The Ars installers that worked at my house were very professional and did an
excellent jobI highly recommend their services

Roger from ARS serviced my HVAC today (winter tune-up, drain cleaner, surge suppressor installation.) Roger called before he came and showed up when promisedHe was professionally attired and wore shoe coversHe explained everything he was doing and performed the requested work in a reasonable amount of timeI would be happy to have Roger service my HVAC again

I had a service contract with ARS and I allowed it to expire this summer with no renewal because they did not deliver on the services promised Oddly enough, I had my "checkup" on my AC in May and all was pronounced as "okay" In fact, I was told I would have no problems this summer Last week, August 31, my house was hot, the AC was running but not cooling I called ARS because they sold me my AC years ago The service technician said I needed a bunch of repairs totaling around $1, While I authorized the work, I called the office to find our why I was having to have that much work done on a system declared "okay for the season" I was put in touch with a person who told me there was no way to know when these electrical parts would go out, ....etc After conversation, they agreed to reduce the repair cost to $ Well, here it is days later and I am in the exact same boat as I was when the issue first occurred My AC is running, but not cooling I felt like I got ri

We were told that we had a outside leak by water com.So we called ARS and they had Randy Smith out to our house in less than one hours.He discoverd that it was in our neighbors yard.He was very knowlegeable and professional*** *** ***

We used ARS to install/replace a stainless utility sink because we purchased the replacement sink from *** and they have a contract with ARS (paid *** directly for replacement labor) Very pleased with end product and the plumber provided (Jimmy W.) Was able to provide input as well as the time to dash over to *** *** to replace basket/strainer and faucet In this case, all of my worrying was wasted! An excellent experience

on 1/6/I all ARS RESCUE ROOTER BECAUSE OF A GAS FURNACE PROBLEM ONE OF THE LAST BURNER KEPT TURNING OFF WHEN THE SERVICE TEC GOT THE I EXPLAIN THAT I JUST GOT THE NEW ROOF INSTALL AND THOUGHT THEY MAY OF PUT A WRONG CAP ON THE EXHAUST .THE TEC TOOK A LOOK AND SAID PROBLEM WAS THE GAS VALE .AND WOULD CHARGE$AND WILL TAKE THREE WEEKS TO FIX I REFUSE THE REPAIR AND PAID $DOLLARS I DECIDED TO ORDER AND REPLACE VALUE MY SELFONCE I REPLACE THE GAS VALUE THE FURNACE CONTINUE TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMWHEN IT TURN ON FEW MIN IN THE BURNER WILL START TO TURN OFFI REMEMBER THAT I HAD ASK ABOUT FURNACE CAPI THEN WENT ON THE ROOF AND THE MUSHROOM CAP WAS INSTALL INCORRECT THEN CAP WAS FITTED ALL THE WAY DOWN WHICH DID'NT ALLOW EXHAUST TO GO OUT AND CAUSE THE BURNER TO GO OUTI REMOVE CAP AND FIX THE PROBLEMALONG THE PROBLEM WAS WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS I DON'T FEEL THE TEC DIDN'T DO A DIAGNOSTIC JUST CAME TO LOOK AND GIVE HIS OPINION AND CHARGEI CALLED THE ***

I had an error code on our *** thermostat, and I was fortunate enough to have selected ARS Houston to run a diagnostic test Rodin CWas assigned to help us, and I have to say that he was such a pleasure to work with Almost immediately, he had an idea of the problem, and he patiently explained the problem to me in language that I could understand His level of knowledge was matched by his attention to detail and quality of work He was stellar by all standards, and I hope that ARS will let me request him in the future Amazing job, Rodin! ARS, you are lucky to have him!

My appointment with Edwin *** on 12/8/was very good, he explained everything very thoroughly and was very attentive to my questionsHe seemed very honest and not pressuring or in a hurryI highly recommend ARS and the job they did

The technician, Josh *** was excellent He arrived during the time stated and fixed the problem very quickly Friendly and knowledgeableGreat customer service

ARS used to be a great companyNo longer My experience has been horribleI tried (mostly unsuccessfully) for a week to get my tankless water heater serviced by ARS, under an annual service plan with ARSFirst appointmentNoon to 4pm window They call me at about 5pm and say the service technician cannot make it that day because of a "family emergency."
Second appointmentNoon to 4pm window They call me about 4pm and say "it will be closer to 5pm" At 5;30, they call "you are next" - at 8pmI give up and cancel the appointmentAfter appoint number is a total fiasco, I get a call from someone at ARS who claims to be highly concerned "We want to make this right" "So sorry" and the likeWe agree to schedule the appointment for a bit earlier in the dayPromises to bring the problem to attention of managementThird appointment
11:00-3:00pm windowAround I get a call - it will be about 1pm Around 2:I call them - where is your guy? "running late." I quite reasonably asked - why did you tell me it would be 1pm if that was clearly not happening No answer About 2:I got a call from the technician - I'm on my way Its now 4:00pm and still no service techI call ARS Now the story is "Sorry, we had to change service techs because the original guy had a family emergency" So, we sent a different guyHe's just around the corner, he will be right there" I asked where EXACTLY? Dispatcher puts me on hold and calls the tech - turns out he's miles away (Two claims of "family emergency" in the course of a single attempt to get a service call does make me wonder whether that is nothing more than a convenient excuse Might be true, of course, but twice during this one attempt to get a service call seems unlikelyARS did eventually show up - hours later than representedThe service technician was polite and professional, and reported he had been assigned the call at the last minuteHe disappeared into the attic, came back down and told me it would cost $150, instead of the standard fee of $ I told him I thought it was covered under the ARS home service plan He offered to call his supervisorIt took a half hour for him to get his supervisor to call back Ultimately ARS did do the service at no charge, given the home service planBut for an appointment scheduled for 11-3, the technician did not show up until about 5:30, and did not leave my house until about 6:ARS has responded to the many negative *** and *** reviews, with a suggestion that you call corporate customer relations"If you prefer, you may call Corporate Customer Relations at 866-803-0879." If you call that number, you get an ARS automated greeting, it rings through again, then hangs up on youI tried it twiceHappened both time Just what I expected to happen, actually I sent a direct *** message to ARS in response their comment on my *** reviewIn that message I left my contact information - no responseI posted a message to ARS via the Corporate websiteNo responsePosted a complain to the ARS *** pageNo responseMy view - All talk, no actionI used to sing the praises of ARSThey were on time, kept their appointments, and never overchargedI no longer have any trust in ARS My opinion - steer clear of ARS at all costs

My experience with Eddie *** at ARS Rescue Rooter was excellent todayHe went thru the different options and then completed the service repair expeditiouslyHe also gave us information that was helpful to prevent this blockage from occurring again in our sewer lineEddie was a top of the line technician

FIrst of all the company kept me informed from the time my quote window what given until the technician arrived at my home.Timothy *** explained everything that needed to be done before the work was done so that I could make an informed decision whether to accept the quote or not when the work was completed he walked me through while explaining what had been doneI would recommend them to friends and neighbors
