DManagement will look into the call that took place and deal with it internallyWe will close out the accounts and send back to our clientWe will cease any further contact. *** *** stated it was the wrong number when it was actually the correct number, so there was some confusion on our
end when she lied about her identity which has been verified by her complaint

There have been several mailers mailed to this consumerAfter receiving a complaint of this nature, DManagement will close the account, and return to the clientWe will put in request to have client mail the consumers the information again

After reviewing the call the debtor lied to us on the phone telling our agent that she was not the person in questionShe then called our office back twice from the same number with the same voice and stated she was the consumer in question, when on the previous call she said she was notOn top of
all that she is stating we are trying to extort money from her? Now she is asking our company to pay her $100? This is by far the craziest Revdex.com complaint to dateDManagement will cease all contact with her

I called the consumer and resolved the complaint

Our company policy requires us to close the account out in our office and return it to our clientWe will not contact the consumer again in regards to this debtWe will also request client to mail her the requested documentation

Unfortunately that's not the case in our industryPeople move all the time

The consumer could have just simply called our office to discuss this matter instead of taking these stepsHaving said that it looks like there was an account in our office for a *** *** **He used this card to pay the accountPlease call our *** department if you have any other
questions ***All of our calls are recorded for issues like thisWe can look into it for you

Mrs*** we spoke to you on March 3rd and you gave us your card info and told us to take $payments bi weekly to pay off your account in our officeI have the recording on fileYou must have forgotYou can contactme at *** to discuss in further detail

I am rejecting this response because: you as a company are still failing to admit that your agent hung up on me after failing to disclose that I was being recorded and after he failed to be professional I got combative he had no right to proceed with telling me social security numbers and family members names and numbers, previous employers all while I was stating I was not the intended party combative in which way? I told him I would be reporting this behavior he then hung up! After cursingGreat company ethicsThe above response is not sufficient enough for a customer service management related teamSomething as small as an apology can go quite far, you failed to do that as wellIn terms of contacting me in regards To anything I don't know your company I have never used them unsure as to why you're calling me period, let alone in the aggressive manner that your employee did is just unacceptable

Unfortunately due to federal law the FDCPA requires us to verify who we are speaking too so we do not reveal personal information to any third partiesWe are just following the laws congress put in place

I have reviewed the calls with Mr***I see DManagement has done nothing wrongThe consumer stated he already paid this debtWe asked for some type of proofHe would not provide thatWe can not just take peoples word for it that they paid there billsWe would be out of businessWe have
a good rating with the Revdex.com because we are a reputable businessWhen instances like this happen we will close the account in our office and send it back to the clientThat's what we will do

We will close the account and return to our clientWe will also inform the client that consumer is stating this account has been paidWe will also wait on proof that the debt has in fact been paid

I can assure you we are not a scamScam company's are not licensed and bondedScam company's also do not post there business information with the Revdex.com or the CFPBIt is really frustrating when people use that excuse not to pay their billsWe call over 20,people a day, a million people a month
and we have complaintsThink about that number in terms of volume that we callThat number is fantastic, and half the complaints are fabricated by the consumer.Further more you have more then one account in our officeIt sounds like you just do not like paying your billsThat's fineWe will close your account in our office and return to client and inform them you would not like to pay

After reviewing the initial call I discovered the claims that *** is stating is falseWe never threaten anyone with a lawsuitWe also never stated it was $It was a $*** ***We stopped taking payments from her account because they kept bouncingWe will not be refunding her
paymentsWe did nothing wrong, and her claims are falseI have everything recorded

To satisfy the consumer DManagement will send a letter as requestedWe will not contact the consumer again at his work place
