[redacted] came out yesterday to service my AC/heating system for the winter. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I originally purchased my air conditioning/heating system from Donley six years ago because of their excellent customer service. I had called the office on a Sunday evening in July at 10 p.m. when my AC unit failed. They were the only company out of several I called that responded to my urgent situation. They came out within an hour and got the old unit started and I subsequently purchased a new system from them. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and personable. For all these reasons I have remained a loyal customer and have referred them to my friends and family. Thank you =D

Exceptional service. Called on a Saturday they came out the same day to diagnose the situation and formulate a plan. The work was performed quickly within the stated time frame. The thoughtfulness for making sure my dog was safe, protecting the surrounding area and cleanup was appreciated. They thoroughly explained the process and costs. [redacted] and [redacted] were awesome.

The technician from Donley Service Center arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Discussed the problem with me and went to work on the AC. Within two hours the non-working parts had been replaced, the system tested and the AC was working.

Via e-mail the next day I received a receipt for the Service Fee and a detailed report of the repair work and parts replaced.

We were very impressed with the service. Our AC service was restored as quickly as possible. Before working on our unit, we were given an estimate. Our contact with the company was an extremely positive one! Kudos to everyone at Donley's!

The technician did an excellent job. He came the same day I called and spent many hours in the hot sun working to get my a/c going. Because of a part, he had to come the next day and spent several hours to finish the job. He was very professional and I would recommend him to Donley's customers.

Donley has been servicing my home for more than ten years. They did the maintenance on the original air conditioning and heating system which was in the home at time of purchase and when that central system needed replacing they installed a new system in 2007 which they've continued to maintain twice yearly for the past eight years. I appreciate doing business with companies I can trust to do the job right and whose employees are well trained, experienced, helpful and pleasant. I love the fact that the same technician has been able to service my home most of the time. It speaks well for company management that they retain the majority of their office staff and technicians.
