Larry came when he said he would He was pleasant and professional He really knows his stuff He explained the issue and quickly solved the problem even though there were complications He told me what it would cost before he started, which was more than fair He stuck to the price even though there were complications

The company was excellent Great communication from initial drain stoppage call to finishing the work Tyler W was great in his work habits and results Will call them again if needed

I had a service contract with ARS and I allowed it to expire this summer with no renewal because they did not deliver on the services promised Oddly enough, I had my "checkup" on my AC in May and all was pronounced as "okay" In fact, I was told I would have no problems this summer Last week, August 31, my house was hot, the AC was running but not cooling I called ARS because they sold me my AC years ago The service technician said I needed a bunch of repairs totaling around $1, While I authorized the work, I called the office to find our why I was having to have that much work done on a system declared "okay for the season" I was put in touch with a person who told me there was no way to know when these electrical parts would go out, ....etc After conversation, they agreed to reduce the repair cost to $ Well, here it is days later and I am in the exact same boat as I was when the issue first occurred My AC is running, but not cooling I felt like I got ri
