Jody Pdid a great job not only fixing my AC (i.efinding where the problem was) but fixing the mess left by a previous ARS technician Jody is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer every question asked by the home owner I'm giving ARS high grades because of this particular technician and would like to express my gratitude to Jody (Once again, the other technician who attempted to fix my AC was a total disaster; he most certainly needs more training.) I had a clogged kitchen sink & Angel *** came out to clear it He did a super jobI have a bad back & he did everything for me, including cleaning up perfectly He showed me the problem in my drain with the camera & explained everything to me He explained various options to me to fix this recurring problem He even wore his booties in my house without being asked He was excellent

I have been using ARS for years They always respond quickly, are professional and courteous, and do excellent work Tanner Dresponded to our emergency "active" water leak in the ceiling this morning It was not a typical leak and was therefore difficult to locate Tanner was patient, persistent, and searched methodically and efficiently After finding the leaking elbow joint, he repaired it quickly with minimal damage to the sheetrock Tanner was both courteous and professional as well as very conscientious about the quality of his work It is because of Tanner, and other ARS technicians like him, that make ARS our first call, and the name we always refer to others Thank you -- *** **

Edwin Oarrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair He was professional, friendly, and effective I appreciated his good service

AC units needed a check up / tune up Technician came and spent about minutes in the attic before going back down and telling me that one unit was running hotter than the other unit Spent the next minutes telling me about the "Hard Start" kits that he can install in my AC units Spent minutes downstairs complaining about the condenser not starting up and how the "Hard Start" kits would help Told him that I would like him to finish the tune up and that I am not interested in purchasing anything Looked over invoice and noticed that some of the tasks that he needed to do was clean and calibrate my thermostats Since I was with him the whole time in our house, I knew he didn't do that I confronted him about that and he looked me in the face and lied I knew he didn't do at least of my thermostats because he spent no time next to my Master Bedroom where my second thermostat was located If he didn't do something as simple as clean and calibrate a thermostat, how can I trust that he did any of the other tasks that he had circled on the invoice

ARS diagnosed a separated, crushed sewer pipe and when they dug it up I personally witnessed no such defectThe pipe clamps that held the saddle on the MUD sewer line were damaged by the contractor doing the digging, other than that no damage was visibleThe work was supposed to be completed in one day (same day) but it was notI unfortunately went out of town the following day when the repair was made and they did replace the pipe but the problem was a clogged pipe not a separated, crushed pipe like they diagnosedNo one with ARS called me to inform me of this so I had no chance to challenge the fee at that timeI did not receive any photos from them (as I requested) of the supposedly damaged pipe until nearly a year after the repair, and never received any photos of the replacement pipeI witnessed the excavation and know that the pipe was not damagedIf it had been separated, sewer water would have been present in the hole and it was dry, other than natural moisture, no sewer

Had a water leak over the Memorial Day weekendCalled several plumbing companies in the Cypress areaOnly one company was able to get someone out to the house on Memorial day and that was ARS - Houston NorthThe plumber was Stan #and he was wonderfulGreat attitude and got my problem fixed in less than hourWhile he was there, I had him look at another problem that I needed and price estimate onHe wrote a detailed price estimate and was very detailedI will always call ARS first with my next plumbing issueGreat company and knowledgeable staff and specialist

Alcides H (head installer), Art, Jhonaton and Yosjani (installation team members), did a perfect job, from start to finish, installing a complete new HVAC system in my house Installed one system for the upstairs and one for the rest of the house Showed up early and started right away Everyone knew exactly what they had to do and when they completed what they had to do, assisted the others Left the place spotless, from the attic, through the house, the yard and driveway Had answers to any question I could think of and insured I had all information and documents I needed, before they left Very professional bunch

After a very terrible experience with another technician from this team, Jerry was sent out to resolve our problemsHe was polite, respectful and informativeHe gave us all of our options and talked through our repairHe completed the job in a timely manner and kept us updated the entire timeFrom my experience the service here is very dependent on the technicianWe had one horrible experience but luckily met Jerry who helped us through our problemI would use again but with the request of having him as my technician!

Cory and Robert worked in a professional manner and did the job required in the time that was quoted They applied a radiant barrier to the attic and then sprayed in the insulation This can be a messy job but they cleaned up the area in which they worked in to where it looked as if no one had been here I am very pleased with ARS and their team and would not hesitate to use them again
