Technician was on time, clean, polite, and reviewed all service with me. He was very thorough.

He has been to my house before and also is often the tech to service my daughter's home. We both appreciate his competence. We trust him.

I called Donley Service this morning after my a/c stopped working last night. They were able to come out the same day to review and fix my a/c, which took approx. 45 mins. Eron was the service tech. and he was very courteous and efficient. I have a gas pac and the furnace control panel burnt out and he was able to rewire to by-pass to get my a/c working and the pricing was excellent. I definitely will call Donley to have the furnace panel replaced. This is was my first interaction with Donley and based on today I would recommend them for a/c work.

The technician did an excellent job. He came the same day I called and spent many hours in the hot sun working to get my a/c going. Because of a part, he had to come the next day and spent several hours to finish the job. He was very professional and I would recommend him to Donley's customers.

Review: A service call was made by [redacted] a Donley plumber (3/30/15) to service solar system. He stated the water tank was rusted and needed to be replaced. He stated that my type of tank was no longer available and would have to use a different tank. He stated my tank was out of warranty. The new tank would require all new piping at my expense, $1800.00. Tank was out of warranty based on Manf. date of 1/2009. Tank had 6 year warranty.

I called the manufacture who stated that the exact tank was available in Phoenix. He also stated that the warranty period is consistent with the date tank was installed. So if I had a receipt showing the tank was installed in June(I do have one) then the warranty would be honored according to the receipt date not manf. date.

I feel these tactics and plumbing practices are deceitful and nothing short of elder abuse. I feel that Donley plumbing was taking advantage of my age and my lack of English proficiency. Fortunately my son was able to step in and stop all work.

I had a different Solar company come in and inspection the system. They stated that tank was not rusting and did not need replacement. They did a service call and replaced the Anode for a total of $235.00.

Based on this information I feel Donley was taking full advantage of my age, which makes suspect of a repair that [redacted] performed the same day. He replaced a pressure vale on the outside of my house he said was not working properly. I did not have any problems with water pressure inside the house. This repair with parts and labor was $538.00. I now feel that this repair was more than likely unneeded and want a full refund of the false repair performed by [redacted] the plumber who works for Donley.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the unneeded repair performed on 3/30/15 to install a pressure regulator that was not needed. At the time of service I had no problems with water pressure inside the house.

We have agreed to settle the complaint meeting the customers desired settlement request “Full refund for the unneeded repair performed on 3/30/15…” totaling $538.84. The customer paid by credit card and we will be issuing a refund to that card ASAP. Please let us know if there is anything else you need from us to positively close this complaint.

Review: we purchased our new (10 years) ac from [redacted]. it is now nearing the end of warrantee period, I believe sept is the end of the warrantee. in the last 2-3 months [redacted] techs have been out to fix the same problem with our ac 3 different times, two different techs. the ac itself is working, the fan is not going on to push the cool air into the house. we have already paid, 150 dollars on 2 of the 3 occassions. it seems the fan, or fan motor, is broken, and perhaps, [redacted] does not want to replace it per the warrantee? I am not an ac tech so I do not know if this is the case, but it appears [redacted] does not want to fix whatever is broken so they can continue to charge for other repairs, until we have, paid for a new fan?Desired Settlement: we just want the ac/fan blower fixed properly, with a credit for work paid for that was or was not needed.

We pulled the service records over the last month and the installation paper work for the unit from 2004. It looks like the last service call was Tuesday April 29th. Has the unit been cooling since last Tuesday or had anymore problems?

We appreciate you letting us know that you are not 100% satisfied with the service over the last month, we appreciate customer feedback. I also want assure you that [redacted] and [redacted] the manufacture will full honor the warranty on your air conditioner as promised in 2004.

Mr [redacted], Thank you for getting back to me. The ac has been working fine for the last week, however, I am hesitant to say it is repaired. This is the 4th time [redacted] twice, [redacted] once, and this time, that your repairmen have been to our home, for the same repair. I am waiting to tell the Revdex.com that we are satisfied with this until I'm certain we wont need any futher service for this issue. We have used [redacted] exclusively since moving to Mesa in 1999. In the early or mid 90's while living in Chicago we saw a 20/20 special on ac repair shops, and yours appeared to be the only honest shop. I am begining to lose a little faith in your business, but will continue to use your services. I appreciate your time and reply. I will wait another week or two to contact the Revdex.com again to report my happiness with this issue. Thank you again.

We were very impressed with the service. Our AC service was restored as quickly as possible. Before working on our unit, we were given an estimate. Our contact with the company was an extremely positive one! Kudos to everyone at Donley's!

Great service! My neighbor and I had a plugged drain late on a Saturday afternoon. We both independently called plumbers. Donley came out right away. Attempted to clear the drain with a snake but was unable to clear drain without going on the roof. My neighbor's plumber said the same. We collectively decided to let my neighbor's plumber go on the roof and finish. Walter gave me his cell number in case the other plumber could not fix it. The drain was cleared. Was extremely pleased with Donley's service!!! And there was NO CHARGE!

I purchased a Donley product over 10 years ago and have been satisfied with their service and their products ever since. My favorite serviceman is [redacted]. He is always prompt, effective, courteous, and efficient. He always provides excellent tips on how to get the best performance out of the Donley products.

My experience was very positive. They arrived in a timely manner and provided me with very useful information.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I have received through Donley's. I live in Portland, OR, my only brother is in Cambridge, England, and our parents live in Chandler, AZ. Coordinating getting estimates from here has been truly exhausting. I've called several repair companies and Donley's was the one that truly stepped up.

[redacted], and [redacted] (the amazing technician) were so understanding of how hard this was for me. They answered my questions promptly and completely (being a science major it was extremely reassuring not to be talked down to and it was also nice to treated respectfully when I didn't understand something), were respectful to my parents, and provided me with not only the cheapest estimate but also the most detailed description of the what's and why's.

I have not had work done yet. This review is just based on getting an estimate. I will make another review/update this one when that happens. Looking at all the other reviews on here I have little doubt of the continued high quality of service.

Thank you Donley's for reminding me that there are still good people out there.
