[redacted] is not a company that universities use to accept payments from students, they are a loan company. If the consumer would like to call me at [redacted], and I will provide her with any information I can.

I am not quite sure how Mrs[redacted] came to the conclusion that we are a fraudulent company. Unfortunately sometimes we do not have the exact store location but store numbers. I told her this. I am rejecting this response because:I clearly told your agent I wasn't the intended party he continued with information! And he did curse can you please email a copy of the conversation transcripts since you seem to have them available and have thoroughly listened to them. Also please provide documentation where it states that it's acceptable to release personal information after someone clearly states I am not your intended party just to make sure you actually are obeying as you say. thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:  You said you had the docs in hand. Thy can't you send them to me.  Do you possibly believe I would send you money to settle an account I have NO idea about?  You have to produce the alledged docs to me.

D2 Management will place a hold on this account until we are able to obtain the documentation the debtor is asking for. This is company policy.

D2 Management is NOT a scam company. We are an accredited business with the Revdex.com. You can not always believe everything you read on the internet. We have forwarded your concerns to our client. They in fact will be mailing something again to the consumer. Thanks,Management

After reviewing the call D2 Management has only made one phone call, and we never said anything about filing charges. Those are both false statements. If she sends us a cease and desist letter we can forward that to our client.

After reviewing the call...We never threatened [redacted] in anyway. We have only called that number one time, NOT daily or hourly. False claims. I have the proof to support that. These claims are completely false. I will close the account in the office and return to client.
