I feel secure when I buy here at dose of roses because I am always guaranteed that my orders will come on time and they do, all the time. I think that's admirable and cool.

Nothing like your rose bear to brighten up my day. Thank you so much, dose of roses. I have my rose bear with me already and it is beautiful.

The instructions are very straightforward here and the services are so convenient. I never worry about my orders coming in on time. Love, love how reliable DOR is.

I love how dose of roses improved since last year. I don't get any delays anymore and the arrangement to my bouquets to better too. Keep it up, you guys, love the Obsidian roses that I got.

Will definitely rate this with 5 stars, I am satisfied with my care. My midnight blue bloom bx was everything I asked for and the services were very friendly and convenient.

I ordered a galaxy rose bouquet from them and a few days after I placed my order they said my order was cancelled.
I placed an order for a galaxy rose bouquet with 35 roses for Mother's Day on April 24 2020. My order number is ***. On April 29 2020 I received a message stating my order had been cancelled so I emailed them back asking when I would receive a refund. I used my credit one bank credit card to make the purchase of 391.10 and the purchase posted on the credit card on April 26 2020. Today April 30 2020 dose of roses replied to my email stating my order was cancelled because it ran out of stock and I have a store credit now for what my order was. All I want is to receive my refund since the product is out of stock and they cancelled my order and I did not cancel it.

Desired Outcome

The only thing I am asking for is a refund of 391.10 to go back on my credit card. I will not right any negative reviews or comments about or towards the company. All I want is for them to refund my credit card since they canceled my order.

The order in question was placed on April 23, 2020 for our Galaxy Rose Arrangement. After investigating the order, the item the customer selected had unfortunately run out of stock, resulting the order to be canceled. We provided the customer with store credit for their cost. The customer was not satisfied with the credit, and requested a refund. A refund was processed on May 4, 2020.

I have not received the refund on my credit card. However the dose of roses company has responded to me about the issue and have given me a refund transaction number to give to my bank if I still have not received the refund. I am going to contact my bank and give them the number to see if the company has issued me the refund.

The order in question was placed on April 23, 2020 for our Galaxy Rose Arrangement. A refund for the purchase was processed on May 4, 2020. The transaction was automatically success and approved in our systems. If the customer has any concerns regarding the funds they must reach out to their bank for details.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER AND NO REFUND.
Ordered on 05/05/2019, finally got a "out for delivery" email on 05/26/2019. Got a tracking number clicked on it, it says it doesnt exist, contacted customer service, *** emailed me back saying to contact USPS. Contacted USPS and gave them the tracking number they said that tracking number hasnt even got created. Emailed *** again and told her what they said, so finally on 06/01/2019 she said I should be getting a STORE CREDIT REFUND confirmation email, almost a year later STILL HAS NO EMAIL. My order was only $49 or whatever, but I just dont understand how you guys are taking peoples money, but still in business?? I dont even care if I get a refund back, but there are people ordering $300 worth of your Bs*** and yall are taking their money! You guys need to get shut down! Even if this is not a scam and you guys "dont mean to rob people) I ordered something for my Fiances graduation day because I couldnt be there cause im far away, the fact that she didnt get anything on her very special day, makes me very angry. Then youre gonna feed me with your Bs*** Store credit refund to make me feel better. IF YOU CANT HANDLE ORDERS THEN STOP ACCEPTING THEM!

Desired Outcome

I WANT Revdex.com TO FIGURE OUT IF THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. THEY EITHER NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN AND GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK.

The order in question was placed on May 4, 2019 for our Small Red Rose Bear. After investigating the order, the carrier confirmed it as delivered to the recipient. We have reached out to the customer on June 1, 2020 regarding the issue. We informed them the order was confirmed as delivered and the beginning steps to take when a package has not been received. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the order to its original form of payment any longer due to the date of the order. We offered the customer to have the order reshipped or have their cost issued into store credit. Waiting for customers response.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept the resolution from Dose of Roses which was to either reshipped or store credit. For what? So this case will get closed? Reshipped or reordered an item from your company that I will probably not receive again?? NO THANK YOU. Dose of Roses is a scam!! I did comply with your policy, its your own people that didnt comply with it. Please do explain how that was my fault so stop making excuses, Or maybe you guys werent really planning on giving my money back like you said a year ago. FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the pink elegance, indeed it lives up to the name. The roses are perfect and the arrangement is just so beautiful. I am in love with it.

I ordered a rose bear for Valentine's Day 2020. March came and went. I sent e-mails inquiring about my order. The only reply(s) I received we're auto responses. I never received any real feedback from the company. Luckily my bank refunded the money.

Absolutely terrible customer service, will try to steal tour money & give you subpar product while they do it. Ordered a week prior to Valentine's Day only to be notified the day before the holiday that they would be late & received a $15 gift card for next purchase.

Took them a month to send a $200 order, emailed them 2-3 weeks during the wait to cancel + refund or at the very least a partial refund plus product & was ignored. Then received an email that the order had shipped & they offered a 20% discount on our next order. When the flowers came in, they smelled like cheap perfume & were completely smashed on one side. You could see the color from the petals all over the side of the box because of how poorly packed it was. Ended up going to the bank & getting thr money back by filing a formal complaint, the teller couldn't believe how much we'd spent & how hard they tried to not give us our money back. Will never purchase from them again nor recommend.

I ordered a delivery on Feb 7 2020, the shipping label was created on Feb 8th. The item has still not left warehouse as of April 17 2020
On February 7th of 2020, I placed an order for a "Galaxy Rose" with a customized message and rush processing as a Valentine's Day gift for a friend. The total cost of this came out to *** which I paid with my debit card. According to their website, my order number is Order XXXXXX. On February 8th, I received an email stating my order was processing, followed later that day by an email stating that the order was "on the way" with the UPS tracking number "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX". On February 13th, I received an email stating that there would be a delay. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for an update or a refund, and have received only automated responses.

Desired Outcome

I would like a partial refund (the cost of the customized message since it is far past Valentine's Day and the cost of rush processing) and the delivery of the product I paid for.

The order in question was placed on February 1, 2020 for our 24K Golden Dipped Rose. After investigating the order, the package was confirmed as shipped but unfortunately was lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer on April 22, 2020 informing them of the issue and providing options of resolution. Waiting for the customers response.

Ordered in January and noted that there would be GUARANTEED Valentine's Day delivery. V-Day comes, no package. Only then does the company reach out to say they're behind schedule and won't be able to uphold that GUARANTEE.

As an olive branch, do they offer people refunds or the opportunity to cancel their orders? No.

Do they, at least, offer significant discounts on the orders that have already been placed (the LEAST you'd think they could do, considering many people probably ordered precisely BECAUSE of the guaranteed V-Day delivery)? No.

What do they do? They give everyone a $15 discount on their next purchase.

Wow. A whole $15. So generous, considering many of their items are $300+.

On top of ALL of that, over the next weeks they DO NOT EVEN RESPOND to multiple emails sent simply looking for updates on the orders.

Finally, on March 4th, 3 weeks after their "guaranteed" delivery date, a package arrives. Thank God, right?

Nope. Open the box and find that the product has barely been secured (by just a single piece of loose-fitting foam) and has clearly traveled most of its distance sideways, upside down, and every other way but straight up.

The inside of the cardboard box is no longer brown but a deep red, stained by the dyes used on the flowers that have obviously been bouncing around in it.

The damage to the roses is severe: Fully half of the arrangement is now completely flattened, undoubtedly because it's been resting upside down for days.

Maybe I can get a refund? NOPE. No refunds, and returns only get store credit. Also, no original shipping, or return shipping, costs are included.

Not that any of that matters, though: Items are only eligible for return within 30 days of the order date. Of course, it took more than 30 days to even RECEIVE the item in the first place, so even though the package arrived today, it is already not eligible for return.

Now, I'm stuck with a $200 box of roses (that do NOT, btw, have a strong, beautiful, natural scent, as advertised) that can't even be displayed because they're so smashed up.

Overall, the worst experience I have ever had ordering a product online. Excessively-high prices, untrustworthy "guarantee"s, awful (basically non-existent) customer service, poor quality control, and a joke of a refund/return policy.

I highly recommend you do not patronize Dose of Roses.

My boyfriend ordered me the Galaxy Rose for valentines Day weeks before and I still haven't received it. I dm'd them on their Instagram and they said it got lost in transit but the tracking number only says the label was made. They do not do refunds but only store credit or you have to reorder it. We don't want to buy from them ever again so we asked them to resend it. They said they would but it's been 10 days and we haven't even received an email yet. I am so upset it's been almost 2 months!!! What are we supposed to do about our money? Something needs to be done about their scam of a business!!

0 stars I never received my order. I placed an order on Feb 9th, 2020 and immediately received an order confirmation. On 2/22/20 I received an email that orders were delayed because of Valentines day which I completely understand however on 3/26/20 I got an email that I have a gift card of $204.11 after logging onto my account on dose of roses website I noticed they cancelled my order which I did not request ( I am assuming the "gift card" was a credit for my cancelled order) I tried contacting customer support to request more info in regards to why my order was canceled and request a refund back to the card I used to pay for when placing my order on Feb 9th. Today is 4/1/20 and I have still not heard back from customer support in regards to why my order was cancelled and to confirm a refund. After reading other customers reviews it looks like I got scammed. Stay away from dose of roses!

I ordered roses on *** on 2/10/20 never received my order!

*** for the roses with a *** shipping fee total of *** paid.
Ordered 2/10/20 for ***
Sent emails to *** with no response.
Order number. XXXXXX

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of *** I don't want the roses anymore I want my money back!
