I am rejecting this response because the company response simply stated they would "close" my account until they receive a response from their client. What exactly does this
mean? If they trying to successfully collect on their clients behalf, then they should have all of the detailed supporting documentation in their office prior to calling the collection individual and be ready to produce and or email said documentation once they are speaking to the collection client.

I will have our compliance department gather all the paperwork needed for this account. We will cease all contact with the consumer until we are able to provide her the proper documentation.

We are not a scam. Probably just wrong number, but thanks for taking the time to report it to the Revdex.com!

After reviewing  Mr. [redacted] complaint we will cease collection activity on his account. Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is full of false statements. I just reviewed the call and most of what he is claiming is just not true. We will not contact him again it is not worth our time at this point.

I do not know what the consumer would like from us. Please feel free to call our [redacted] department at [redacted]. They can assist you further. As stated before D2 Management will not contact this consumer again.

D2 Management is not illegally doing anything towards [redacted]. She has several collection accounts in our office. She does not know her finances and we have every right to contact her when we (D2 Management) owns the title to her accounts in our office. We are not trying to steal or manipulate not...

I will inform our client of Anita's request, however keep in mind that just because payday loans are currently illegal in Arizona that does not mean that you do not owe a debt that was made before that law took place.
