RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: In the message about the return authorization it says: "However, please note that if the return is not received within 90 days of original order, a gift certificate will be generated as a refund as after 90 days we have no access to process a refund to original payment method." The original order was made on April ***, items arrived a few days later, after opening the first item (1 of three identical items), when I found out it was fake or defective (On June ***) I immediately contacted the seller but been told I could not return the items because it was over the 30 day return policy.As you know, following my complaint I received the RMA on July ***, which was already way over 90 days after the order was placed. What use do I have to a gift certificate? Why would I want to purchase anything else from an unreliable company with such a bad customer service? I will say again, I am not interested in their gift certificate since I am not going to purchase anything from them. All I want is to return the items that are defective and receive my money back in any way, shape, or form that is not limited to use only on [redacted] , because that's, to me, is like NOT getting a refund at all. Orders are processed in US Dollars Customer was charged $in US Dollars and the refund has been issued in that amount in US dollars

Thank you for reaching out regarding your service issueWhen Customer Service researched this complaint it shows that the courier changed the delivery schedule while the package was in transitWe told the customer that we are not responsible for the updated delivery datesHowever, we did partially refund the customer for this hassle and the package does show delivered as of December ***

When I asked, several times for her name she would not give itThis does not excuse her from laughing at me, nor being so rude to a customerI was in tears, and felt totally humiliatedI realize their policy may have changed as far as coupons/discountsBut I asked for assistance due to having problems with placing an order on line, they have nothing or know one to help when there is an online issue, I asked for assistance with that alsoHow do they think a customer can order on line if they don't have anyone to help with online issues? When we researched this package we found there was no movement with the courier A claim has been issued for the lost package and a full refund was given to the customer via [redacted] Thank you

If [redacted] will refer to magazine details attached - it clearly states that a magazine subscription with a value of $is included with your purchase today. It also states on the 5th line of the details :If you prefer not to receive a magazine, you may request a rebate for the stated value by printing and completing THIS FORM..... also attached[redacted] did read the offer in its entirety as evidenced by his comment that he was presented with a choice of magazines to select. Had he read the offer completely, he would have seen that he could have clicked the link to get to the rebate form and claim his $rebate instead of receiving a magazine
