The order in question was placed Feb 12th 2020, for our item the Enchanted Rose. Unfortunately, the order was lost in transit. A replacement order was processed and sent to the customer. The order was delivered March 13th, 2020.

An order for flowers was placed online for $249 and the flowers were never delivered.
An order for flowers was placed online via website www.dose-roses.com February 9th order number #***, my account was promptly debited for $249 and I never received any flowers. I have made several attempts via their customer service email *** and *** to
refund or deliver the flower to no avail. I have not received any indication that those emails were being read by a human as all replies have come thru a auto reply service called Zendesk. Please help bring these scam artist to justice, they taken millions of dollars from people, how can this happen?

I would like the flowers to be delivered, if they can not fulfill the order then please just refund my money.

Placed order on February 12, 2020 ordered cancelled same day due to processing time. ORDER ***- I have not received my refund

Purchased items on February 12, 2020 after receiving email same day. Reached out on the website to cancel order. Rush shipping was not explained in detail and it would take 1-5 business days for products to be received. On February 17, 2020 I reached out again with no response. Received a response on February 21, 2020 that I would be given a store credit and to inform me that my desired items are sold out. I again requested a refund and currently disputing with my bank and quad pay. This company is a scam and takes people money and doesn't provide products in a timely fashion.

I ordered a galaxy rose in a glass vase from them week prior to valentines day its march 1st and I haven't received my flower or my money back I have reached out several times to their email only way they have to contact them and all I got was a ticket number and that was over week ago !!! They are committing fraud and need to be investigated!

I paid $34.96 on 2/7/20 for an Enchanted Galaxy Rose promised by 2/14/20. I've attempted contact 6x to no avail. Still no delivery.
On 2/7/20, I placed an order for an Enchanted Galaxy Rose for $34.96. I received an email confirmation. On 2/8, I received an email stating "a shipment from order *** is on the way". Later that same day, I received an email stating an order was processing. The item was not received, as promised, by the 14th. I started attempting contact on the 17th. I wrote emails on 2/17, 2/18, 2/21, and 2/27. I attempted contact through Facebook messenger on 2/17. To this day, I have received no response and still do not have the item. I have since requested a refund in my emails. The company, ironically, sent me an email on 2/22/20 asking what I thought of my recent purchase. I have them a one star review and reiterated my attempts to contact them as well as intent to contact the Revdex.com. Still no response. As of today, I have heard nothing from this company in response to not receiving my item or a refund. I would also like to note that UPS, when given the tracking number, still says "When the shipment arrives at our facility the deliver date will be updated".

I no longer want the item. It was for my daughter as a Valentine's gift. The irresponsible behavior of this company has caused me to no longer have any desire to give it to her. I simply would appreciate a full refund and I will never do business with them again.

The customer placed an order on Feb 8, 2020, for our product of the Dozen Galaxy Roses. After investigation, it appears the order was lost in transit. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" we do not cancel orders at any time once they have been placed. If a problem presents itself with an ongoing order regarding processing and shipping, customers are provided the options between receiving a reshipment of the item or store credit. Dose of Roses did ship the item and I have received it. I am satisfied that this issue has been resolved.

Items were not delivered and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls.
On January 30th I placed an order (#***) that had guaranteed delivery by February 14th. I agreed to pay $72.46 using my Visa debit card for the items and shipping. Funds were deducted from my account on January 31st. On February 11th I checked my tracking number to find that the label was created on January 30th but the package was never shipped. At this time, I sent an email to their customer service to verify that the items would arrive by February 14th as promised. I was contacted back same day by *** and told that my items would be re-shipped. I responded back same day asking for verification I would still be receiving them by the promised day. I received no response. Having not received the items or a response by February 17th, I sent another email asking for an update and an explanation. I received no response. Having not received the items or a response by February 23rd, I once again sent another email asking for an update and an explanation. I received no response. Finally, having not received the items or a response by February 25th, I tried calling the phone number attached to the charge on my banking statement. I was immediately sent to voicemail. I called my bank to initiate a dispute on the charge and no longer wish to attempt any contact with this company.

At a bare minimum, I require a full refund in the amount of $72.46.

I got a confirmation email, saying my order shipped 11feb2020 and it still has not gotten here. Zero responses by email, missed Valentine's Day.
I am currently in Texas and am about to be deployed to ***, I wanted to get something nice for my wife and bought her a large red rose teddy bear for Valentine's Day on the 11th of February. It's now the 21st. The shipping method was Fast and Free shipping 1-3 business days. I'm am upset because I have had zero response from the email provided for customer service and would appreciate a follow up. It's hard to do sweet things while I'm gone from my family and missing Valentine's Day hurt. I'm not happy at all.

Order was placed one week before Valentines Day with a guaranteed delivery on or before Valentine's Day. Well it is a week after Valentines and still nothing. Left several emails with no response. There is no phone number to call. Will be filing with my bank as well for a fraudulent site.

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. The order in question was shipped on February 21, 2020 and delivered on February 28, 2020. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. We have responded to the customers inquiry and provided shipping information as well as options for resolution to the matter. Waiting upon customers response.

paid for overnight shipping delivery by 1030 on 2/15 didn't get it until Monday no one will call back or email me even
I ordered overnight guanteed delivery for $22, it was supposed to be delivered on 2/15 no later than 1030 in the morning. They did not even drop Off my package at ups until the evening of 2/15. I tried to contact them through Facebook and through the support email address several times with no response. It was guaranteed delivery by 1030 on 2/15 or money back. I will provide the emails I sent them as well as my original order receipt they emailed me.

I want a refund for my shipping. I paid more for shipping than I did for the product, which was broken and not anything as advertised. But I am most concerned with paying for overnight delivery and not getting it for four days

The customer possibly could have reached out through an email we do not have record of. We reached out to the customer on March 20, 2020 regarding the inquiry. We have informed the customer of our processing times and requirements. The order was determined as shipped as of February 14, 2020 but was not picked up by the carrier until the following day, February 15, 2020. The package was delivered on February 17, 2020. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. Due to our policy of no refunds, we have offered the customer store credit for the amount of the shipping cost as a resolution. Waiting for customers response.

I reached out to them countless times, the only time they offered me anything was *** off *** order or more. I would never spend another single dime with them. My delivery date said guaranteed by 10 AM on the 15th that is why I paid the money for the shipping why would I pay for over night shipping that wasn't going to show up for four days. Nowhere on the order form did it say overnight shipping guaranteed for the next morning would arrive four days later absolutely nowhere. Do they have records showing that they try to contact me? Because I believe I sent as attachments or as a screenshot my repeated attempts to get a hold of somebody. If they would like to contact me by telephone and actually talk to me my phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX as I stated above I have received nothing from them regarding my order they have however sent countless ads to me trying to sell me more things because they have me on the mailing list.

I just want to add this email to the file. I took a screen shot of the supposed store credit. I really would like my money back and I would like it put back on my card. It's just a matter of them getting over on me and I'm sure so many others after I googled the company. The first thing that comes up after dose of roses is the word scam

I still haven't received my order, and I have gotten no notifications about a shipment. And they will not respond to emails.
I placed my order on 2/7/2020, and paid nearly $20 extra to get rush shipping to get it before Valentine's Day. It was advertised on the site at the time that it would be in time for Valentine's Day. I have attempted numerous times to contact customer service, and no one will get back to me. I honestly at this point just want my money back. I have tried leaving negative reviews on their Facebook page, and they block everything. I've seen that many other people are having this same issue.

I paid the company $41 to make my wife's Valentine's Day special. The product never came, and now I'm reading that the product they advertise isn't what you actually get if it's ever delivered. I want a full refund.

This company is 100% a scam. My roses they sent are plastic. I am clicking "yes" so I can wash my hands of this, and just know never to buy from them again.

Purchased 2 Enchanted Galaxy Roses, but only received one. Attempted 4 times to contact customer service, but no response.
On 02/14/2020, I purchased 2 Enchanted Galaxy Roses with rush processing, order ***. On 02/18/2020, I only received 1 Enchanted Galaxy Rose. I immediately emailed the company since they don't provide a telephone number. I have also left my review on their site, as well as, used their contact form twice regarding my missing item. Also, responses back to their automated response to my submission with no response. I am being charged through Quad Pro for this and only received a partial order and cannot get someone to correct this issue.

I received the wrong item, I sent in an email to customer service 4 times and have had no respond in one week.
I received the wrong item, and immediately responded to customer service with images of the wrong item. I sent it multiple emails requesting the company to get back to me. I want the item that I ordered. The item I received is worth about half what I ordered. I didn't receive the display box that they advertise. Sent numerous emails and tried reaching out on IG. They delete all negative reviews just to keep in business and ignore their paying customers. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I feel like I've wasted $100.00 on nothing. Wouldn't be so bad if they would respond and try to rectify the situation. Can't even get a refund (NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT) b/c you have to send the product back in the package received but I didn't receive mines in a package.
