Water gushing out of light in ceiling. Called Donley and they were there within 2 hours. Identified and corrected the issue quickly and thoroughly.

My air conditioner went out on Sunday night and they were there first thing Monday morning to fix it . I was even able to talk to technician Sunday night and explain what was happening . The service was excellent and I was only out of ac for one evening. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Donley Service Center is not only a professional provider of Air Conditioning installation and repair, but they are an incredible asset to the communities they serve. Donley has been a supporter of New Life Center, a local refuge for women and children escaping domestic violence, for the last 25 years. The support and generosity of this organization in unparalleled. The work is always top of the line and the staff is more than professional. We cannot say thank you enough for all that Donley has done for New Life Center and other nonprofit organizations in our area, but we would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking an honest, professional organization that does great work and cares about making a real impact for the community.

We had our capacitor go out on a Sunday evening in July on our 7 year old [redacted] unit. The outside temps were in the low 100's. A call to Donleys and in 20 minutes I had a Donley service technician calling me . He had me check a few simple things..circuit breaker...etc. Once we knew it wasn't a simple fix, the technician was at our house in within an hour or so. He got us a/c for the evening by installing a by pass and then came back Monday to replace the bad capacitor...all for a very fair price!

Phone people are courteous and helpful and techs are well trained and thorough.

The tech ([redacted]) showed up exactly when he said he would. Fixed my AC promptly. I am very pleased. I expect I will be replacing the system eventually and when I do Donley will be my first call.
