[redacted] spoke with two (2) customer service agents and after listening to the recordings of both conversations, I did not hear either agent say anything “hateful” or ”demeaning” However, the 2nd agent [redacted] spoke to was terribly rude to herAlthough our policy did change regarding coupons over the phone, neither agent did anything to help [redacted] place her order on the web, nor did either agent offer to place the order on our website for her which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Our agents were well educated when our policy changed regarding coupons over the phone I find it deplorable the way [redacted] was treated Both agents have since been “re-educated” and I trust they will not make this type of error in the futureI sincerely apologize for the frustration [redacted] received regarding our services and would like to offer her a $gift certificate should she choose to use our service in the future This gift certificate will be accepted over the phone and if [redacted] would like to use a coupon as well, please assure her that the Customer Service Representative will honor her couponThe $gift certificate code is: [redacted] If [redacted] has any questions or concerns, please have her reach out to me directlyThank you,Susan L [redacted] Director, Human Resources [redacted]

I received the email after the order and assumed that since it announced that it was order confirmation I just stuck it in my receipt email folder.? They stated to me that it was ordered online and that using the Internet system, it's accurate and mistakes are only submitted by user (customer ) onlyI don't have the extra dollars to correct the issue while in turn, waiting for a refund,? I did state this in my initial contact with the company.? I'm orderin this for my disabled mother and being that I'm on a limited budget I can't afford to put out any additional fundsI demand that the company accept that orders are subject to errors since it is ordered through their website and could happen the same with any merchant.? They need to stand by the customer service standard and replace the item since the product received was wrongAny other reputable company would not hesitate and resolve the issue without taking it thus farSo, I demand a replacement prior to xmas!
