I am not quite sure how Mrs [redacted] came to the conclusion that we are a fraudulent companyUnfortunately sometimes we do not have the exact store location but store numbersI told her thisI would be more then happy to give her the store numberWe will not call her anymore, but if she would like to pay her bill she can contact usWe take these complaints very seriously and want to make sure this gets resolved

DManagement will close the account and return to client

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My address continues to be the same and has not changed, I refuse to continue to go back and forth with these messages, next time please teach your employers to not be rude and this situation could had been avoided I requested this information the first time your company contact me and instead I got an I have to prove to you my own debt no thank you I could had verified my information over the phone if I had not gotten a call that sounded like a scam if your employee would had known how to handle the call Have a great day, Thank you Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

Our [redacted] has reviewed the call and the complaintUnfortunately this seems to be another case of statement by the consumerOur agent never once stated that there would be any garnishments of any kind, and nor did they state anything about courtThis statement is a flat out lieI have the recording available to share with the Revdex.com and the consumerIf you would like to hear the facts of the callWe will just move forward on our end to deal with Mrs***If there has been any harassment it is her negative comments about our companyDManagement did nothing wrongShe clearly just does not want to pay her bills

After our compliant department reviewed the call it seems Mr [redacted] was extremely rude and used foul language towards our employeeWhen we receive a complaint of this nature it is company policy to close the account and return it to our clientThis is what we have done with Mr [redacted] 's accountWe will no longer contact him in regards to this account

DManagement will cancel your payment arrangements and send you all the information we have on your account

We will close the consumer's account in our office and notify our clientWe will request from client the original docs on her loanOnce received we will mail out to the consumer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I'm still not getting the response I'm requesting I shouldn't have to call to speak with anyone regarding this matter when I'm clearly requesting for you to send the original debt and signed documents mailed to me if the debt is real otherwise if you can't provide this I want all my information deleted from your database including my social security Regards, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:An accredited law firm has previously filed suit on DManagement for threatening consumers See the attached link for reference [redacted] Your representatives cannot threaten, yell, and talk over consumers in order to scare a payment out of them I will gladly deal with the legitimate businesses that I owe funds to However, DManagement representatives behave in a similar manner as scam entities that attempt to scare payments out of individuals for fake payments such as unowed [redacted] or collections This business is very similar to another collection agency that was recently shut down due to unethical collection tactics I have provided DManagements information to my attorney The ridiculous part of this is that DManagement would have received payment from me on 7/and 8/as agreed But instead, their representatives decided it was more important to attempt to bully, yell, and condescend the consumer Regards, [redacted]

We have reviewd the call in questionOur compliance team does not see any violations on the call with Mr [redacted] We have company policies that we must followI'm sorry Mr [redacted] can not accept thatWe will cease any further contact with Mr [redacted] and return his files to our clients

D2 Management does not use fraudulent numbers nor are we a fraudulent company. I am going to reach out to our client and request the information [redacted] is looking for. In the meantime we are going to close her account until we receive further information with the [redacted] 's office.

I have no way to respond to this complaint because I have no idea who we contacted. The consumer did not provide enough information for our compliance team to investigate. Not in our system
