clean up. The plumber was very neat in appearance, careful with his plumbing equipment and quite personable. I would highly recommend Donley Service Center.

We have used Donley for years for our AC/Heating/heat pumps and also for our plumbing problems. They are on time, clean, courteous, and respectful for the activities going on around them. They give a quote for the repair/replacement and back it up. They are considerate that some things can be repaired at a price close to the replacement cost and take the time to explain the differences in order for the customer to make up his/her mind.
