Donley Service is a wonderful, caring company ! Their Service personal are excellent, knowledgable and polite. I highly recommend them- and trust them, I am a loyal customer because this company has proven itself to me time and time again for many, many years!
I wish more companies had as good tract record and were as honest , knowledgeable and caring as DONLEY and the people that work for Donley. The people that you speak to when you make an appointment are also very efficient , and polite. This is a QUALITY service company!

Ri was prompt in arriving, introduced himself and was courteous and friendly in demeanor. He listened to my explanation of the problem, made an inspection and explained the problem and the solution. After agreeing to the repair he secured the parts required and returned when promised. He completed the repairs in a timely manner, which was indicative of a very skilled technician. I was pleased with the service and would trust Rj with any service our A/C Heat Pump may require in the future.

The plumber came out the same day I phoned Donely Because of a plugged toilet and adjoining shower. The Service man was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem promptly and effectively. I have used Donley for many years for my AC and plumbing and solar water heater. They are VERY professional, knowledgeable and try to educate the consumer on what is being done and may be needed.

No pressure sales; just presented facts and options. Installers were very professional and we couldn't tell that they were even at oru home after they finished their work, as they left everything clean, etc. Highlt recommended company.

Donley Service Center did a great job on a clogged valve we had in our AC system. The technician was efficient, honest, and practical with the repair and offered great suggestions to help maintain our system moving forward. Highly recommend this company!

We have been using Donley to maintain our HVAC and plumbing for our current home for 8+ years and have used them on previous homes in Phoenix. We have been and are still very pleased with the technical work they do. However, we are becoming more disappointed on each service call with the technicians turning into salesmen instead of just focusing on servicing our HVAC and/or plumbing. Previously if they recommended some work be done, we always followed their recommendation. Now we are never sure if the work is really needed or if they are just recommending it to meet a sales quota.
