I placed an order and never received it. I sent them 4 emails with no reply. I got tracking info but they never sent out the package, its been 4 weeks
I placed an order on 1-28-20. I received confirmation and tracking info on 2-1-20. Ups nor USPS ever got the package so there is nothing to track. On 2-7-20 I sent my 1st email asking when it will be mailed, got no response. On 2-11-20 sent another email, no response, and again on 2-14-20,no response and yet again on the 16th. I guess I'm out $80!

White Love Heart Rose Bear with rushed processing paid for next day air shipping paid for and item doesn't even have a tracking number there is no phone number to call and they have to "process" anything that has to do with asking about an order they haven't delivered or even showed faith to deliver I want my money back.

Ordered a Valentine gift on 1/29/20 and expected delivery between 2/11-2/14. I still haven't received the item. emailed them, no response.
I placed an order through *** on 1/29/20 for $99.68. Ordered confirmed and expected delivery to be between 2/1-2/14 for Valentine's Day. It's 2/18/20 and still haven't received the order. I tried contacting the company for a either an update on the order or a full refund. no response on their end besides a bunch of ads. Please review other complaints having the same issue with this company.

I placed an order on February 8, 2020. I received a notification that it was being shipped. Never shipped and never got a response from Dose of Roses.
After contacting them via Facebook and email I didn't get a response. I looked in the comments section and saw similar complaints from other buyers. I gave them adequate time to respond and for shipping.

I made an order on February 2nd and it was so suppose to be delivered before or on February 11th. Still haven't received the items or any reply.
I made a purchased on Feb 2nd for roses and galaxy rose and on the site it said it was suppose to be delivered on Feb 11th. Its Feb 18th and I haven't received any status or response to my emails that was sent. My order #*** the payment was made on a visa debit card under *** for New York, NY.
The full purchase amount was $229.21. They erase their social medica questions and dont reply to their social media inbox nor do they have a phone number to contact anyone.

Order of flowers from this site for a Valentine's Day gift. Received email updates on the package and never actually received it.
I ordered a half dozen Galaxy Roses for my wife for a Valentine's Day surprise on Feb. 7, 2020. I got an email on Feb. 13, 2020, stating my order is out for delivery. Order number ***. On the same day, I got an email stating they were delivered at 11:28 a.m. The package was never received and I followed up with two emails to the company for support and never received any correspondence in return. I used a credit card to purchase this gift that charged me $46.96.

I bought the galaxy rose for my wife, it showed up quickly which was awesome. Unboxed and there was hot glue everywhere all over the glass and base. I had also noticed I was charged the full amount after entering the 40% off promo code for registering for text and emails. I contacted support multiple times and received nothing back. They texted me to "personally thank me" and didn't reply to my messages there as well.. probably automated. The rose and lights were super pretty..but messy but 0 customer service

Saw their FaceBook ad for lighted glass rose and thought it looked cool and my wife would like it for valentines day. Ordered one on the 8th with standard 5 day shipping. On the 14th I was making a emergency trip to local drug store to buy some candy and other junk to give instead because nothing was shipped yet. Every day I would look on UPS with the tracking number and it would always say waiting to be dropped off to UPS. I live in the same state so shouldn't take that long. Then came the attempts for me to contact them from their website with no reply. On the 14th with still no shipment I decided I was being ripped off and called my bank to have the credit card I used terminated and dispute the charge. I then walked into my bank to have a new card printed. On the 18th I decided to read people's posts on the FaceBook page of the company. People had the same problem as I did. I noticed they were deleting comments. I made several truthful comments and they were deleted the next day as well as my account being banned so I couldn't comment anymore or even read comments. I then took to twitter to comment about them there. I finally got a refund on the 19th due to my bank intervening. These people are scam artists. Well educated and connected in the Hollywood scene. I can't post it here but a quick search you can find the owner's LinkedIn profile.

My boyfriend order for me and never delivered. Never answered emails! Still no communication and when we might even receive the roses!! Outrageous

As everyone else has been saying. Never received a product, and no communication. Why haven't they been shut down yet?

And you Can't cancel order Or get a refund And only get a store credit
They shouldn't be allowed on facebook or IG

They lie to get your business. I ordered something for my husbands birthday which happens to be on Valentines day I ordered the product on 2/7 giving enough time for delivery. It is now 2/19 and its being shipped out. I emailed them 3 times still no response that I do not want what I ordered because my husband's birthday was on 2/14 and the gift was a present. You don't give someone their birthday gift on another day especially a spouse. I want my money back! This company get NO STARS PERIOD!

I'd give zero stars. Broken product. No email response from so called customer service. Reached out via Facebook Messenger. They have now blocked my ability to comment on posts and future messages. Garbage company. Garbage products. Buyer beware

Scam!!!! Do not purchase from this company!! Placed order on Feb 4th for Valentines Day and today being the 18th and order still has not arrived.
