I never got my package of flowers and they were not ever shipped. They never replied to my emails, social media messages or answered my phone calls
I ordered flowers on Feb 9 2020, the company guarantees delivery before valentines day in their advertising. Today is Feb 18 2020 and they have not even shipped the package. They only sent a confirmation email to let me know that my order had been processed and my card had been charged, but they have not even shipped the package yet (1 week after) I needed the roses before valentines, there is no point on receiving the flowers when I don't need them no more. They were also very pricy ($171.26 USD, Order#***)
Their sales tactics are sketchy since they delete all negative comment reviews posted by authentic customers in their social media platforms. Their ads are also false since they cannot perform the service in a timely manner, they guarantee quick delivery and they keep launching ads with direct purchase links when they know before hand that they wont be able to fulfill the orders in time due to low inventory or short staff (at least that is what they are saying in their social media platforms) They offered a $15 Dlls discount to make the upset customers happy but I don't think 15 dollars will fix the issue, especially for people like me who invested more than $150 Dlls.
They do not answer to anybody, I 've been trying to contact them via email, social media messages and comments, phone calls etc, they wont reply or answer the phone. They also keep sending email advertising for other products that most likely they will fail to deliver. This company is a chaos and unprofessional
Simply a refund. I don't need this product anymore, the point was to receive the flowers by Valentines Day.
I paid for 2 day shipping& a week later,I still haven't gotten my confirmation number or tracking # as they said in an email I will be getting shortly

I would like them to finish the job and deliver my order and also refund my 2 day shipping cost and a percentage of the purchase amount back for the inconvenience and heart broke that was caused

On 7 Feb 2020 I ordered a 14 inch white rose bear from Dose of Roses for Valentines Day for my spouse. I paid for expedited 24 hours processing and 2 day air shipping through UPS ($121.51). I received an email with an order # (***) and a UPS tracking # (***). I reached out to UPS are prepared to ship my item, but they can't until they receive the product from Dose of Roses. I emailed Dose of Roses 3 times and still haven't not received a single response.
I'm requesting delivery of the product and reimbursement for the expedited processing and shipping fees.
I placed on on-line order on 02/03/20. The tracking info sent is not accurate. Customer Service has ignored my emails and calls!
I made an on-line purchase from Dose of Rose's on 02/03/20. I was sent an email confirming the order and was sent a UPS tracking number (***). I was also told that the order had shipped and could expect my order in 5-7 days. UPS does not have the tracking number in their system and so there is no expected delivery date. I have attempted to contact Customer Service at Dose of Roses by email and by phone at least seven times total, but have yet to receive a legitimate response. I am seeking a complete refund of my purchase, which was $32.96. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on Feb 8, 2020 on *** and still have not had any communication on its delivery.
On Feb 8, 2020 I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on***. I was sent an UPS Tracking number but have not received any update since that day. I have tried to contact Dose of Roses multiple times by email but no response. The UPS Tracking information still states it is waiting to receive shipment. I would like to receive the item or a refund of my $42.46. This was supposed to be a Valentine's Day present.
I would like either delivery of the item or a complete refund.

I got an email on 02/08/2020 saying that my order (ORDER ***) was on the way. It is now Valentine's Day and I don't have a gift for my loved one. I ordered from the galaxy enchanted rose and even paid for "RUSH PROCESSING" the amount that I was scammed out of was $37.96.
I no longer want to do business with this company and want a full refund for the galaxy rose and the "rush processing" because obviously their rush processing doesn't do anything.
Feel this company is running Fraudulently. Due to never delivering customers order and issuing store credit.
Placed order on the 7th of Feb to guarantee delivery by Vday. They marked my item as shipped within 4 hours of order which I was excited about since I paid for rush delivery. I expected maybe 5 business days. But after reviewing the tracking number it is day 7 and item has still not even shipped.
To have credit issued back to avoid any further business with this company.

Customer service is nonexistent and their business practices read like a scam. Product is slow to ship & cancellations are difficult to process.
I placed my order on 2/7 and my account was immediately debited. I received an email a couple of days later stating my order was processing and have received no updates since. After reading all the bad reviews online, I decided to cancel my order. The only problem with that is the company is does not have customer service representatives to assist my phone, and only sends vague emails stating they are looking into the issue. This seems like a scam to dupe customers by promoting nice products, taking their money, and never delivering what was ordered. Given that they are promoted so heavily on verified social media sites, this seemed like a legitimate company. However, after this experience I can see this is nothing more than a scam to dupe customers into purchasing products they have no intention of delivering. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. At this point all I want is my money back and to forget this ever happened.

I ordered a product from their site on 2/2/2020 to be delivered 2/11/2020. I have received the product or email confirmation on shipment.

Below you will find a copy of the confirmation email I received on February 3rd after placing my order. It was guaranteed by Valentine's day. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times since trying to atleast receive a tracking number. I have heard nothing from the company at all. I viewed the company website on February 11th and the website stated that if an order was placed then you could still receive it by Valentine's day even at that point. Reached out to customer service on the 11th in reference to that claim believing that my order being placed on the 3rd should uave no problem then delivering in time for Valentine's. I still have not had any contact at all and feel as though I'm being scammed.

I would still like to receive the products I ordered. I would like the free quickest offered shipping since I was guaranteed delivery by Valentine's day and it never made it. I would also like a half off next order offer, or at least something to that effect for the horrible experience and disastrous Valentine's day caused.
The company has sent the shipment in full. It is in acceptable condition but will not be buying from this company again. Still have not received any correspondence from their customer support in regards to anything. Thanks so much for helping with this matter.

I ordered 2 of the 24-caret roses. One red and one blue. I also paid for 24 hour processing. My order was not processed in 24 hours and I also paid for UPS air shipping and this was also not fulfilled. On 2/15 I received a tracking number for the blue rose. I received a delivery date of 2/18. As of today, the shipment has been voided by the company and tracking number is no longer working. I now have a tracking number for the red rose. All that has been done is a label was printed. Nothing has been shipped yet. How the red rose is being processed, is exactly how the blue rose was processed until it was cancelled. I want the items and they were supposed to represent my 2 children. If not I want a refund. I have not been able to get a response through their only form of contact - email. they have no phone number for contact.

Those of roses has not shipped my order that I placed two weeks ago. There are hundreds if not thousands of people in the same exact situation I am in. They do not respond to email and they do not have a phone to talk to people. They will not compensate for their issues or unethical practices. They are deleting Hundreds of comments each week on their Instagram and Facebook pages that Feature models and celebrities and events, which are obviously new, yet they are not for filling their orders in mass. They do not communicate with their customers, they only try to give themselves the best PR possible by continuing to post advertising and celebrities with their products, all while deleting any negative comments of people demanding where their order is or why they are not refunding their money. It is one thing to simply be unprepared for A lot of new orders, especially if you are doing Internet advertising and something can go viral, it's even understandable. But, it is unethical to not give an update to individuals, nor give an update via social media that you are behind on all orders and they will not be shipped on time, all while holding on to the money That customers have paid because you are unethical and greedy. Yes, I said greedy. A genuine ethical business would either refund customers their money, or ship their orders with overnight shipping and take a loss on it. You can tell that dose of roses is a newer company owned by a young couple *** and his wife ***. His Instagram is that of a typical millennial quoting ways to get rich and succeed, while grinding each day. Why do I bring this up? Because this owner owned a previous company, that which I will not name, that ALSO had hundreds of complaints until the company closed and he opened up a dose of roses. His company is a perfect representation of the L a lifestyle, shiny and sexy on the outside, cancerous and rotten and lacking in morals on the inside. This is what happens when you do not fulfill hundreds or thousands of Customer orders and then slap them in the face by not responding to them and also deleting all comments to make yourself look like a good company

Terrible Experience I ordered Feb 2 With the promise to get the Order before or on Valentines day, never got an item has been shipped email, I put in a ticket the day after Valentines day with no reply until I put in another Ticket, still no reply but after I put int he ticket the Second time the next day the Items are shipped It is Feb 18 4 days after I needed to have the Flowers, ruined a whole day for me and my girlfriend. Still No Discount or Reimbursement for my order being incredibly late!!!
