After reviewing Mrs [redacted] 's complaint and phone call, it sounded to me like some of her statements she is claiming is falseHowever when we receive a complaint of this nature it is company policy to close the account and return to the clientThis account has been closed and no further communication will be made from this office

After reviewing the call...We never threatened [redacted] in anywayWe have only called that number one time, NOT daily or hourlyclaimsI have the proof to support thatThese claims are completely falseI will close the account in the office and return to client

DManagement is NOT a scam companyWe are an accredited business with the Revdex.comYou can not always believe everything you read on the internetWe have forwarded your concerns to our clientThey in fact will be mailing something again to the consumerThanks,Management

[redacted] is not a company that universities use to accept payments from students, they are a loan companyIf the consumer would like to call me at [redacted] , and I will provide her with any information I can

I will inform our client of Anita's request, however keep in mind that just because payday loans are currently illegal in Arizona that does not mean that you do not owe a debt that was made before that law took place

After reviewing the call, DManagement will cease collections on this account until we can provide the consumer with the documentation requested

After reviewing the call I am not sure why the consumer was so upsetThe agent did not come across as rudeWe will close out this account in our office and return it to our clientThis is company policy

After reviewing Mr [redacted] complaint we will cease collection activity on his accountMr***'s complaint is full of statementsI just reviewed the call and most of what he is claiming is just not trueWe will not contact him again it is not worth our time at this point
