ARS replaced AC units and the tech, Fred Ruiz did a spectacular job Ariived at pm and finished at am the same day the units were purchased

For the first time, I felt compelled to write a review on the horrible experience I had with Cindy ***, an upper management level employee at ARS Rescue RooterMy first impression with this company was when sales advisor, Scot ***, came to my home to examine our a/c unitMy sister and I were upset that our a/c unit required a full replacement and Scot did an awesome job at explaining everything and calming us down; we in turn decided to purchase the a/c unit with ARS Rescue Rooter North Houston divisionThe only problem was that they couldn’t install until the next day, so Scot received the okay to provide us with two window units for our square foot homeWhat occurred next was horribleWe only received one of the two window units promised to us, and as a home with bedrooms, it was already an inconvenience for us to only have units to use but we agreedScot was then yelled at by Cindy when he contacted her following up on the 2nd unitIn turn Cindy ***, an actual service manager, contacted me via my cell phone and loudly yelled at me “Look! Do you want the unit you have or not! I can take that unit to someone who will appreciate it!” I calmly explained we were promised units to help us with the extreme heat until our new a/c unit was installed the next dayCindy’s response to my comment was “I’m coming to your da*n house now to get the unit since you don’t want it!” I then asked what was the matter with her and was this the negative attitude ARS provided to new customers?! She only proceeded to yell and scream at meTo say I was appalled is an understatement! I have never been not only yelled at but threatened (she stated more than once she would be showing up at my home) before in my life! How can a woman of this low caliber be a service manager?!
Kudos again to advisor Scot ***, who profusely apologized to me and asked that I don’t cancel my full orderHe actually used his own funds and went to *** ***, and came to my home to install the second unit that I was promisedThis is the type of customer service that Cindy should have shownThe next day the group of men who installed my new a/c unit actually didn’t seem surprised when I told them of Cindy ***’s action and some stated they “were not surprised.” How in the world can this despicable woman still have an upper management position at this company? Outside of her, I would recommend using ARS Rescue Rooter; however, if Cindy *** is your assigned service manage, run fast to another company!

Your technician Al R came to my home to resolve an issue that no other company fouls figure outAfter being in my home for years and multiple technicians and not understanding why my home wouldn't heat well, he was able to figure the problem out within a half hourAl is a great asset to ARS and is very professionalThanks Al!

We had the evaporator coil for our A/C unit in the attic replaced by technicians from ARS on May 23, They had to remove the old and install the new coil, install a new return plenum, and remove and reinstall the furnace (to get the old coil out and install the new one) We would like to commend these two technicians for their hard work, dedication to the job, and politeness for the hours it took to accomplish this task In less than desirable conditions (very cramped, very hot, poorly lighted attic) on a hot day in Houston, Texas, they worked very hard and got the job done We can tell the A/C is working better now The technicians were Guillermo and Rafael Also, thanks to the diligence of the advisor (Lewis) initially sent out to discuss the coil replacement, he was able to confirm the original coil was still under warranty (and installed by ARS) and therefore the cost to replace was much less than anticipated We would like to thank all three for their professionalism

After Hurricane Harvey,my water heater stopped working.I thought it only needed to be restarted.I called Houston-South and the tech-Oscar B.,He was prompt an professional as he checked the situation.He saw the heater was not up to standard,too old and needed to be replaced.Due the loss from Harvey and being on social security,it would be impossible to replace soon.After reviewing the situation,the company worked out an amazing deal -a slighty marked one for special fee..They helped me out and in all of my years,this was a first but due to the great spirit of the people of Houston in this recovery mode makes a true believer in humanity.Thanks for helping someone who really needed a true helping handThanks for the company and the tech-oscar b,who was a wonderful person who truly went above and beyond,

Overall great experience from beginning to end

Wes ** is very trustworthy and I appreciate his opinions and suggestions related to the new tankless water heater installed at our house this week

ARS installed a kitchen faucet I ha chose from their catalog on 12-9-It leaks from three different places and under the sink I paid dollarsI said I would understand if I had to pay something but service tech said they are not responsible and suggested it was caused by "hard water" I explained I have a whole house water softener and he said I probably was not servicing it I offered to show him the system and empty salt bags he said no and wanted to charge dollars for same faucetBE WARE ARS does not stand behind their product AND will not work with you to resolve issueIts all about money

I looked at using their service in June, but cancelled due to able to find someone to do the work for less than half! Now mos later, they have charged my *** ***

Larry *** was on time and greeted me with a smile as big as Texas He was professional , courteous and explained everything to me ARS is indeed fortunate to have Larry in it's employ! A+

ARS Rescue Rooter North Houston, came today gave a estimate on my A/C will get it replace in daysGot it finance with monthly paymentsHe explain all the options on the service and have good warrantI would recommend the service to anybody

I had the worst experience everRalph Few treated us as if we were ***I'll never use ARS againExtremely disappointed with ARS and with Ralph Few

Juan T arrived, went to work quickly, was pleasant, knowledgeable, found and fixed some problems well

Cory and Eli from ARS/ Rescue rooter did great job with our attic insulation and solar fan installation

Five stars for Matt *** and his partner; sorry I can't remember the other gentleman's name....they were honest, polite, efficient, professional, and I can't praise them enoughThey were here within an hour after I called and the cost of their services was more than fairThank you again, gentlemen for a job well done!

No complaints here My service professional, Al Rwas courteous, friendly and understanding of my particular needs Recognizing how difficult it is for me to schedule appointments, he went out of his way to accommodate me and combine two visits at one time I'm most appreciative of this Big shout out to Al!I've been a customer of ARS for over years and feel very confident that they will meet or exceed my service expectationsThank you for allowing this avenue for expressing service satisfactionPat VN
