I am rejecting this response because:An accredited law firm has previously filed suit on D2 Management for threatening consumers.  See the attached link for reference.  [redacted]Your representatives cannot threaten, yell, and talk over consumers in order to scare a payment out of them.  I will gladly deal with the legitimate businesses that I owe funds to.  However, D2 Management representatives behave in a similar manner as scam entities that attempt to scare payments out of individuals for fake payments such as unowed [redacted] or collections.  This business is very similar to another collection agency that was recently shut down due to unethical collection tactics.  I have provided D2 Managements information to my attorney.  The ridiculous part of this is that D2 Management would have received payment from me on 7/30 and 8/10 as agreed.  But instead, their representatives decided it was more important to attempt to bully, yell, and condescend the consumer.

After reviewing the call I am not sure why the consumer was so upset. The agent did not come across as rude. We will close out this account in our office and return it to our client. This is company policy.

We will close the consumer's account in our office and notify our client. We will request from client the original docs on her loan. Once received we will mail out to the consumer.

I am rejecting this response because:representatives of their company do not have the right to threaten clients according to lawif the business had truly reviewed the call this matter would have been handled by mailing the agreement to me.  Their response is a statement that it is their company policy not to provide a written agreement.This company is a scam per the number of complaints online.  If the company is a legitimate business, a payment agreement would already on its way to me on the mail.

After reviewing the call, D2 Management will cease collections on this account until we can provide the consumer with the documentation requested.

We are not in the customer service business and our agent did not curse at anyone. We followed the laws that our congress has put into place. I see we have done nothing wrong in this matter. I am sorry the consumer feels this way. It really helps when consumers can simply say we have the wrong party, and simply move on instead of asking whats this all about when it does not concern them.
