I did not receive my product after paying
I purchased a valentines gift on February 10, 2020. I have not received the gift that a purchased and paid for. The amount was $240.18. I also paid for a three day delivery for $30. I have yet to receive this product. My account number is ***.

Saw their FaceBook ad for lighted glass rose and thought it looked cool and my wife would like it for valentines day. Ordered one on the 8th with standard 5 day shipping. On the 14th I was making a emergency trip to local drug store to buy some candy and other junk to give instead because nothing was shipped yet. Every day I would look on UPS with the tracking number and it would always say waiting to be dropped off to UPS. I live in the same state so shouldn't take that long. Then came the attempts for me to contact them from their website with no reply. On the 14th with still no shipment I decided I was being ripped off and called my bank to have the credit card I used terminated and dispute the charge. I then walked into my bank to have a new card printed. On the 18th I decided to read people's posts on the FaceBook page of the company. People had the same problem as I did. I noticed they were deleting comments. I made several truthful comments and they were deleted the next day as well as my account being banned so I couldn't comment anymore or even read comments. I then took to twitter to comment about them there. I finally got a refund on the 19th due to my bank intervening. These people are scam artists. Well educated and connected in the Hollywood scene. I can't post it here but a quick search you can find the owner's LinkedIn profile.

In February 2019 I placed an order for two bears they sell. Only received one.
In February of 2019 I ordered two bears and was charged for both. After months and months of complaints they finally sent one like 7 months later. Never received the other one or a refund. I would still send them emails as far as what happened to the other and never got a response or my money or bear.

I bought the galaxy rose for my wife, it showed up quickly which was awesome. Unboxed and there was hot glue everywhere all over the glass and base. I had also noticed I was charged the full amount after entering the 40% off promo code for registering for text and emails. I contacted support multiple times and received nothing back. They texted me to "personally thank me" and didn't reply to my messages there as well.. probably automated. The rose and lights were super pretty..but messy but 0 customer service

I still haven't received what I purchased and the company refused to respond to my complaints.
I ordered a Valentine's gift for my girlfriend ***, on 02/07/20 from Dose of Roses' website. I ordered the galaxy enchanted rose and the dose of chocolates. The whole order came to $85.91 and I have nothing to show for it thus far. The company provided me no means of tracking the package and an order number that doesn't seem to do anything as no one has responded to me about the situation via their support email nor Facebook page. I got an email on 02/12/20 that the package would be delayed because of an overload of orders for Valentine's. But again, they provided no projected delivery day, no means to track the package, and (when I inquired more about the issue) didn't respond. I feared the worst and checked Facebook to see that a lot of people have had shady dealings with the company.

Of course I'd like the package I ordered, but at this point, I doubt the company's ability to provide a quality good. I would prefer a refund and to also have them investigated.

Cancelled my order due to processing delays. Acknowledge receiving my request but its being ignore . Want my money back.

Contacted credit card company to pursue my refund. 19th of feb the company says its shipping my cancelled order. I have sent 4 emails cancelling this order and 1 voice message. They have issued a refund in full to my bank account. It wasnt until I messaged them about filing a complaint with you that they responded to my message. About 30 minutes later I received a response to my Feb 11th cancellation message stating I would receive a full refund. Thank you for services.

I purchased an item from this company and still haven't heard anything from them
I placed an order of 54.56 on Feb 8th 2020, order number ***. Once I purchased it, it said it would take 5 to 7 business days and my label was created. A week in a day later the company has yet to respond to my emails asking where my product was. Yesterday Feb 17 th I went to their Instagram Doseofroses, and they are deleting all comments of people asking for their orders as well, that was a red flag for me.I don't think this company should be allowed to do business because they are stealing hard working people money. I just want my money back for what I paid for.

I ordered, and paid for, a galaxy rose that was guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day and here it is the 18th and the shipment has not left! horrible!
This company will take your money and never give you any merchandise in return. they list no phone number and refuse to return an email. how shady do you have to be to advertise on facebook and everywhere else and charge customer for items you never intend on shipping. they are scam artists and thieves!!!!!!

Placed a $95 dollar order and have received nothing. Multiple emails to their customer service email have been sent with no reply.
Ordered 6 galaxy roses on feb 5. Received a shipping message and tracking number on feb 7th that had no package associated with that number. Have sent multiple emails every day and receive an automated response saying someone will get back to me. Nothing ever happens and no one returns my emails. They promote their business on Facebook. Ordered items on Monday or Tuesday, while their website showed them to be in stock. Paid for same day delivery in LA. Nothing has arrived (2/14).
I placed my order early in the week and selected same day delivery in Los Angeles. Both items were shown on their website to be in stock. My credit card was charged approximately $184, including the delivery charges.

I never received email confirmation with the order number. Only yesterday did I get a "sorry your order is taking longer" email, with no documentation of when I would get the Valentine's Day gifts I ordered for my wife and daughter.

There is no way to contact Dose of Roses via phone, and although they have an address listed in Beverly Hills, it appears to be a office space only I have had no personal contact from them.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of contact and timely response.

I would like to see IMMEDIATE delivery, as per their website - they gifts are days late at this point - if they can't provide the product and delivery it during the promised delivery window, then I expect a FULL refund. The "15% off on your next order" offer they provided as an apology was insulting - why would I order from them again if they can't get this right, now?

I purchased a Galaxy Rose with the Enchanted case on February 8th of this year with a estimated delivery date on Valentine's Day, since making the purchase and receiving my tracking number, UPS has yet to even receive the package and apparently it is still labeled and sitting at their location. I have sent several emails, look for a phone number, and have heard no word back whatsoever. I would like not to have to finish paying with "Quadpay" for the total of 88.02 and a refund of the 29.34 that I have already payed.

This company has failed both to provide a product in a paid for guaranteed delivery window, and has also provided zero customer support when requested
This complaint actually involves both product/delivery and customer service issues. I placed an order with Dose of Roses on 1/28/20 with guaranteed Valentines Day delivery. On 2/3/20 I received an email that my package was ready for shipment. The package shipping status then did not change from 2/3/20 to 2/11/20 when I submitted a customer support request to this company. The support form advises they'll respond in 24 hours. I did not hear from them on 2/12 or 2/13, so I sent follow-up emails, and still have not received any response.

The shipping status (UPS tracking# ***) for my item did update on 2/12, and instead of showing "Ready for Shipment" it now shows "In Transit" with estimated delivery of 2/18.

This item was a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. I am absolutely irate that I not only paid for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery, but also placed this order almost a month ago. On top of that this item was clearly ready for shipment on 2/3!!! To add to this shipment not being delivered as promised I've received absolutely zero support from this company when requested.

I am not sure what can be done, but I certainly hope steps can be take to ensure that this company can not screw over consumers ever again. Additionally, I feel that I am at least entitled to a refund from this company for my shipping costs, if not a refund for the product all together.

Product never recieved. UPS said this company needs to file a claim. The company will not respond to me at all! They took my money!
They took my order. They took my money. The product never arrived. I've emailed them and emailed them. They will not respond. You call the number and it asks you to leave a voice mail with your email. They dont even have the decency to respond. So my money is gone and I have nothing to show for it. UPS said they will only look into it if the company contacts them and the company wont even contact myself or UPS. I believe this company is a scam. They should be held accountable. They deleted all of my comments of complaints on their Facebook page but they wont respond to any of my inquiries. Funny that a company has time to delete comments and make advertisements but refuse to respond to people that have already paid them money for a product they wont ever receive.

I want them to follow through and actually produce a product that has been paid for. They need to respond to customers and not just take their money and go radio silent. All of their reviews have been deleted that reflect their irresponsible behavior as a company. I want my product and if they aren't willing to do that I want my money back.
