The local post office said that any undelivered check is sent back to the original sender, and is "not a priority".  Due to this, they explained that it may take an elongated period of time to reach you (since your checks are sent from Canada).  I'm requesting Draft Kings to place a stop on this check, and reissue a new check in it's place.  This will absolutely resolve the issue.  Thank you .

Yes, upon further review of your T&C's which might as well be entitled [redacted], I find in no area that it states you will freeze a players account and thus remove them from any entries in which DraftKings has already accepted. The reality is that if this was a problem depositing with a friends card it should fall on DraftKings plate to disable such opportunity for payment to go through. Simple, his name on the card doesn't match my name on the account. How hard is that? This would avoid any and all confusion by the customer who doesn't have 3 weeks, a bottle of B-12 and absolute silence to read your T&C's. The secondary issue which I perceive to be the bigger of the two is that DraftKings allowed me to fun entries into a tournament, solely with the money from my friends card (which apparently is against the rules of DK) and did nothing to stop this. If I have the ability to deposit with someone other than my name and the funds become mine essentially, then my entry to the tournament should have count. Instead I was not notified of the error or non-compliance to the rules on page 347, rather my money was deposited, entered into a tournament after many hours of strategy and research and then pulled in the last second and put my account on lock-down. I wasn't given a text, an email, or an alert. All my time and energy out the window because of lack of communication, which again, seems to be the issue. I tried to go on chat which says Draftkings has been away for the last 2 weeks. I even sent emails. My replies only consisted of automated garbage that repeated itself over and over regardless of the reply. This is unacceptable! If a rule was broken so be it, but the lack of communication and misleading to believe I was in the tournament caused the entirety of this complaint. What DraftKings did was unfair, unjust and completely selfish. No I dont play $25,000 a week on there, but my money and my time is just as valuable as the guy who is depositing his mortgage every month. We all should be entitled fair opportunity and not made to feel like we can be abused and not treated like we are nothing to them. Word of mouth is the strongest referral for anything in life, and while I am sure they have a large market share I find it hard to believe they would make me go through so many emails with the same repetitive reply that didn't address my questions or concern. Because of this I dont have trust in DraftKings and feel they are only out there for the big fish. My customer experience was well below the normal experience. I've had issues resolved more timely and more pleasantly at the [redacted] than I have at the [redacted]. Yes, they refunded my money, but after too many emails providing the same info over and over again that fell on deaf ears.

I will restate for the record once again that I never violated the terms of use at Draftkings Inc and am rightfully owed the remaining balance in my account. The email correspondence supplied by Draftkings Inc. shows and proves the following: 1) Draftkings never demonstrated or showed such evidence to prove I was in violation of any terms of use......................... The reason being, there was no evidence because I participated well within the terms of use.2) Draftkings created fictitious suspicions, of my opponent's and I's participation, in order to withhold all my rightfully won winnings.................I can assure the Revdex.com that I participated no differently from any of Draftkings hundreds of thousands of users who are well within the terms of use.3) Draftkings Inc accuses my opponents of being "Dummies" due to their submitted lineups, thus claiming them and myself to be in violation of terms of use............I can supply 2 statements, from my referrals/opponents that will swear they submitted lineups in which they thought capable of winning. They will also admit to being extremely inexperienced in playing Daily Fantasy Sports, but they wanted to give it a try. They will also swear on being completely offended by Draftkings Inc. for incenuating they not only were "Dummies" but accusing them of wrongdoing as well.  4) Draftkings purposely ignored and withheld all of my account's information, that I requested numerous times, in order to keep me from proving every transaction made was well within Draftkings Inc. terms of use. The facts are Draftkings Inc. is a Fantasy Gambling site, whose operating under the UIGEA Gambling Act 2006 that states playing daily fantasy sports is considered legal because its deemed to be a game of SKILL and not a game of chance. It is that same act, that Draftkings Inc is operating under, to be in violation themselves under the federal law.  My opponents had no experience whatsoever, extremely limited skill level and they participated and lost fairly and withing not only Draftkings Incs terms of use, but the UIGEA Gambling Act 2006, as well.Ultimately, Draftkings Inc. is using my opponents zero skill level, as a suspicious reason to accuse myself and I'm sure countless other Draftkings users, of fraud and violation of their terms of use. Draftkings Inc's own terminology in it's terms of use, is not only extremely confusing to the average user, but it's wording allows Draftkings Inc. to withhold any/all funds from players based on unproven suspicions, which would be very similiar to a [redacted] Scheme. In the past year, the UIGEA Gambling Act 2006 has been under heavy scrutiny and challenged in courts. Dftaftkings Inc. themselves are under investigation by the FBI for possible violating insider trading laws. While being investigated, in the past 6 months, Draftkings Inc. was proven to be in violation of federal and state laws by the New York State's Attorney General. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against Draftkings Inc. and are either pending or cases have been settled or won. 6 States have banned Draftkings Inc. from operating in.  I am rightfully owed well over $500 by Draftkings Inc and I don't know how many others or how much other money is owed to past players of Draftkings Inc. I've reached out to the Revdex.com for help in recovering my rightfully owed money. Furthermore, I ask the Revdex.com themselves to open an investigation into the daily operations of Draftkings Inc.  The consumers need to be warned and protected from situations like I'm in, where I paid money to play, I won money and Draftkings Inc. refuses to pay based on accusations and fictitious scenarios. What Draftkings Inc. is ultimately doing is accepting bets/money to enter their leagues, with heavy risk they won't pay winners because their opponents weren't educated or skilled enough. My resolution is still to get the $500 or more, that's rightfully owed to me. I look forward to hearing back as soon as possible from the Revdex.com

The merchant has refunded all of the consumers deposits at this time and the consumer has no outstanding balance left in their account. The merchant sent 3 $20 payments to the consumer the dates of 10/12/15, 10/14/15 and 12/12/15. All funds have been accepted by [redacted]. If any further mediation is necessary, the merchant will happily comply.

In order to prevent having an ineligible player participating in contests, a customer who was in violation of the Terms of Service, we removed all upcoming entries until the account was able to verified. Removing upcoming entries and lineups is a standard operating procedure to ensure that all customers are operating within our user agreement. We know that having lineups removed is a frustrating experience, however we must protect the integrity of our Terms of Service. To prevent this on a go-forward basis, all deposits must come from the customers name, and he must input his name on the deposit. This was certainly a frustrating experience, and we are willing to provide the customer with a $150 bonus, which will be released as the customer plays.

I have had a draftkings account for over a year and it they have never ask me for my drivers license or bank statements. I also know 7 other people with draftkings accounts and none of them have been ask to show bank statements. My credit card is tied to my bank account, if I make a deposit on draftkings and I dont have that amount of money in my account my bank will deny the transaction. Regards,

true regardless of if a player is scratched or  ruled out, for any reason. The decision to eliminate late swap was made in part based on feedback that we have heard from our players over the years that it was difficult to play NBA on DraftKings unless they could be in front of a computer and had the time to monitor all games and news up until the start of the last game, which is often 3-4 hours. We understand that this is a very polarizing issue for our users and that for every user who enjoys NBA more with late swap, there is another who is disappointed that we don't offer it in NBA. Removing late swap allows more NBA fans to participate in DFS NBA regardless of their schedules or commitments during the long period of time during which games are starting.  We understand that this was a particually frustrating experience. As a one time, and final exception, we are willing to refund the consumers entry fee of $6. Please confirm that the consumer views this as an amicable resolution, and we will proceed. If any further mediation is required, DraftKings will be happy to participate.

[The statement from the company is false. The contest I attempted to enter came from a email from them and the [redacted]. There link in the email went right to the one day contest. I entered all the information and when I attempted to submit the information I was told I need to pay money first to enter the free contest. I then contacted the support department which said it is a free contest but you must deposit funds first before you can enter the free contest.]

The email should contain an attachment of the consumers state issued ID and once we receive this email, we will verify the consumers account, submit a withdrawal request of $5,500.00 on their behalf and approve the request for processing today.

I sent an email to [email protected] yesterday.  I do not have the email from [redacted] in Accounting.  I attached a copy of my Drivers License along with the incident number, and asked them to forward to [redacted].  I even had my cable company check to see if I received an email from [redacted] regarding the incident, I did not, nor was it in my spam.  I have to date not received any responses from my emails to "[email protected]", nor from anybody at Draft Kings.  The only responses I receive are through the Revdex.com.  I would be happy to fax a copy of my license if you provide a number.  I've never had this problem with previous large withdrawals, but have now supplied you with the requested information via your "support" email. Regards,
