[redacted] came out yesterday to service my AC/heating system for the winter. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I originally purchased my air conditioning/heating system from Donley six years ago because of their excellent customer service. I had called the office on a Sunday evening in July at 10 p.m. when my AC unit failed. They were the only company out of several I called that responded to my urgent situation. They came out within an hour and got the old unit started and I subsequently purchased a new system from them. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and personable. For all these reasons I have remained a loyal customer and have referred them to my friends and family. Thank you =D

The technician from Donley Service Center arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Discussed the problem with me and went to work on the AC. Within two hours the non-working parts had been replaced, the system tested and the AC was working.

Via e-mail the next day I received a receipt for the Service Fee and a detailed report of the repair work and parts replaced.

They installed a new Air Conditioner for me a couple of years ago, and just recently I had them over since my heat pump seemed to be not working up to date. I thought that my heat strips were not working. They came by and discovered that the coil had a leak and had to replace something to keep the Freon from leaking out. They did it on 12/22/2015, and after a fairly long period to replace the part, when they got done it was working perfectly again. With these 35 degree mornings, it is especially important to get the Heat Pump working up to par. Right now they are my Air Conditioning Company and have them work on my daughter's Condo too. They come out promptly when called and usually fix it first time out. Very reliable company.

What a great company. Very professionable and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, kept us apprised step by step about the needed repairs. They went the extra mile to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction.971

I recently purchase a home that had HVAC equipment installed by Donley. I wanted them to look at a cooling issue I had and also signed up for a 2 year maintenace plan. Jackie took all of my information and set up the appointment for same day service. She was excellent...quick, efficient and professional. Daniel show up early for the appointment, quickly assessed my issue and made adjustment that solved my problem. I am very impresed by this company's professionalism and excellent service.

We just bought our house and wanted to keep most of the services that the previous owner had. Donley has turned out to be an excellent choice. Their pricing is reasonable and their service has been so accommodating. Everyone has been so nice -- and very professional! I would highly recommend them :)

Best service I have ever received!! Wow. I wish they could handle all my home needs. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, up front about all pricing and helped me understand the issue. There was nothing he could have done better. I will never call any other company for my heating and a/c needs.

If only Donley Service would also move into the cable tv industry I would be one happy lady!

I have found Donley to be very dependable throughout the many years I have used the company for air conditioning/heating. The service people who have come to my house have almost uniformly been very good or excellent. The most recent tech person is [redacted], and he is far and away one of the very best Donley has sent.

Donley Service Center sent [redacted] out today because our morning shower was cold. He ended up replacing both of our water heaters. He was pleasant, efficient and even cleaned the garage floor after he finished. I am so impressed with his work that I just had to say so. I have had so many terrible plumbers over the years. It's wonderful to know that there are good one's out there. Thanks, [redacted] and thanks, Donley!

Smail was awesome...found the problem right away...gave options of repairing or replacing unit..Made an appt. right them for rep to come same night and give quote for new unit or cost for repair.

We have used Donley at two of our residences for 20+ yrs for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs with a positive outcome.
Recently we had them replace a sink faucet and it was defective. They sent Chris K[redacted] out within a couple of hours. Chris was wonderful, showed compassion and concern for our problem and immediately replaced our faucet with an upgraded one for our inconvenience. Great recovery! Chris is very knowledgeble and a real "people person" representing Donley in a most professional manner.

Appointment made on same day I contacted them. Plumber arrived promptly and resolved my problem quickly and at fair price. No call out charge. Plumber was polite and courteous, wore booties when inside house. Have used Donley before and will use again when required.

Donley responded to a major water slab leak within 90 minutes of my call to the office. The Donley plumber when he arrived, called a specialized water leak detection company who explained what the problem was and the work that would be needed to correct the leak, once it was determined how to fix it. I was informed throughout the process by the Donley employee of what was being done and why it was necessary to cut the holes into the walls. All involved were professional. The plumber had the right tools, the parts needed, worked quickly and did a good job of clean up.

Extremely professional, exceptionally courteous and determined to fix the problem. The sliding scale in your evaluation does not work properly.
