Donley Service Center

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. They charged a fair price for for my new furnace and air-conditioner. I appreciate a family owned business and would recommend them to anyone that needs service.

We have been using Donley to service our three units for the past 6 years and have had nothing less than professional and reliable service. We appreciate the knowledge they bring to their service.

Donley employs consumate professionals who know what they are doing, explain/demonstrate why a service is required, and their business ethics are A+. Today was a water heater replacement call. [redacted] was on time, he clearly outlined my options, and proceeded immediately to work. He was courteous and careful and I feel fortunate that he was the professional who took my service call today. My confidence in Donley has been justified time and time again and [redacted] is a key element in maintaining that trust.

Excellent customer servive.[redacted] cleaned the coils on my ac and cleaned out the excess water in the ductwork for free. I will definitely call for [redacted] at Donnelly the next time I need work done on my ac.

Just had a toilet repair/install through Donley. [redacted] was the plumber who did the work and he did a great job. He was very patient in answering my many, many questions and never made me feel bad for asking so many of them. He arrived on time and was courteous and careful in my home. I would recommend Donley and especially [redacted] to my friends and family.

Scott gave us in depth information and the various options we had so that we could make an intelligent decision. There was no pressure involved in our decision. We appreciated his knowledge and his recommendations. He explained what a great company Donley was as everyone is treated as family. I received this from all that were involved in the process of acquiring an AC. He wanted to make certain all our questions were answered. A most impressive and sincere individual. Ismael was not only knowledgeable in the installation of the AC but was efficient, and had a strong desire to make certain everything was done correctly. He is a delightful person and I was impressed with his work ethic. The crane arrived in a timely manner and the AC was installed. He mentioned that someone would come out in a few days or later to double check everything to make certain it was working correctly. He took time to make certain we understood the control panel as well. Jose was very efficient in checking to see that the AC has been working properly. As with the others at Donley we were called to give a notice when he would be arriving. He is a pleasant person who checked everything. As we were pleased with how it had been working there were no issues. Another very good employee. Thank you. We are truly pleased with our AC.

We replaced an air conditioner in December, 2012 which had been purchased and serviced by another company with a high efficiency unit from Donley. The installation was professional and efficient, and the unit has been serviced by them since the original installation. Donley has provided excellent support and maintenance of the unit ( which has been very reliable from the start, and cut our power bill almost in half), and we are very pleased to have been dealing with them. They were checking on our unit after installation to make sure that the unit was performing satisfactorily, and "going the extra mile" to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. Great folks to deal with!

As always, the technician sent by Donleys was thorough in his inspection, considerate in taking his time explaining certain items to us, and respectful of our home. (Love the booties)!

What a great all around experience I had with Donley Service Center. From the time I called Monday morning and when they sent a technician was 50 minutes. The technician was very nice and friendly, but also very professional. He explained what was wrong with my water heater and what he needed to do to get it working right. The technician (Chris) manually lit my pilot so we could have hot water. He came back Wednesday morning and replace the parts, cleaned the filter and checked for gas leaks, etc. They were fast and very efficient. It was a nice experience for me to finally have good communication with office staff and their technician. I highly recommend their service. Thank you, Donley Service Center, for your great work.

As usual, Donley people are excellent; I wish all companies were as reliable. Enes came to assess a problem and resolved it fully.

They are outstanding.

We have relied on Donley for almost 35 years. Service to cooling and heating with 2 visits a year works very well and has extended the life of our various AC's. We have also purchased new AC's from them and we are happy about that, too. The service reps are well-trained in not only the mechanical elements but also in personal listening and explaining skills. We continue to renew our contracts with them because the service is so excellent.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I have received through Donley's. I live in Portland, OR, my only brother is in Cambridge, England, and our parents live in Chandler, AZ. Coordinating getting estimates from here has been truly exhausting. I've called several repair companies and Donley's was the one that truly stepped up.

[redacted], and [redacted] (the amazing technician) were so understanding of how hard this was for me. They answered my questions promptly and completely (being a science major it was extremely reassuring not to be talked down to and it was also nice to treated respectfully when I didn't understand something), were respectful to my parents, and provided me with not only the cheapest estimate but also the most detailed description of the what's and why's.

I have not had work done yet. This review is just based on getting an estimate. I will make another review/update this one when that happens. Looking at all the other reviews on here I have little doubt of the continued high quality of service.
