I am rejecting this response because I'm still not getting the response I'm requesting  I shouldn't have to call to speak with anyone regarding this matter when I'm clearly requesting for you to send the  original debt and signed documents mailed to me if the debt is real  otherwise if you can't provide this I want all my information deleted from your database including my social security.

D2 Management does not use fraudulent numbers nor are we a fraudulent company. I am going to reach out to our client and request the information [redacted] is looking for. In the meantime we are going to close her account until we receive further information with the [redacted]'s office.

D2 Management will contact our client and request documentation that you are requesting. Once documents are obtained we will contact you.

D2 Management did nothing wrong during the call after reviewing these allegations. According to the *** we have to verify who we are speaking to. We are not asking for the last four of your social, we already have it, we need you to confirm it and verify. It's the law. This is the second complaint...

I have answered today from this consumer. This consumer doesn't mention the vulgar language that he uses when he speaks to my employees with on the phone. I wonder why? I have the recording and would be more then happy to provide. D2 Management will not contact this person again. We are returning his account to our client for further collection.

We are currently in contact with our client and the original creditor to find out the origination of this debt. In the mean time we are going to close this account and return to our client until we figure out what is going on. This is company policy.

I am rejecting this response because: My address continues to be the same and has not changed, I refuse to continue to go back and forth with these messages, next time please teach your employers to not be rude and this situation could had been avoided I requested this information the first time your company contact me and instead I got an I have to prove to you my own debt no thank you I could had verified my information over the phone if I had not gotten a call that sounded like a scam if your employee would had known how to handle the call.  Have a great day, Thank you.

 I am glad this is over. Thank you so much for listening to me. I don't think they are trained enough to know as I recently found out you can't contact someone and NOT state who you are with. I was so amazed that she would only do a transaction through my bank over the phone. I had no way of knowing who she really was. Also it's against the law to not send in writing. I told the truth. I still have her threatening me with a lien on my [redacted] on my cell phone she left that message and I'll keep it for a while. Also when I moved from where she said I lived which was correct, my mail was forwarded. They are not above board with things. I don't have a seven year receipt, she was right I have learned a lot from this.  sincerely, [redacted] again thank you!

don't feel that it is ok for a company to treat anyone like that. I'm satisfied that the company will no longer reach me but they cannot treat people the way they do legally.

After reviewing the call the consumer never once asked for our mailing address. If he would like to contact me directly at [redacted] I would be more then happy to provide that information. There was never a statement from the consumer that stated not to call his work number. These are both false...

statements. I would be more then happy to share the recording. For now we will close the account in our office and return to our client for further collection activity.

I have reviewed the call in question. I feel that D2 Management handled the call professionally, and adhered to all federal and state laws. There are certain laws we have to follow when handling delinquent accounts. I would be more than happy to go over this in further detail with the consumer if...

she would like to call me direct at [redacted]. If there is any information the consumer can provide it can be emailed to [redacted]. As of now we will close the account out in our office and return to our client. Thanks, Management

We have reviewd the call in question. Our compliance team does not see any violations on the call with Mr. [redacted]. We have company policies that we must follow. I'm sorry Mr. [redacted] can not accept that. We will cease any further contact with Mr. [redacted] and return his files to our clients.
