Order was placed on Customer sent email at 12:09am requesting to cancel An email response was sent back at 8:am letting the customer know that the order had already processed and could be cancelled Customer was given a Return Merchandise Authorization number in that email Once we are in receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued
