Haven't received ordered products
Order date was 2/6/2020 price was 78.02 for a rose bear and a galaxy rose I sent numerous emails about my order and got no returned messages

I made an order on February 2nd and it was so suppose to be delivered before or on February 11th. Still haven't received the items or any reply.
I made a purchased on Feb 2nd for roses and galaxy rose and on the site it said it was suppose to be delivered on Feb 11th. Its Feb 18th and I haven't received any status or response to my emails that was sent. My order #*** the payment was made on a visa debit card under *** for New York, NY.
The full purchase amount was $229.21. They erase their social medica questions and dont reply to their social media inbox nor do they have a phone number to contact anyone.

I placed an order on February 8, 2020. I received a notification that it was being shipped. Never shipped and never got a response from Dose of Roses.
After contacting them via Facebook and email I didn't get a response. I looked in the comments section and saw similar complaints from other buyers. I gave them adequate time to respond and for shipping.

Ordered a Valentine gift on 1/29/20 and expected delivery between 2/11-2/14. I still haven't received the item. emailed them, no response.
I placed an order through *** on 1/29/20 for $99.68. Ordered confirmed and expected delivery to be between 2/1-2/14 for Valentine's Day. It's 2/18/20 and still haven't received the order. I tried contacting the company for a either an update on the order or a full refund. no response on their end besides a bunch of ads. Please review other complaints having the same issue with this company.

White Love Heart Rose Bear with rushed processing paid for next day air shipping paid for and item doesn't even have a tracking number there is no phone number to call and they have to "process" anything that has to do with asking about an order they haven't delivered or even showed faith to deliver I want my money back.

I placed an order and never received it. I sent them 4 emails with no reply. I got tracking info but they never sent out the package, its been 4 weeks
I placed an order on 1-28-20. I received confirmation and tracking info on 2-1-20. Ups nor USPS ever got the package so there is nothing to track. On 2-7-20 I sent my 1st email asking when it will be mailed, got no response. On 2-11-20 sent another email, no response, and again on 2-14-20,no response and yet again on the 16th. I guess I'm out $80!

I ordered an item on 1/31/20 off their website with a guaranteed delivery of February 11, 2020. It was going to be a Valentines gift. I was provided a tracking number and when the item did not arrive by February 11, I checked the UPS tracking number and said it was "at UPS facility, ready for shipment" and that the shipment label was created on 2/3/2020. To me it was as if it was at the UPS Facility. By now it was already past 2/11 and so I reached out to customer support on 2/12 to see what was going on. They didn't get back to me with a response after I had emailed them again asking for an update until the day before Valentines Day, saying the item was "lost in transit" and all they could do was issue me store credit. At this point I had already emailed them three times on two separate days and they took their sweet time to answer. I demanded a full refund since the item was not going to be there by Valentines Day which was the entire point of the item. They still haven't responded and this issue is unresolved. I just want my money back.

After not receiving the order. I have emailed twice customer service with no response. No phone number is available. Customer reviews show multiple similar problems with this company. It seems to be a scam.

They are not answering me on an order I placed and have not revived. Funds have already been taken from my account.
I placed an order with these guys on Feb 9th and was told 1-3 delivery.. I received an email on Feb13 @ 6:30pm stating there would be a delay on my order. I have emailed them 4 times and no return email!!!

Placed Order 2/8/2020 and received notice that shipping tag created on 2/12. Item still has not shipped. reached out using support 3 times no response. Trying to find out how to get money back....

I ordered from doses of Rose's. I only received confirmation email and one time txt concerning my order but I never heard back since.Dont answer email

Total scam paid them and have received nothing from them 4 weeks later, won't return any emails

I just never got my order and can't get a hold of anybody that works there.
I ordered a rose bear on January 13 hopefully to get it by valentine's day. They gave me a tracking number for ups *** and says a shipping label was created Feb 3. My order number is ***. I paid with my chase debit card. I can't get in touch with anyone there. No phone number to the company and they won't respond to emails either. Lots of people are having the same problem with this company.

They lie to get your business. I ordered something for my husbands birthday which happens to be on Valentines day I ordered the product on 2/7 giving enough time for delivery. It is now 2/19 and its being shipped out. I emailed them 3 times still no response that I do not want what I ordered because my husband's birthday was on 2/14 and the gift was a present. You don't give someone their birthday gift on another day especially a spouse. I want my money back! This company get NO STARS PERIOD!

I had ordered an item call "galaxy rose" on January 24, 2020, order number ***, it was promised to have been delivered before Valentine's Day and here it is February 19th, still have not received item yet and no response from customer service after several attempts. They provided a tracking number but says it still hasn't shipped yet.

Same as most everyone else on here, I ordered two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped it yet. No phone number to call, and no response from the multiple emails I have sent.

Eight days latter they still have Not been shipped. And there support page doesn't answer!!
And you Can't cancel order Or get a refund And only get a store credit
They shouldn't be allowed on facebook or IG

As everyone else has been saying. Never received a product, and no communication. Why haven't they been shut down yet?

My boyfriend order for me and never delivered. Never answered emails! Still no communication and when we might even receive the roses!! Outrageous
